I bought a used Audi Q5 from this dealership, The vehicle began making a slightly noticable ticking noise every time the vehicle is in motion and one of the car heating seats is not working as well. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, they offered us a 30 day warranty and denied any help when we came into the dealership to have it checked. They said "as the issues were not safety related we can't do anything about it". Really upset customer and I suggest many others stay away from this dealership if you are purchasing a vehicle that is other than an Acura because they don't care about their customers after they have made a sale on other selected brands. The staff seem to be really friendly and all, but trust me, they aren't. Never going back here again. Merry Christmas.

Randy was absolutely incredible! He didn't try to over sell me at all with upgrades and features. He listened to what I needed and even helped me save money at the end of everything. There were certain bells and whistles I didn't need that he pointed out. He's not pushy at all , every time I asked for a call back he was right there for myself and my family! Best part my kids loved him . At the end of the day my kids pick the car that they want to not cry in ;) strategic planning by a wise parent ! Watch out for David, he truly is a scumbag. You are better off buying your Acura at another location that doesn t have slimeballs like him. I did a lot of research and came into this dealer already knowing which car I wanted. The buying process was exciting but I later realized that this man is really dishonest and lacks integrity. I was looking forward to keeping my Acura TLX without any intention of returning it, which I thought I made very clear. They have a 7 day return policy for used cars and I had no intention of returning the car unless there was something seriously wrong with the car (thank god there wasn t). The reason why he is such a slimeball is because without me knowing about the 7 day return policy, David told me to call him back next week after my purchase and he told me he s have a gift for me. After reaching out to him he was nowhere to be found. In the beginning he answered my texts and calls without any issues but after the purchase he clearly didn t care about me at all. He claimed he was busy once but then later just ignored me completely when I asked if I should come in for the gift. Don t lie, you re lower than scum for doing that. You should really try to build a long term and long lasting relationship instead. You could have had a returning customer in the future but I ll definitely be taking my next purchase with Acura at a different dealer. As for the car? 1.5 years and still running great because I keep it in good condition. I have no problem with Acura, my issue lies with the sales people and I highly doubt any management could sway my thought.

