Service department is awful. First visit was for a 10k service on the bike I bought before moving to the DFW area. When I picked the bike up, the seat bolts were missing. Service guy said he is sure they put them back on... I guess they think I just took them off and hid them while I was standing there? Second visit for a TX inspection... nobody there to do it, was told to come back the next day and they d be there till 7pm. Get there at 5:30pm the next day and was told the tech was gone for the day. Finally on the third attempt, get the inspection and wait in plain site of the counter for 40 mins... never had the courtesy to tell me it had been completed in the first ten minutes I was there. Won t be back, not impressed with the lack of basic customer service.
