We bought a new HD Touring bike last year. The salesmen were amazing, and everyone treated us great. But, let me tell you...once they reeled us in, that ENDED. We are your ideal client...insurance is paid annually by draft, and we NEVER call unless we have a legitimate question. For a year and a half, we've had NO returned phone calls, even from the offices. And, the internal insurance handlers they have...ARE HORRIBLE! We've now been trying to change Allstate agents FROM Adam Smith, to a TRUE agent in Grand Prairie, and surprise!!!!! THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED THE AUTHORIZATION to transfer in OVER 2 weeks, and Allstate corporate won't transfer without it. Being held hostage is not the way to treat clients, guys!!

Sarah, thanks for your response; however, YOU DO handle insurance in the dealership!! Adam Smith IS an INDEPENDENT ALLSTATE AGENT, and we sat in THE DEALERSHIP INSURANCE OFFICE when we bought it. Jamie handled changing our insurance from Progressive to Allstate ON THE SPOT.
Our sales contract, with contact information will be under the names of Dennis and Diana Stone. Purchase date April 2016...and, we purchased a 2016 Ultra Harley.
