The folks at Texas Harley are among the best I've dealt with since I've been riding Harleys for about the last 18 years. I bought two Harleys at Texas Harley. I've done all my services here, bought motorclothes and many parts. They are all very friendly and very knowledgeable. Most recently I had my Wounded Warriors Project derby cover installed. It was done quickly and professionally while I waited. The new building is fantastic. The Adam Smith Texas Harley Davidson folks are top notch, in my opinion.

I all ways love working with Ashley . My husband I get the the best customer service. She is always very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products . .

I purchased a used bike from Texas Harley last year from Frank.They have treated me very good and always are friendly when i am there to shop or browse.I try to go to most of there Saturday parties.I am going to purchase my next bike 2013 Ultra Limited from this store just waiting on the 110 anniversary model colors to be announced..

My wife and I went to buy t-shirts (can t quite pull the trigger on a road king) and were greeted and assisted instantly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Awesome selection of everything!

Everyone on this store is so helpful and super nice. From parts and accessories, sales, everyone is always looking to help u out. All of them are super nice to me and my dog mr. Bear every single time we show up at the store. Awesome team at Texas H-D.

This place is a complete joke. Employees will lie to get a sale. They won't honor half the things they say. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemies.

Service after the sale sucks !!!!! I have been pleasant they will not return calls they don't care they have your money. Seems their about getting your dollar not making a customer I got he will call you she will call you but NO CALLS!
Deal is they added a service I didn't want to my contract forging my name . All I wanted was to transfer that money into a store credit
No one will return or take my calls . I wanted to make this place home but really that's how they treat ppl

Ashley Balder is my go to girl!!! She is an outstanding sales Women, and really just deal with her when I visit your store. If she is not there, I will come back when she is. Always super friendly. Been here a few times for various reasons over 2 years. Bought my bike from them 2 years ago. They're always great about everything. I've only had 1 issue with them and they were very helpful and willing to get it resolved. I've never had an encounter with that wasn't the most friendly helpful service

I am not happy with the service manager This be my last time dropping my bike to the dealer my personal opinion they over charge to much labor / today 03-13-21 around 3:30 pm I went to pick up my bIke . I am inspect my bike before I leave the dealer. I noticed few things being loose and missing parts They Took to the back to fix the right weight when I left a dealer my bike Start making noise I video my bike and went straight to the dealer talk to the manager he invited me to take my bike to Different dealer I videotaping and Recording the manager. Fort evidence.

Huge selection of bikes and everything else. Never felt pressured to buy even though I rode in on a bike I had just customized to my liking and rode out on my dream bike. Lots of events and rides. Love that place.

Not only do the team members greet you with a smile - but majority of the time, so do the regularly returning customers. Ashley Balder SPECIFICALLY has always been extremely helpful when shopping for my gear/apparel and will consistently go above and beyond to provide a great customer experience. She s a big reason why I continue to come back and puts the traditional family value back into harley-davidson :)

This is one of my boyfriend's favorite Harley Davidson stores, and I can see why after visiting myself to buy him a gift. The sales person in the jewelry section was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be back when I have more time to look around for something for myself, as they have a huge selection of apparel and specialty items.

I love the different models available outside. I did not speak with any sales person. As i did not enter the building.

Jerry and Big E was a big help getting me through all the paper work, at the time of the insurance I had Geico witch was 110 a month for full coverage then they told me about their insurance witch now I pay 48 for full coverage. Thank y all once again for the big help.

People are always friendly here. Always fresh coffee but miss their K cup machine. Clearances ale prices are not good compared to other dealers.

Have driven by for several years, and have admired, even their previous building ever since I moved to Texas.
But today, Penny and I decided to stop in and get a look from the inside.
We were greeted immediatly when we walked it. And not one of those "hi, welcome" type gesture greeting, I mean asincere, with a smile, and the eyes conveying to you ... "Hello, and Welcome".
We slowly looked around.
No one rushing us, to grab a sale.
Staff going about their duties, and still greeting as they moved about.
When I had a question, some was always handy, helpful, and informative.
Gave us time to blend in, and enjoy the facility.

We learned how Y'all celebrate a motorcycle sale.
The PA announcement, and the siren concerned me at first. Started Penny, but it was quickly explained, that someone was just welcomed into your Family of Owner & Riders.
How you welcome a new customer into your family is inspiring.
That "You Never Ride Alone" signature board was IMPRESSIVE.

We cruzed the gift shop.
Penny got a colapasable doggy bowl, and I picked out an emergency survival bracelet.
Thank You, to your entire staff that stopped to introduce themselves.

Went in for new tires. Called and said they have them in stock. Dropped my bike of last Thursday. Then went in on Sunday. To find out that they had to order my front tire. That would had been fine but they never called to let me know what s going on. My service advisor was Lauren. Just picked my bike up today a week later. Not very happy that they can t just pick up a phone and call.

One of the best Harley dealers in the area. They are the largest around with the best selection of not only motorcycles but parts, accessories and apparel. Everyone here does their best to help with whatever you want or need. Hope in the apparel department is the greatest! She goes above and beyond to make sure you're outfitted properly. They are always hosting free events and truly promote the riding lifestyle.

