I highly recommend Advanced Roofing. They recently completed a re roof of our 15,000 sq ft office building in Boca Raton FL, and they did a great job. Starting out with their sales process, I knew they were different. Super professional, thorough presenting me with several options and discussing the advantages/trade offs for each. What blew me away is after signing the agreement they did not ask for a deposit! All other roofing companies I spoke to wanted money up front, but not Advanced. They did not need money until the permit was filed and materials were on site. The permit process went off without a hitch, everyone I worked with in their office was professional and competent. The job went smoothly and apparently not a big one for them. They sent a professional crew and got the project completed as quickly as possible working around the weather. They continuously worked on it not starting and disappearing like I heard happening with other companies. After completion we had a heavy rain and there was a small leak around an AC pan. I called at 4:45 pm and they had someone here the same day and they stayed until almost 7 pm taking care of it. I signed up with them for maintenance and looking forward to a long term relationship. A really great company.
