First time buying a car online without seeing the actual vehicle! The listing was attractive and piqued my interest. When I first called, they receptionist put me through to Sam Choi. He was exceptional to work with on this. He was professional and charismatic and really helped me dial into what I really wanted, and carefully explained everything I wasn t clear on. Sam was great with communication, both through email, txt and phone calls, to help me work out all the details and stay organized. As part of the deal he threw in a bunch of other perks - stuff I never thought of to ask about and I m sure most other salesmen would have just left those things out. I d strongly recommend working with Sam if you re in the market for a new Acura! First vehicle purchase I ve had where I ve felt truly confident afterwards. And it was such an easy process as well! Well worth my 2-hr drive to this location. Fingers are crossed that I get the same level of service in my hometown dealership. Thanks Sam!

I had a phenomenal experience buying my first new car from Acura North Toronto. I was greeted by Sales Representative Eric Cheung who was very eager to listen to my needs and present me with a car that was best for me. Eric was very fair when it came to negotiating the cost of the vehicle, and he even took the time to explain financing options that would suit me best weather I did the financing in-house or used alternate options. Every time I have a question, I can send him a message and he responds right away. I'm loving my new car and was extremely satisfied with the service that I received from Eric. Peter Kim showed a high level of customer service and understanding in our discussion today. He was able to accommodate my situation in order to keep me as a future customer. This was a positive experience. When the time comes, I will return to begin a lease given this level of service.

I would give no star as rating but google would not let me. I have gotten my car serviced in the past and had no issues. I came in 8 am to get B1 service done to my car and didnt leave till 11am. I was given an estimated time of 1.5 to 2 hrs for the service. I also was very observant in seeing alot of workers at dealership take multiple coffee and smoke breaks. I think that that the dealership should really value all and any customers time.

My experience is was part bad and part good. Everyone knows that walking into a dealership to buy a car is a big decision and you want the best deal. I walked into this Acura to buy the 2019 RDX. I had already received a quote from another Acura to trade in my car so I was trying to see if another dealer would give me a better price. It was Saturday at 4pm and the dealership closes at 6. I was dealing with an agent that was doing his best to give me the deal I wanted but something still wasn't right about it. Long story short I walked out putting 1k deposit on a demo car with 400kms on it. (Big mistake on my part) I left and realized I made a bad decision. I called the agent the next day on his cell phone and told him to cancel the deal and that I didn't want to go through with it. He told me to come in on Monday and we'd fix it. I went in on Monday and was told my deposit wouldn't be given back. The floor manager Jordan was very rude and didn't even want to make an attempt at giving my money back even though It literally cost them nothing. The car was already on lot and your employees are commission workers. I didn't sign anything. What's the big deal?long story short they didn't give it back until I escalated the situation to the GM John Listro. He was very kind and understanding and was willing to work with me realizing that it was a mistake on my part. They legally didn't have to give me my deposit back. However John dealt with me like a human not like a sale. I explained my situation and he immediately refunded my deposit. If there is one person you should buy a car from its John Listro. The man speaks to you like a person and not like a car waiting to be sold. Go to this location and speak to him. He'll hook you up.

Sales process was great! I dealt with Ray and he did an amazing job with the package for my 2019 TLX A-Spec SH-AWD. He was patient and not pushy at all while taking into my considerations and budget.

I had an issue with my car after I picked it up from my 2nd service appointment and the service team got in touch with me to correct it. They are attentive to their customers complaints and put your satisfaction first.

One of the worker there by name of MOH HASSAM really need to learn how to talk with customers. This guy doesn't know how to deal with customers . If we are getting this kind of service then this dealership should closed forever. People like are the not good to do jobs like that .

I wish I could give this Acura of North Toronto service centre a rating of -1. My verdict is based on my personal experience during 3 visits to this service center. I'll only provide factual information to try and keep my review as objective as possible. The reason for the first visit was to swap my tires. I reported to the service desk at a scheduled time. A female service agent did not introduce herself. I noticed a lot of people in the waiting area. I asked about the wait time. I was told that the wait was 2-3 hours. I walked out. The agent did not attempt to stop me. I re-scheduled my appointment for 8am thinking that there will be sorter waiting time. On my second visit, I arrived on time. A male agent greeted me and asked to wait. They took my car at 8:10am to swap my tires. I got my car back at 11:30am. The wait time to swap tires was 3 hours and 20 minutes. On my third visit, I arrived at 8:00 am. A male agent greeted me and asked to wait. They took my car to run diagnostics on Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) error on my dashboard at 8:15 am. I got my car back at 11:45am. The wait time was 3 hours and 30 minutes. I went to complain to their service manager. After I shared my experience, he stated: "What do you want me to do?" I saw no point to continue the conversation and walked out. If you value your time and money and want to be treated like a customer, stay away from Acura of North Toronto service centre.

I could not help writing this although I seldom leave any message for others. However, John Listro, the Senior Sales Master deserves this All-star review. Interestingly, my wife and I went Acura not for the finance or lease, but for help on our own case which needed a piece of document in relation to my wife's vehicle, Acura, she used before. It was the first time we met with John, thank God, he was very nice and helpful. Our case was somewhat complicated and we had already prepared to take the next step to go to other places for help before arriving there. Out of our surprise, John was so clever and practical that he gave us two pieces of documents right off the bat, and told us to go back to see him if they did not work. Well, yesterday, we received the good message from the Authority that they did work, the case was successfully approved. John Listro, is an absolutely competent and knowledgeable guy that you can trust, and of course, he must be a perfect representative of Acura! Thank you again! God bless you!