Sales staff is or was epic but never again will I let the service department touch my machine not even to check the air pressure.. bought 3 20+thousand $ machines there and never been treated so poorly and my machine in a bad way leaven them. Store/sales 5star the rest isn t worthy of the name..

Looked like a great facility, and I had an eager sales person that got shot done by his sales managers. The PRICE GOUGiNG was insane. I went to purchase a new 2020 CVO and was told by the sales person $46,000. When he returned with a manager and my official number, they had it listed it $5,000 above the MSRP. This was a bike with a MSRP of $44,039 and the only price I was quoted was $49,000 + all the extras and TT& L. The sales person running to the managers booth went back once more and came back with the same number. I wasn t looking for a deal or a steal, I was a pre-approved by Harley Davidson and I was ready to buy. I was ready and wanted to pay what the bike is worth. So, If you are looking for a bike and want to pay a reasonable price, Texas Harley in Bedford, TX is not the place to go.

I have bought four Harley Davidson motorcycles in the DFW area. Two of them were here. Definitely the place to go. Price was right on the bike, and they actually made the experience enjoyable.

They have some very cool custom bikes sorry not happy that we could not reach anyone Monday after having issues heading back to WI on bike we just bought Friday. Upset paperwork wasn't filed for us to have warranty work done. Thank goodness for the guys at Doc HD got us on the road after a few hours. Oil all over paint and jeans really not Happy here

Loved the selection but the customer service was lacking.

I bought 2019 Heritage over a month ago.Buying transactions went smoothly and that was pretty much the end of the smoothness.
I was charged a preparation fee and the bike wasn't prepared at all.After 15 miles ride home and parking it I smelled strong gasoline odor in my garage, I called them explained a problem,missing fuel line part.I drove back to the dealership,they gave me the part,I installed it and it fixed that problem.Few days later I checked engine oil level,guess what?too much. I called them again.I brought the bike back.They confirmed,too much,instead of riding it and enjoying my new bike,my time off and great weather I spent couple hrs at the dealership because of somebody's negligence and carelessness.The bike was returned to me with oil stains and scratched primary cover. I don't ask anybody to baby my bike however it beats me why some individuals treat someone's property that way.I had a conversation about it with a manager and I was informed that engine is painted black and it's very easy to scratch,I guess I shouldn't have bought black engine.Certified HD technicians from Bedford simply don't know how to handle black painted engines.
400 miles and a month later, the engine makes loud ticking noises,called them again,explained a problem.I rode to the dealership again to diagnose a malfunction.They concurred.I was informed that engine needs to be taken apart!just 400 miles!!!
The bike was returned to me after a test ride again with OIL STAINS on it,second time!
I informed the manager that I don't like that idea of taking my brand new bike apart because I will never get it back in the same condition and Bedford HD service department has a very hard time with simple tasks based on my previous experiences and observations and whether we can find a different solutions.They agree to take defective bike back as long as I buy more expensive one.I don t want to find myself in a vicious cycle senselessly dumping money.They advised me that I can take it somewhere else to do my warranty work,no dignity and integrity to stay behind their product.
Bad and unimpressive overall experience,I bought an oil filter,I was overcharged for different one,I bought oil,I was charged and overcharged for something else,again.
I'm almost 50 years old man and I have ridden over 130000 miles in US,Canada and Europe.I have owned many different motorcycle,this is my first Harley.

The BIGGEST Harley Davidson dealer in Texas. Ask for Aaron, cool dude. Sales people know their stuff and they're not pushing. The just want to help you and they chat.

I dont think there is enough space here to add everything I loved about buying our very first Harley Davidson from this dealership. We worked with a salesperson by the name of Micah Long for about a month over the phone, email, and text messaging. I wanted to buy my husband a new bike, but we had very strict guidelines as far as how much we could spend. Micah and one of their finance guys Nick worked tirelessly looking for bikes that fell within those guidelines, actually listening to our wishes and requests as far as mileage, year, make and model. (My husband desperately wanted a '17 or newer Road Glide.) They found us exactly what we wanted at just the right down payment and monthly payments. The test rides Micah took my husband on, with me riding, were amazing. They weren't rushed, it was a variety of roads, highways, curves and straight lines. After the deal was made and the dotted line signed, we got a detailed tour of the dealership (which is gloriously huge, btw) after a fun (and loud!) celebration as a welcome to my husband and I to the HD family. We got to meet their service department (this shop has 3 master techs!!! And their back shop quite literally sparkles.), brooks in accessories, (really great, brutally honest guy ), alicia who showed us the ropes, where to find what, and all about their weekly and monthly events (think family reunions but more often and less drama ). When the most fun parts were over and it was time to sign the last of the paperwork, Mianca helped guide us through picking out a theft protection and warranty plan, and busted her butt to find us what we needed for the price we needed it at. All in all, any purchase of this kind will be made at this dealership. Even if it means driving to here from Shreveport, lousiana (again). This store is amongst a group of dealerships owned by a gentleman named adam (I dont remember his last name ) whose employees make it clear that they are treated well, just like family, because that glows through how they treat their customers. We left feeling confident with our purchase, knowing that "we'd never ride alone.". I love you guys

Awesome store!!! We were just passing by the freeway when we saw the store. We had to turn around. It's the biggest store I've been to. They have so much more than the stores in San Antonio.
