I do buisness at the shop all the time Everybody there is great to Deal with Parts,Clothes, Service Department I have had extensive work done in the Service Department and they are Fantastic to deal with and do great work

I have three Harley dealers closer to me than Texas Harley but I only come to Texas Harley

It was good that all kinds of things going on all kinds of fun events

Had a great time buying my first harley at Texas harley everyone was really nice

Excellent service and great team from sales, parts, and motor clothing. Bought new type of stronger USA flag for the back of my bike only store that I have seen carry it. Ex Military parts guy took me up stairs to see more bikes with great energy and passion for motorcycles.
Sales and clothing team all enthusiastic to help no egos just friendly people.
GM Shane is nothing but class you can see why he holds that position. One amazing dealer here.

Just a bad experience after I bought my bike, customer service was the worst. Felt like after I bought it, was ignored after..bike was NOT detailed, I did that myself, waited over an hour for someone to find the bike, after about 8 days, I FINALLY received all my paperwork, I won't come back.

They treated us like family on buying our first new Harley, would suggest them to anyone!

I used to shop there all the time when it was Texas Harley-Davidson and always found clothes in my size in stock. Now that it has switched owners I never find clothes in my stock.

I bought a new UGL about a month ago at the Longview location. I was aware of the recalls and had 3 different conversations with the people involved in the sales process and asked them to please take care of the issues while they had it in the service department (installing nearly 5000.00 in upgrades. Well needless to say, I'm sitting here now having the clutch issue taken care of because they simply ignored my request and i lI've out of town . I'm highly disappointed with their customer service and I will not be recommending this store, which is shame because I am from a family of riders that have bought 9 new bikes in the past few years. I am in the customer service industry and even train on it. Again, unhappy and disappointed!!!

Interaction was solely with parts dept and checkout counter. Could not have been a better transaction. Parts guys are knowledgeable and don't give off the impression they are just trying to sell you on stuff you don't need. Checkout ladies are ALWAYS absolute dolls. Will definitely revisit this location!

On a trip to just check out the dealership, fell in love with some bikes. Myself and the wife both picked up new bikes here. The options, staff, and services were all exceptional. Can not say enough good things about the dealership!

Just bought a 2020 Heritage Classic 114 from THD. They have an excellent inventory and a very knowledgeable staff who can walk you thru the pluses and minuses of each model based on what you're looking for. There's absolutely no pressure to buy. If you decide to check them out, ask for Eric Smith. He knows bikes!

Service after sale is horrible !!! They will not return phone calls, pass u from dept to dept and don't seem to care that u are unhappy with their service. Plus during the sale of a brand new bike they will lie to u

All the good reviews on this site are by TEXAS HARLEY EMPLOYEES... They are lying to you nobody has a good experience at this chain of dealerships!
Adam Smith and texas Harley just want to take your money

I traded in my perfectly good 2012 streetglide in for a 2014 forty-eight and 20 minutes later I could tell the bike was clearly messed up. The rods on the bike I purchased knock like crazy even though the crooked salesmen at this dealership told me it was brand new only 1500 miles.

The dealership has picked this bike up THREE times, once for a week and a half, supposedly they had fixed it the GM tells me their "best guy" rode the bike for 30 miles. HA!

Still the same problem with my bike.. the service department for Texas Harley is a SCAM! The GM told me all that was wrong with my bike was a hose clamp. Incompetent "technicians" (if you can even call them that) are just there to take your money and don't give a DAMN about the customer.

The general manager offered me a warranty on my bike for my troubles... Haven't seen or hide nor tail of him since that day.

The level of service is off the charts. These guys should get more than 5 stars. Bought my Bike in November of 2016, I have the Pit Pass and now at my 5k service. Didn't even have the Bike a full 24hrs and is already ready for me to pick up. Way to go guys! :)

Was going to buy tires until they told me the price. Got exact same back tire for $150.00 cheaper at place in FTW. Service/parts did not want to price match. Lost sale.

