As far as Harley-Davidson bike shops go this one is huge with the usual departments friendly knowledgeable employees and lots of shopping options. Gear fir riding and a good selection of gift items and t-shirts. Great place for motorcycle classes to get your license. My husband took his class here and was quite pleased with the level of expertise exhibited in all the instructors. Lots of parking, clean store, and clean restrooms.

Went to a free event there and the whole family had fun. Always have plenty of people on the floor to help you but they don't hassle you.

Absolutely "TOP NOTCH" dealership. I see now why my son chose to buy his 2018 Road King from them.

THEY RAISE PRICES!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!! CALL OTHER HARLEY DEALERSHIPS!!!! I used to go to Adam Smith/Texas Harley in Bedford Tx for everything! I will never step foot in this place again. Harley Davidson's main website you can get o-rings for drain plug's all day long for .99 each, and as well at ALL other Harley dealerships in the area (longhorn, Maverick, Corinth, Ft. Worth), but "Texas Harley" high and mighty Mr. Bedford himself says "No we are better than everyone" so they charge $1.99 EACH!!!! Same goes for the C-Clips that hold on the tensioner in the primary. Harley's website, and every other dealership want .52 each, these morons want again $1.99 EACH!! UNREAL!!! I PROMISE you will get parts and accessories cheaper elsewhere! Trust me, and try it once! you will be glad you did. I am FINISHED with this STEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From the second you walk in, everything is just cool. From the first employee you meet, through the whole process of looking and buying, you can see that everybody is glad to see you and they care that you are a rider or someone who wants to learn. Was overwhelmed by their sales team service quickly answering questions & getting back to me with pricing & finance details. Very courteous & professional team. They even made all shipping arrangements too. Being I was out of state. They sent a video with the bike running which made the "Final Sale". They said the Forty Eight was a ten out of ten. When I first saw it after it was removed from the semi for shipping. Shocked @ the condition of the bike. "Immaculate Condition" Enough said.

This is an amazing place. I've been to several shops in the country & in the world & this was the nicest one. All of the staff was great.

If it were not for the sales staff, we would give this location and the rest of the staff 5 stars. After buying four bikes from this store and no telling how much in gear/merchandise, you would think that the sales team would have enough respect to listen their client and adhere to their financial requests but instead, our last experience with this store was shady to say the least and the sales rep a complete liar. To make matters worse, the GM of this store ignores calls/emails from loyal customers. This will be the last time we ever step foot in this store. Small fish in a big pond but word of mouth goes a long way in the Harley family not to mention we have several other locations in the area to give our patronage to.

Ashley aka the princess, is one of the main reasons I am a Texas Harley Customer. She is totally awesome, helpful, creative, and thinks ahead for me and my wife on new items she knows we would like.

Just recently purchased my very first motorcycle. Needless to say I was a bit nervous but Scotty, Chad and Travis helped me out and my whole process was phenomenal. I went with the Iron883 and throughout the whole deal i had random people on their staff coming up to me and congratulating me. After the deal was done they let me ring the sales bell and just had an outstanding reaction from everyone. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. Ask for Scotty.

Brad gave an amazing tour of the new Harley Davidson building. It's absolutely massive! Biggest in the state and I think the 3rd largest in the country/world! Staff was quite friendly and inviting. Lot's of activities; bike night, family stuff, etc. Great location too!

I purchased my 2011 FatBoy there, and even though I live far from the store, these folks keep inviting me back, so I keep coming from time to time, and it always feels good to be there.

Terrible attitudes here from management down. Totally agree with the gentlemen that had service issues. You can't find a single person that knows whats going on. And they won't admit fault to anything, it has to be your fault. Very unprofessional.

This dealer is a very friendly, courteous, place to go! Freddie, the Rep that met us when we walked in, is super awesome! He showed us the whole facility and explained the operation. If I buy another bike, I may just have to fly to Texas and ride it home!

After riding with my husband for 10 years on 4 different Harley's, I decided to get myself a new Softail Slim, and ride a motorcycle for the very first time. We would visit Texas Harley time after time. Making friends and learning about different motorcycles and motor clothes. Great experience throughout the whole purchase process. I have been dealing with Texas Harley-Davidson for years. Every thing from their Service Department, to their Parts and Accessories Department and Clothing Department and the service has always been friendly, fair and great. I would recommend Adam Smith's Texas Harley-Davidson to anyone.

When I need to go to a Dealership, I go here. Top notch Service and friendly staff. As far as a Dealership goes, they are better than some of their competitors.

I've seen smaller warehouses. This is the biggest sq ft HD dealer I've seen yet!

Very helpful and they do not bug you an push you to buy things they are just glad you come in there store I been to a lot of harley-davidson shops most of the time the girls or guys will pressure you to buy something. But never had that problem at Texas harley an I stop in there 2 times a week. But they need to look at getting Texas flag patches.

Im sure the store is great but when I try to shop online with my 4G phone, it tells me the page won't open cause it contains too many server redirects. Please fix

I might add more recently, three additional professionals that I have had the privilege of dealing with and they are Scotty Caster, David Rodriguez in sales and Stephen Hansen a Service Advisor. They are exceptional in personality and product knowledge which makes this another 5 Star experience. They are Harley-Davidson all the way and your best bet in getting the deal that you want and need with the service to keep your Harley running sweet. Check out the service department while you are at it because it just may be the best in the region. No one does it better. Good Luck and Safe Riding.

I called to see if they some parts in stock, which they did. When I arrived to the store, without me saying that I was going to buy them, the parts guy had them ready to go with the purchase ticket. Impressive

I just purchased my 9th bike from Texas HD. I have been a long time customer of this shop, and would not go anywhere else. The team of people that work here are both Friendly and Professional. They will do their best to make a deal that bot the dealership and the customer can work with. Home away from home.

Sales guy (Matt) was fantastic, the sales manager and dept, on the other hand, due to our self employment, were snarky and unwilling apparently to put any effort in even though we provided more than enough documentation to have made it a fairly simple process. We ended up going to Lucky Penny next door and were treated first off like they actually wanted our business and were a pleasure to work with as they took on the simple couple if extra steps it took to get us approved. We got a nicer bike with much less hassle and at a better price. We will be shopping next door from now on and definitely not here.

For those who love this kind of bike, this is the right place you will find a vast amount of new and used motorcycles, all very beautiful ..... furthermore there is a large room of accessories and clothing to lose one's mind ..... the shop is well known even from afar ...... to be seen for sure

I originally came in the dealership looking at a bike a couple years ago. I was treated so nicely I decided to apply for a position that opened and the rest is history. I couldn't see myself working with or for anyone else. Come on by and see for yourself!

We were just there to look. Other than the sales person stalking us through the whole place it's great. Their breakfast was good too.
