I went in last night to get a state inspection done, it failed due to a bad brake switch. Service told me what the issue could be, and parts person was quick to look up part and give me printed instructions on where part was located. Was a easy fix and had my bike inspected passed no issues. Thank you Texas Harley for not making things complicated!

"Recently purchased a 2006 FXST from Texas Harley Davidson, found the bike I was looking for on their website then worked with Becca (internet sales) to arrange driving up to check out the bike. Did a test ride along with GT and found the bike to be as described and made the deal. The entire team from Becca, GT, Chad and all the others were a pleasure to deal with. I recommend this dealership for your next motorcycle purchase. "

Had the 5000 mile service done on my Sportster, everything was done exactly as they said. Service area clean and well maintained. They told me 3 hours, it was exactly 3 hours. They only downside, there is no storage for helmets and gear, so I had to lug everything around to the restaurant next door. Would be nice to be able to leave gear someplace safe in the facility for people waiting on service. The facility is huge, I'm sure it can be done.

Adam Smith is by far the best dealership I have ever done business with. We have purchased 3 bikes over the years and we are always treated like family when we go in. They are honest and up front about every deal and they don't treat you like just another sale.

I purchased my FIRST Harley bike at this location ...

I purchased my FIRST Harley bike at this location several months ago, ALL with my own money, I'm 18! Anyhow I went back to the dealership today 06/29/18 to purchase oil, oil filter, and O ring for the drain plug. I advised the salesman what I needed and he asked me what year my bike was. I purchased a 2016 750 Street. After advising the salesman what year my bike was he advised me that I had to use synthetic oil only in my bike! My dad as well as other friends who own Harley's all told me that synthetic oil def wasn't needed in my bike for it to run properly! A 750 Street isn't a complex machine that's for sure! Being young as well as a new Harley owner I didn't want to argue the point thinking that maybe something had changed since I purchased my bike. I already knew that the type of oil being synthetic or non synthetic was usually a personal choice, but like I say I thought maybe something had changed with my bike! Plus due to the fact the salesman repeated to me that synthetic oil had to be used, I took it that he knew more than me, BIG MISTAKE!

When I got home my dad saw the synthetic oil and he wasn't happy at all with what took place in the store! He, as well as I feel like I was duped into buying the synthetic oil because of my young age! I'm really upset that I spent $20 bucks more for something that I really didn't need. I'm in College so $20 bucks to me is probably like $200 or more to others. I don't make much money from my job and I really have to watch what I spend to be able to afford my bike as well as my College. I saved up my money for years in order to purchase this bike all on my own, and for what? To be taken advantage of by a salesman? It just makes no sense for this kind of situation to happen and especially to someone new to the Harley world!

This dealership could have very well received my business for the next 30 to 40 years. BUT, now I'll do business at another Harley location, ONE I CAN TRUST! I even called around(after the fact) to several other Harley dealership locations in the Metro area, all to advise me that synthetic oil was def a personal choice when it comes to a 750 Street! I'm upset with myself that I let this salesman do this to me, I should have known better I guess! Like I say, $20 bucks might sound like nothing to most people. But for me, $20 bucks is several days worth of food for someone who's trying to get by in life being in College. I like my Harley but really hate being taken advantage of that's for sure! An apology unfortunately doesn't suffice for how I was treated nor how I feel at this point! I won't give up on owning my Harley and paying for it all on my own. I will however give up on this dealership as this kind of garbage shouldn't be happening to anyone, much less a young person who was taking the word of a Bedford Harley Davidson salesman! Young, old, and in between. Stand firm with what you know when it comes to your bike! Don't be fooled like I was regardless if it was $20 or $2000 dollars! We all work hard for our money and we shouldn't be suckered out of it by anyone, PERIOD!!

To be honest, I did not buy a motorcycle there. I have visited the store a few times and it seems like this family is growing with every new biker that gets to ride out their doors.
The store is strategically located off of 121/183 with a huge parking lot.
Endless selection of bikes( models, colors and sizes) and their clothing/ accessories selection is huge.
They do have lots of events and riding classes.
Highly recommend a visit even if you re just going to look.