It is amazing that they respond to only the good reviews and not to the bad reviews. Shows they could give 2 shitz about customers. Wow.

Top notch team. Extremely good customer service. I have called the parts department and given them my shopping list and then have my daughter pick it up. This was 3 cases of oil and filters plus some other assorted parts and the part crew carried it all out to her car for her, now that is service. They also maintain a good Facebook presence to announce the many events they hold there.

Every time I go in I have to see Ashley balder aka princess because she is very knowledgeable and helpful and always there to help me find the best product for me

I am the type of person that I like wrenching myself, but I was crunched for time. I needed my bike back fast. I had brought my bike in one night, before the service department was closed, and received it the very next day. They changed out my rotor and pads, Steve in the service department was helpful and courteous. I will bring in my bike whenever I am pressed for time. Stay true to yourselves. Thanks Texas Harley!

Huge dealership that always had some really good looking custom paint bikes. The sales guy that met me at the door was pleasant without being pushy and the parts guy was great. Worth checking out if you are in the area!

Two years ago, I bought a Road-King and loved it, Billy Ray helped be out and found the bike I wanted. After a while, I wanted something that I could take on 1000 mile trips and decide on the 2014 Ultra Limited. However, I owed a lot on my Road King and didn't think I would be able to get a Ultra Limited without having a lot of negative equity. Oh, one more thing. I just purchased new pipes for my Road King, which I didnt want to lose.

So, a young salesman named Rob followed up with me and got me to come in and test drive a bike. I loved it! Long story short, Rob's sales manager Stephen and Rob worked out a great deal for me and best of all, I kept my pipes!

They kept their word, I got my pipes (they even paid for labor) and I love my new bike!

Best Harley Davidson shop in town. It s so nice!! And it s huge.

Motorcycle sales are always great. However, I went un today looking for a specific full helmet, and I did not have such a good experience with one of the merchandise ladies. They're usually on point, but this one kept trying to upsell me on a more expensive helmet. So much that I feel she did not put much effort in finding the helmet I wanted. Inventory said there was one left, but she kept trying to push the more expensive one. So, I ended up leaving and going to another dealership.

This was my first time in this Harley store, I was getting a gift for someone and the staff was very friendly. The sales girl on the floor was helpful and answered all my questions. The girl at the register was also very helpful and nice and signed me up for the loyalty card. I will definitely be back.

Nice new facility. They have good prices on there bikes and all riding equipment. They have full service to help you when your broke down or just need tires or bike inspection. Huge parking lot, good customer service.

They went above and beyond to get me on my first Harley

My buying experience was good, but my bike had a very serious wobble from 25Mph up to 100Mph. The dealership had the bike multiple times and said they couldn't find anything wrong. They even had the nerve to say it might be me and the way I ride.

I took my Ultra Limited to TH Racing and they knew exactly what the problem was without even tearing the bike apart. They had it fixed in 5 minutes. Turns out when they put my bike together they missed a very critical item.

They could have killed me with that bike and they didn't even act like they cared.

Adam Smiths Texas Harley Davidson has the cleanest, most organized showroom I have ever visited! The staff was far more helpful than the other dealerships I shopped, and I got an unbelievably good deal on my bike! I would recommend this location to any, and everyone looking for a new bike!

Texas Harley Davidson is an excellent dealership. I have been buying bikes from them over 10 years. I have owned 2. First bike there, was a Fatbob. Now I own a 2016 Breakout. Wonderful bike and I look forward to riding, just about everyday. Their team is always courtesy and knowledgeable about their bikes. We bought a new HD Touring bike last year. The salesmen were amazing, and everyone treated us great. But, let me tell you...once they reeled us in, that ENDED. We are your ideal client...insurance is paid annually by draft, and we NEVER call unless we have a legitimate question. For a year and a half, we've had NO returned phone calls, even from the offices. And, the internal insurance handlers they have...ARE HORRIBLE! We've now been trying to change Allstate agents FROM Adam Smith, to a TRUE agent in Grand Prairie, and surprise!!!!! THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED THE AUTHORIZATION to transfer in OVER 2 weeks, and Allstate corporate won't transfer without it. Being held hostage is not the way to treat clients, guys!!

