Just want to say thanks to the team at Texas Harley Davidson. Especially say thank you to Dwain and Bear they got us on a 2016 Harley Davidson Softail Slim, they did an amazing job getting everything put together for us. Me and my wife absolutely love the bike and will be referring anyone that is ready to purchase a bike to these guys. Thank you Dwain the bike is perfect and we love it. We will be using you guys for any future purchases and other needs we have with the bike.

Today, Ive finally had enough. I can't tell you how many times I've been in to this store to buy parts, clothes...whatever. It is very rare, they have a part for my bike. To some extent I can understand that as it is an older bike....you know evolution engine from the dark ages. It does get old though, especially when they seem put out to have to order something. they very much care about selling you a new bike and not much more than that. The last straw was today when my wife went in to buy a simple little dress up part for my father in laws 06 glide (for fathers day). A salesman straight up walked off on her. She ended up buying the wrong part as a result.....because, even for an 06 they don't have the part. Seriously I have tried to avoid this place for 13 years now even though I live about 3 blocks away. I will never step foot in this store again......except to return whatever my wife bought for me for fathers day today.....its probably wont fit my bike anyway.

Heads up Texas Harley.....there is a thing people have been doing lately called buying online. It seems you can avoid schmuck salespeople and sometimes shipping costs and tax. You might want to keep that in mind the next time you crap on your customers.

Calling out to all my fellow Veterans I'm retired O-2 as a Caution! With this dealership honestly don't go there go to any other Harley Davidson just not this one, the finance dept. and a Dustin are pretty much as dishonest as they come I wanted to purchase a used bike and didn't know their tactics but now I do, I was offered a used bike that they took in as a down and was approved for credit on it but when I went to go pick it up I was told they had to put it in the shop due to issues with the clutch cable and a bearing, that they had not or did not noticed when they took it in as a down I was first told it was a 2 day thing well after 2 1/2 weeks later getting a little worried my approval was going to expire since it was only good for 30 days and I was coming up on the 3rd week I was then offered a bike that they knew I didn't like or want finally 3 weeks in they finished the repairs put it back together and was told get full coverage insurance and the down and come on down to get it, I did and after I get there this Dustin fellow told me I was no longer approved because they raised the price on the bike do to the repairs they made on it and he said that he or they were not going to take the hit on the repairs so they were raising the price on it plus the original down I was asked for was no more they also raised that by over $2000 don't know about y'all but that was not right at all, it was not my fault they took a bike with issues in, so I ask as a sign of brotherhood for the blood that we've have lost and as the bothers that we are to stand with me just as I would stand by any of you and don't go - come - buy from this dealership at least for a few months let's make them feel what is like to be done this to just like we made those s.o.b's feel in Iraq, Afghanistan and for a few of us in saudi Arabia at the gulf so please I ask you brothers please join me on this, go to any other Harley in the area like Dallas just don't go, come here for a while. I found the parts and service to be above par here. I cant say I enjoy the sales department although they are there to sell motorcycles.

First time there, I come from another country, but will continue to visit this Harley store, everybody gives an excellent service.

I sat in front waiting on my son and they have at least 50 bikes out front. I saw 1 bike that I liked. I am old school I want to see a chopper. When I saw the first Harley with a radio I thought it was for girls. I am ok with 2days style but where did Harley go?

I came in to buy tshirts, your facility is excellent as well as all of your staff. Even though Bobby knew I wasn't there to buy a bike that day he gave me a tour of the facility and updated my knowledge on the new models. I sold Harleys in Colorado I have been thinking about doing it again. Your dealership is the kind of place I would Love to work at. Everyone was excellent. So many cool bikes. The showroom experience is just kind of cool, and the overall interior environment is fun.

I shopped several Harley Dealerships before settling on Texas HD. The staff at all the dealerships are knowledgeable, but what sets Texas HD apart is the customer service. I had not ridden a bike in 30 years. The staff made me feel at home and gladly answered my very basic questions - without making me feel like a dope. Phannie is my service representative - she is fantanstic!!! She genuinely cares about me and my bike. She follows up when parts come in and ensures I am always taken care of. She also makes sure that my service is completed within the estimated time - so I can plan my schedule. The Parts staff are always willing to spend time to help me make the best choice on upgrades to my bike. Overall, Texas HD exceeds my expectations.

Please be sure to leave a voicemail or post on your website that your dealership will be closed outside the normal schedule. Drove out of my way after calling 3 times for a $10 gasket kit for no reason.
