I bought a new UGL about a month ago at the Longview location. I was aware of the recalls and had 3 different conversations with the people involved in the sales process and asked them to please take care of the issues while they had it in the service department (installing nearly 5000.00 in upgrades. Well needless to say, I'm sitting here now having the clutch issue taken care of because they simply ignored my request and i lI've out of town . I'm highly disappointed with their customer service and I will not be recommending this store, which is shame because I am from a family of riders that have bought 9 new bikes in the past few years. I am in the customer service industry and even train on it. Again, unhappy and disappointed!!!