Sarah, thanks for your response; however, YOU DO handle insurance in the dealership!! Adam Smith IS an INDEPENDENT ALLSTATE AGENT, and we sat in THE DEALERSHIP INSURANCE OFFICE when we bought it. Jamie handled changing our insurance from Progressive to Allstate ON THE SPOT.

Great place. Fun. On first Thursday of the month they bring in a band and a food truck and they provide the drinks.

Emily was awesome! She understood my situation like no one else could! She has been patient, understanding I'm going through some personal issues that just won't allow me to purchase yet. However, because of her when the time comes (and it will) I will look no where else other than Texas HD, and buying from her.

I'm told this is the largest dealer in the state and the third largest in the country and from the size, I believe it! The staff is friendly and willing to help you find what stuff you need including the ~800 bikes in the building. Wow!

Fantastic service staff, they picked up my bike, dead battery. Did another minor repair, 3 days. And they washed her! Also put a battery tender plug for free.

The people here are amazing, been buying here since 2015 and hav not been done wrong, parts and serve both are very knowledgeable and dependable, on a further level their are 2 people i feel have greatness and that is Chad in sale and Ashley on the floor both of which has helped me so much.

We were at the counter too pay for a $1000.00 intake and tuner. The cashier was so busy talking too the good folks ahead of us buying polish we walked. Just saying.

If there was a lower rating I can give this place I would walked in there and look around for 30 minutes no one even gave me a second look I make more than enough money I own a bike of my own and it seemed like the only people they would talk to his people that actually on Harleys totally disgusted will never go back there again for any reason if you want service I'd go to Honda Freedom Powersports somewhere else cuz he's guys obviously don't care

If you are a new rider, intermediate, or have been riding for 30 years, Texas Harley Davidson can meet you wherever you are in your riding experience. Terry is more than helpful with the new rider course, Zac has walked me through several upgrades and services, with many more to come. Penny always makes the buying experience personal and not just going to the store and getting something. I can't say enough about the level of service and respect everyone shows. They put my rear brake pads on backwards! I couldn t stop and twisted my ankle. I brought it back to them, they changed the rotor and brake pads, and that was it. They said it happens and we all make mistakes! Well this mistake almost costed me my life. And my rear brakes still squeak and they will not fix them.

This place is a joke!!! Over 6 hrs to buy two Harleys one new and one used. I walked out once since they tried to stick us with 8.25% apr after they said I will get the best apr out on Harleys. They next day found out they offer 0% apr. Tried to get that and they wanted to buy my bike back at $3,000.00 less then I paid them. What a joke and if they would of treated me right I was willing to sink another $6,000.00 in upgrades. I will take my business elswhere. If u have to go ask for freebird. He is the best guy they have there. The other used bike was a good deal but they didn't fix the tail lights on the right side. Be careful they don't screw u like they did us at adams harley davidson.

The store is huge, with lots of space. They have a tremendous selection of Harleys. The clothing choices, however, were mediocre at best. The staff was friendly but not attentive.

i was just there to drop off my sister's bike but while we were looking at a bike she liked one of the salesmen showed her the right way to raise a bike off the kickstand. i didn't even know to do that, and it will help her out cause she's kinda small

Sales staff was absolutely the best ive ever dealt with. In fact the whole dealership makes you feel like you belong. They have a very wide selection of EVERYTHING! I will continue a realationship with them. Never been to a deLer anything like them.

They worked very hard to get me a deal on a used Streetglide. The whole staff that I felt with were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was an excellent experience and this is my first Harley purchase. I really liked the fact that they took the time to get to know my riding habits and what I wanted in a bike instead of just trying to sell me whatever bike they wanted to get rid of. I was never talked down to because I new absolutely nothing about Harley. I have been riding for years but I had never ridden a Harley or been around them.
