They put my rear brake pads on backwards! I couldn t stop and twisted my ankle. I brought it back to them, they changed the rotor and brake pads, and that was it. They said it happens and we all make mistakes! Well this mistake almost costed me my life. And my rear brakes still squeak and they will not fix them.