Went to pick up my car after a service had to wait 20 minuets for someone to talk to me. And another 30 for them to get my car after they called to let me know it was ready . I then had to hand dry the car myself as employees watched.
By far the best Acura dealership!! Traded in my 2011 Sti and got a great deal on it. Eric Cheung (used car manager) is the person you want to see. Very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and inquiries. Never pressured me or made feel uncomfortable of selling my car. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family! I had one of the worst car buying experiences of my life last week at Acura of North Toronto. I brought my young daughter with me to test drive a car. That is all I wanted to do and said so several times. The salesman ignored what I wanted and began the full on press to sell me a car that night, even though I said I wasn t buying that night. I have a current acura on lease. He wanted to appraise it for me. I asked how long, he said 10, 15 minutes tops. About 30 minutes later I had to page him to come back. Of course they took my keys for the appraisal. At this point my daughter was crashing as it was past her dinner time, and since I did what I wanted, I wanted to leave. He returned without my keys. I asked for them, he said something like we still have them. What about the appraisal? We are still discussing it . He then proceeded to try and sell me a new car. I asked again for my keys. I then had to sit through a whole bunch of what will it take to buy a car tonight, I need my manager to approve anything You know the completely old school strong arm tactics? I say again I want to leave. Next the manager comes over (without my keys) to have another strong arm discussion in front of my young daughter. 5-10 minutes of aggressive selling later, I stand up. Where are my keys? I need to leave now. Oh in the manager office . I see them go back in there and continue talking for another several minutes. Despite me standing in sight of them with my daughter, they made no effort to give me my keys for several more minutes.
I was literally held hostage. I wanted to go. I made it clear I wanted my keys 3-4 times yet they would not give them to me. What is this, 1980? Are you selling Chevys? This is supposed to be a luxury brand. Since management was involved the whole time, this is not a bad apple sales person. Clearly this is how management there wants this to go.
I had the complete opposite experience at another GTA Acura dealer. Stay away from these guys.
I am calling Acura Canada tomorrow to complain about these rude and aggressive practices. This is all 100% truth written by a real person trying to buy a $50K car. I will share all the details and names with Acura Canada.
We leased our 3rd MDX from this dealership and had been happy until dealing with the last sales rep that basically sold us with a bait and switch. We have young kids and liked the DVD device that is built into the vehicle. We were told that the new 2016 DVD was different and therefore sold us a bolt on DVD player for an additional $1k. After we took delivery of the vehicle we realized the DVD player was horrible as voice always is squeaking and that the 2016 built in DVD player was NOT different and the same as the prior year vehicles. We felt duped and wanted our older vehicle back but the dealership had already sold it. The options they presented were less than satisfactory so we are stuck with the vehicle we leased and no longer use the DVD. I rarely ever provide a review but I want to warn buyers - Beware and due your OWN DUE DILIGENCE when dealing with some of the sales reps at this dealership.
My response to the dealership contacting me re: this post: we already dealt with the previous manager and GM who offered to give us the package they promised us in the first place for an extra $4,000.00. Nothing further was ever done by the dealership and our concerns were abandoned by the dealership. We never even asked to trade in our Acura in the first place as it still had 1.5 years left on the lease. It was Acura that solicited us and then sold us something based on misrepresentation.
I recently purchased a used 2020 Acura TLX Aspec SH AWD from Acura of North Toronto. I received the utmost professional customer service from Reza. I drove 4.5 hrs from Ottawa and I must say he went above and beyond to ensure the car was in the best condition for me. The worst part service Bad experience! l bought my car at this shop recently. I found a mechanical problem that the alignment should be adjusted. However, when I talked to sales manager,Peter Kim, he answered me without respect. He treated the Asian customer rudely. I am pissed. Alignment isn't a obvious problem cannot be found in a very short time. I just drive 1month and half . That's not very long. I feel something wrong about alignment. But he said it's not our fault. Also, it is over 36 days. We need to charge $150 on it. Excuse me, This is safety issue. How can you treat customer like this!!!! How can you sell a vehicle with some quality defects!!! I will never ever recommend my friend to this shop!
This place is an absolute abysmal mess this is the second outrageously ridiculous experience I've had here this time with service. First of all this dealership is way out of the way for me, but they called ME to book a free multi point inspection so I said sure why not. I figured I could get my snow tires put on at the same time and just pay for that. So they book an appointment for 5:30 weeks in advance. I battle rush hour traffic from PICKERING to get there and when I do they say that the techs only work until 4pm and they can't service my car. Zero respect for customers and their precious time, if they had any whatsoever someone would have called to let me know this before I wasted 2.5 hours driving around like an idiot in rush hour for nothing. And the worst part is I'm going to get the same tired generic response as all the other customers who posted bad reviews so let me save YOU Acura of North Toronto some precious time and just copy and paste that myself. Do business here at your own peril and please take my warning and stay as far away from this sh*tshow of a dealership as possible. TANYA booked my appointment. She's lucky I couldn't remember her name at the time.

We were on a nice Sunday walk this morning and were interested in looking at a couple Acura models but security decided to come over loud speaker and told the people on lot to leave or the police would be called. Wow... two people out for a walk in broad daylight and just wanting to look at your stock as we are buying a new vehicle. That was embarrassing and will never be back.
Horrible service and horrible service associates the sad part is that all other acura do much more for the customer than they do will never return and will never recommend them to anyone so disapointed in my time there and time over the phone with them they deserve negative 5 stars
Decided to booked an appointment to service my vehicle for seasonal tire change a week in advance at this location for the first time. Went in early and I was told to sit and wait...I was not assisted until 15-20mins later. Other staff members was assisting another customer, while others were taking calls & servicing customer and another filing things on their computer. There was three other individuals waiting behind me. When I was finally attended to the staff member picked up the phone...waited another 5 minutes. My expectations in terms of service was not met and I highly suggest to review your operation from a customer service perspective in terms of handling time not by phone call but by a customer who is physically present. In comparison to Downtown Toronto Acura they run things more efficiently and better organized... I'm always attended in a minute or 3 minutes tops.
Update: one of the managers called me from the dealership saying that the GM approved a free oil change on my next visit. I'm changing my rating from 0 stars to 2 stars based on the fact that there was an attempt to help my situation. But, they still won't honour what their former employee promised me, so I'm not satisfied.
Was promised a $0 penalty at time of purchase if I wanted someone to takeover my lease. That was one of the deciding factors to lease the car. Had to pay over $500. Spoke to multiple managers with no success. Didn't even give me a free oil change as a gesture of good will. Unbelievable that a dealership can promise something and go back on their word. MAKE SURE YOU PUT EVERYTHING, AND I MEAN EVERYTHING IN YOUR BILL OF SALE. My salesman promised I wouldn't need to pay a penny, and I made the mistake to trust him and didn't ask to put it in the bill of sale. They treat you like a number once they sell you a car. I would never recommend this place. They didn't even have their own employees back. They threw him under the bus. Won't ever be coming back here, that's for sure. 0 stars!
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was fortunate to work with the sales manager John Listro. The buying experience was fantastic, I was not pushed into any purchase or anything of the sort. The waiting area was fully stocked and it was an extremely professional experience in every way.