No complaints up until I received at work that my job was being transferred. The story is I took my bike in to get its first service. I purchased the pit pass when we bought the bike. Told service writer about my transfer and that I was moving out of state. I told him to bad we couldnt take the pit pass and transfer it where we were going. He told me that in those circumstances the dealership usually would refund the unused portion of the pit pass. I asked who do I need to speak to. He walked me over to the sales manager. The gentleman sayed yes the dealership does refund unused portion of the pit pass under certain circumstances. He told me to provide a letter from my company that stated I was being transferred to another state. Well after troubling my company for this letter I have tried numerous attemps to get a hold of the finance department via the phone leaving messages with no return call. Today I finally reached finance and was told this company does not give refunds on the pit pass. Wouldn't of even thought of asking for a refund but a service writer and the sales manager both giving me the exact same story and what was needed on my part for a refund. Extremely disappointed and a complete waste of my time.

I've been a customer for about five years. Mainly ...

I've been a customer for about five years. Mainly motor clothes, parts and accessories, and service. At almost 70 years old, my riding days are coming to a close sometime in the next 10 years. Sometimes the sales people at Adam Smith come on a little strong, but a firm statement that you are not interested in a new motorcycle, will shut them down. A few of them may look like sad eyed gigantic, bearded, tattooed puppies when you make that clear (politely), but hey....they gotta eat too.

I bought my last motorcycle in 2010, a CVO Street Glide that I have heavily customized, and put about 50,000 miles on. My main experience with Adam Smith Texas H-D has been with service. It's excellent. The techs are through and do a good job. I had an electrical problem, caused by a bad installation of third party gear, that they worked on for days. I'm certain they only charged a small portion of the real labor involved. In another instance they did about $2,000 in work at no charge under my H-D ESP.

More recently, I decided to move to Taos, NM, and needed to store my CVO Street Glide for an extended period. In addition, I recently had surgery that kept me from riding during that period. When they learned I was a Vietnam Veteran, they picked the bike up in Colleyville, stored it for almost three months, and I expect to pick it up in pristine condition, freshly washed on Thursday. The charge: $20.00. Don Morefield, Assistant Service Manager told me they usually only store bikes for deployed active duty military at no charge. I only hope the dealers in Santa Fe, NM, or in Alberquerque, NM are half as good. Thanks to Don, and the service manager, that approved the storage at such a ridiculously low charge.

I'm very new to riding and I felt extremely nervous walking in, but everybody there made me feel so welcome, especially Speedy. I can't remember his real name, but his nickname sure stuck with me! The way they handle your questions is professional and polite and I didn't ever feel stupid or embarrassed to ask for clarification. I only wish everybody who works with motorcycles could be this open and friendly to those who want to learn!

They are really bad with service for your bike. Our bike was there for 2 weeks to replace the ignition switch. They never call us to give an update. We finally called them and they didn't even know that the part showed up. We decided to drop in the next day and they said the part was installed and just getting cleaned up. Told them we would just wait for it and just let us know when it was ready. Almost 2 hours later and popping into the service department with nobody saying a word. We seen our bike just sitting there. Terrible service and VERY pushy salesman. Will not go back.

The massive amount of bike to take in is overwhelming! Plan on spending half a day here if you ve never been. Someone will gladly take you on a tour which I highly recommend. The assortment of motor clothes is abundant and if you can t find what you are looking for here, you won t find it anywhere.

There is more to tell then google will allow but ill try.
They claim this bike is ready to go... Missing anything????
I explained to him I m looking to have my dad s bike fixed for father s day
The bike would not run and needed a few other things, (mostly being closed up)
It took them 2.5 days to tell me it needed a new battery, they found out Friday night it needed a new water pump, (too late cant order it and cant ride the bike. They were provided all the parts they needed to put it all back together but they didn't...
Don't ever expect a call from them, they wont call you, they wont give you updates and if you have a larger project they will brush you off. There are too many other dealers in the area to put of with this kinda of service. THEY DON'T CARE. The fact this bike sat for as long as it did proves THEY DON'T CARE

I will give them credit they got the bike back running and kind of put back together (lose bolts and lose parts but it was put back together) by 6:45pm Saturday. It s sad the ONLY reason for this is because I had to FORCE them to do it. If would have been even a little bit less forceful the bike would still be in their shop! For a dealer and a total of over 1K I expected the bike to be ready to roll and to look like they cared. I can with 100% certainty say had I not started micromanaging this process on Friday it would not have been even ready to ride Saturday. I can also say with 100% certainty no one at this shop cared about the project

The service I received was top notch. People were busy straightening up and organizing, but helped me out as soon as I was ready. Even had one guy remark that the Pink girls shirt, that I purchased for my daughter, matched my eyes...... Made me laugh out loud. I'll be back.