Good experience until I got the car. I found several scars at the side of the tires after 2 weeks I bought RDX. I went to sales person who sold me the car and he said I had to get help from service. I have been to the service 2 times. At the first time, the technician asked me to come back to let manage (George) to do assessment. I met George the second day and he said he was going to talk to tire manufacture for the solution. no answers since then. O.K I got the call Tuesday saying that tire company did not consider it a risk issue. Thanks George.

Acura warranty was so useless. There was no light on AUTO button of climate control. Service Advisor Arun Markun said it would cover the repair. But after waiting two hours, I was asked to pay about $450 to replace the light bulb. terrible experience ! Buyers be aware.
If you have a chance to go to Maple Acura instead of this one, DO THAT !!! These guys asked 60$ to unscrew 4 bolts , maple Acura asked 25$ for the same exact thing.The representatives are very nice thou ! They could never perform any service at the same day for me, unlike maple Acura that i visited 3 times without calling and always got my service done within 2-3 hours . Maybe its because of high client demand , but i still don't understand how come the price for the same job varies so much
Recently, I leased an A-Spec RDX from Nina Yaghoodbi at Acura North Toronto. The process in getting the deal done was nothing short perfection. Nina made it so easy from the opening conversation to taking delivery and even a follow up call after delivery. Nina went to bat for me in every way possible. Andrei Bashevsky is the best & honest sales person hands down. I recently bought MDX from him, during the inspection I didn't noticed a very small dent. However, during delivery he told me that there is a dent and the dealer will fix it when I bring the car back. The whole dealership is very friendly and professional. Okay. This must be said! Acura of North Toronto is by Far The BEST Dealership accrous the country. Yes, I just said it! They never failed me everytime I required service or when I needed to purchase the vehicle. Believe it or not, you will get a premium first class service everytime you deal with these guys. The Sale Manager Peter is awsome, he is has an attitude that is customer focused and he always ensure that your sales experience is wonderful. This is my second vehicle purchased at their location. For my first Acura 2019 TLX, they accomodated me since there was a delay in the PDI of the vehicle, they gave me a similar vehicle, 2019 TLX A-spec red interior with a full gas tank. They advised me to take the vehicle home and they will schedule a vehicle delivery.
2 days after, they came at my work place and delivered the vehicle. Trust me, it felt like receiving a Premiere Class type of service. Actually it is First Class hands down!!! They had 5 members that arrived at my workplace and they proceeded by doing a walk around the vehicle, ensuring there was no damage and explained differnt features with the vehicle.
My second Car is a 2020 TLX. Once again I dealt with Peter service manager. He made the process as smooth as possible, and he exceeded my expectations. As far has the service department is concerned, this team is amazing!!! They always ensure the vehicle feels as ifit was brand new everytime I have a service scheduled. Shab the service manager is a very nice guys and even all the service advisor are amazing!!! ACURA of NORTH TORONTO, you guys are unmatchable! I definetly will recommend my family members and my friend to this dealer regardless of how far they are located from this location

Be CAREFUL with the HONGKONG salesman! The guy cheated on the monthly payment by increasing the overall price without telling the customer! And I ended up paying over $1000 more!! I had the worst experience in decades at this horrible dealership.

They just went thru a major renovation and the waiting area is superb and comfy while you are waiting for your car. Also the car delivered back to you in the conditioned garage reception area do you dont have yo stand in the cold yo wait! Overall very satisfy with this place.
Sales person and sales manager were very unprofessional. They don t care about your need and deny their words. Specifically told the sales person my lease ends on the 23 of December, he said they will order it(white with red leather seat), and should come about the time. I said okay I can wait, so I gave deposit on the 21 of November. 6 days prior to my lease end, I had to contact the sales person to find out when my car is arriving. He told me someone else is taking care of my case and told me the car will come January 10 the latest. If I knew I had to wait until January, I wouldn t sign the contract at all. Anyway, the manager said it s not their problem because they didn t write on the contract promise me that it will be delivered on the 23. Everything that the sales person had told me has nothing to do with the lease agreement. So I took a red with black leather seat instead. Then I got my new 2020 red Rdx on the 19th of December and they gave me a fully scratched key which looks like it s been used for a year. I asked for a solution, manager said it s not their problem again! Every question I asked, they reply with a not their problem. I understand it may have some scratch, but looking at the key, it definitely has been used for a long period of time. I know this review is not going to do anything because nobody from Acura cares about a customer already got a car. I m just really upset and I truly want others to know about their attitudes towards customers. Pictures below is exactly the key when they hand it to me and told me this is brand new.
This location was really great to me I was on my way to work and when I parked I noticed my tire was losing pressure, I immediately searched the nearest Acura dealership and found these guys gave them a call and told me exactly what I needed to do, they were really good taking care of me once I was at the dealership and they were able to save my tire I am really impressed with the service I got from these guys especially the service adviser Ken and the manager took really good care of me I would recommend them to all my Acura friends near by.

I ve been coming here since I purchased my Acura in 2018. Service is fantastic, friendly, helpful and sound advice. I used to drive a different make and went to a dealership just next door and it felt like you were going to a second rate butcher shop.
2 weeks ago I leased a new car from this dealership. It was a pleasure to deal with Andrei and Jordan Pavlov. It was one of my most pleasant experiences when comes to car purchasing. Purchased a 2017 Acura RDX with Mark and couldn't be more pleased with his customer service. His team was also awesome John the New Car Sales Manager was super transparent with the unit purchase and even Ali the Pre Owned Manager following up some personal detailed request on my unit which was outstanding.

The lady on the phone that I booked my appointment through said that it will take 1 to 1.5 hours for my service completion....however it was actually 2.5 hours. I wasn't mad since I expect dealerships to take a long time. The reason that I knocked off two stars is because of the cost that this dealership charged for fluid changes. My oil change and tire rotation costed me $215...which would have costed $100 if I did it elsewhere (I've done it in the past). Furthermore, the mechanic suggested that I change transmission fluid, brake fluid, and rear differential fluid. This would have costed me another $400-$500. To be honest, I agree with the mechanic that I needed to change that stuff, but the price was ridiculous so I went elsewhere for the remaining service. Overall, great service department but very expensive. Probably won't come back again unless they slash their prices.
Great customer service and awesome sales team. They listen to you and care about your needs and offer you the best. While Nina our salesperson was super friendly and helpful. She made sure that the car we chose is fitted in our daily basis routine and she helped us to figure out about all new features that we could get in our new vehicle... such a lovely experience...
This is by far the worst dealership I have dealt with. I have bought/leased vehicles from BMW, Lexus, Audi and Infiniti in the GTA and I have never dealt with more dishonest and unprofessional staff and management.
My family got 2017 RDX ELITE and there are multiple issues with a brand new vehicle. The dealership have ignored these complaints and I have reached out to Honda Canada a week ago and I still have not received a response. I am reaching out the OMVIC now and considering other venues to resolve the issue.
It was THE MOST HORRIFYING experience I have ever dealt with. Stay away from these guys and tell your family and friends to take their business elsewhere.