I live 650 miles from dealership and purchased my 17 Roadking from this dealership working with Jerry Moore through internet sales. Once I arrived, they were very professional and after showing me my bike, took me through dealership sections. Amazing, friendly, and a site to see. The out the door price was agreed to prior to my arrival and did not change. No hassling. The only bad part of my experience was the purchase of extended warranty. Paid $2500 for 5 years and upon recent discussions with other riders, seems like overpriced and may have gotten a 7 year deal for same amount elsewhere. So shop around for extended warranty would be my recommendation.

After riding all manner of bikes over the last 10 years or so, I decided to give Harley's a chance.
I had always loved the old school Dyna Low Rider and the brand spanking new 2014.5 had just hit the sales floor 2 days earlier.
It was my wildest dreams in steel, leather and rubber come to life. A test ride confirmed that this was me personified.
Long story short, my credit was a wreck and I couldn't get my dream financed.
But my salesgirl Emmy, had an ace up her sleeve.
A used 2001 Softail Standard (FXST), the price was right and my trade in (2005 Cadillac CTS) value was great so we did the paperwork & I had a new baby.
Adam Smith's Texas Harley became like my second home, staff and regular customers alike know me due to my frequent visits.

My experience at Texas Harley Davidson was the best ever.I have never felt so welcomed. I went there with not much faith because of a bad experience at another dealership. Within 15 or 20 minutes my deal on the motorcycle I had been dreaming about was approved all while sitting and having a freindly conversation with some of the most freindliest people i have ever met.I highly recommend a visit to Texas Harley.

No business can get everything perfect, but how a business deals with problems is what separates the best and Texas Harley is the best! There was a problem with the service on my bike and it ended up taking an extra week but Nate in service took care of me and contacted me to keep me in loop and fix the problem. Turned a bad situation into a positive experience. Will definitely go here for all my Harley needs.

Horrible I mean horrible customer service. Specifically from Lauren in the service department. I brought her pipes to install but was missing a bracket, she ordered the bracket before test fitting and after waiting to get the bracket it didn t fit. Easy test fit would have solved that problem. So we order new pipes from V&H, the ones we wanted were back ordered until mid August. I called dealer when the eta came around and got told they had no idea when it would be shipped. One quick call to Vance and Hines to check the status and they found an identical part number that was available to ship right away. I waited over 20 days for a back ordered part that if Lauren would have called I would have been out of there 2-3 weeks sooner. These guys don t care about good customer service at all, avoid Lauren she was a pain to work with and a chore to communicate with. This is the biggest baddest Harley dealer in the US, I expected more.

Everyone at Texas Harley is professional. All know there stuff when it comes to motorcycles, if your in the market for a new bike check them out! By far some of my best buying experiences have been at Texas Harley. All the sales are professional and tell you anything you want to know without the "pushy car sales men" feeling they have a true passion for what they do, so getting an honest answer is not only refreshing but something I have come to expect here. If your looking for a motorcycle ask for Zeke!

The sales rep (Royce) was very helpful. He listened to what we were wanting out of our bike, and stayed with just that category and our budget. At the time of purchase, Travis made sure everything was spot on right. Then Maressa (I believe that was her name) went above and beyond with the helmet selections.

Great experience today. My wife and I were bike shopping across DFW and had some bad run ins with the foreign brands. Decided to give harley a try.

We were blown away by the level of service and personal attention we received.
Tawny provided clear, concise information with no fluff, Mikey the GSM was fantastic to talk with, and Tye in Finance was absolutely great.

We did not purchase a bike today, but they have definitely earned our business. And we will be sure to let our friends and family know about our experience.

Simply put, the best automotive buying experience I've ever had. The sales staff are knowledgeable, and genuinely seem to care about finding the best ride for you, not just upselling and moving on. The same was true for each and every department, and when you buy a bike you go on a tour; getting handed from person to person, department to department. Since the purchase I've had several other dealings with them, and every time they've done all they can to make it a great experience. We're already looking to buy my wife a new bike there.