"Bad service, total waste of time"
Went there two weeks ago to check AcuraLink reception issues (Bulletin) and tailgate opener. It took them more than 4 hours to determine that TCU and tailgate opener need to be replaced, a ten minutes job. Moh said the parts will be ordered and scheduled another appointment for the following week. During the week I got a phone call to confirm my appointment. Due to my availability, I asked them to postpone it in one week. The next week, again a phone call to confirm my appointment. This time, I assured them that I will be coming for sure. When I arrived, Moh informed me that the parts were never ordered and I need come back another day.
Absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful. Saturday morning wasted.

- Wanted to test drive Acura MDX and RDX so I can ...

- Wanted to test drive Acura MDX and RDX so I can make an informed decision on which SUV to purchase

- Came in at 8.10 PM EST to do this, only to be assigned a gentleman by the name of Amos

- Told him that I just wanted to test drive the MDX so I can have the feel of the vehicle

- He proceeded to show us with the used MDX on the lot, which is fine - good to know the features and prie range

- He asked if I was serious in purchasing a vehicle that day, I said it depends on the test drive result and whether it is much better than the Lexus RX and Infiniti QX60

- After I said that, he changed from Amos informative to Amos Goon, being such an unprofessional sales rep

- He went inside the dealership, excusing himself that he wanted to assist other client who just wanted to pick up her car

- Sure, no big deal. After five "Just a minute" sentence and 20 minutes patiently waiting, the wife and the toddler who accompanied me became upset and just wanted to get out

- I asked Amos Goon how much longer it will take to just do a TEST DRIVE? He then asked me," So you tried the RX and QX 60 right?? Do you want to buy an Acura?" I looked at him, puzzled, because I told him in the beginning that it FREAKIN depends on the test drive RESULT!! I can't make 40K+ purchases without trying it out!! Which part of it that he did not understand???

- I told him one more time that I WANTED TO TEST DRIVE IT FIRST!!!, in which he replied with the infamous," Just a minte" and gave me a cold shoulder.

What a service I got. If this is an indication of how Acura North Toronto treats its customer, safe to say I will not make my purchase there. Maybe it's just a case of a rotten apple (not bad anymore, it's rotten), but still no profesionalism whatsoever displayed by Amos goon.

- Luckily another rep was able to give me the test drive experience with the MDX and RDX, and he's 10000000 times better than Mr. Goon.

Acura, if you are reading this, please ensure proper training is given to your sales rep.

I have a bad bad experience with the dealership..

I have a bad bad experience with the dealership..
I bought a used car from them 2 weeks ago and still within the 30 days of safety certificate and suddenly 2 days after driving the car I have found 4 issued and noises from everywhere in the car..
-First issue as I was driving on the highway and tried to stop but the car starts to shake so bad and didn't want to stop
-Second issue I found a noise coming from the rear suspension or something related over all bumps I go over.
-Third issue was car shaking on the highway speed
-Fourth issue is a bad clunking noise coming when I start to steer coming from the 2 front wheels..
So I took it back to the dealership and what they said is they will fix anything related to safety( although it passed the safety just 2 weeks before) already loooool so they fixed the first 3 issues yesterday and as for the clunking coming from the sterring they said is not a safety so they will not fix it and as for me they told to expect noises from a used cars specially if it is 2009 and live with like that..
I am going to contact the ministry anyway but I just needed to tell everyone be aware

i bought a car with them last year. After all is said and done. They charged me like 200 dollars more than what we agreed on citing license fee and what not. ok..... but is out the door price not out the door price? Anyways when we got to the finance guy it was worst, what a joke. He said what warranty did you want? I was like i dont need a extended warranty. He said you need a warranty the car doesn't come with one... I was like every car has a warranty brand new. He stays quiet for awhile and the gm I suppose was listening in and tries to sell me the rust proofing. I was like nope and you can see the anger in their faces. Probably why I got charged the random license fee but whatever never coming back to this dealership. Not going to service my car here. Honestly all dealership servicing is pretty sketch. I suggest finding a good local mechanic instead.
The finance guy was a big middle aged asian male with glasses... for reference... so you can call out his bs.

By far one of the best customer service experiences I ve had thanks to Sam Choi!! He was very informational and helpful. I just bought an Acura TLX 2015 and before picking it up they had a full inspection of the car done and it drives as if it were new. If anyone is looking to buy a new car this dealership would be the place to go. Everyone is friendly and help you to the best of there abilities, as well just want to mention again that Sam Choi made this experience unforgettable and will definitely be a return customer as well recommend him to anyone in need of assistance.

I purchased a 2018 Acura TLX Andrei Bashevsky and dealt with Jordan Petrov when making this purchase January 13th. I was VERY pleased with the service I received throughout the entire process. I had bought a car from Sisley Honda which was a horrific experience. As I informed all parties I worked with, everyone is quick to complain about a bad or negative experience. We were on the market for a vehicle upgrade as our lease for our 2016 Nissan Rogue was coming up. After visiting many dealerships we decided to proceed with getting an Acura MDX A-Spec. Mark was amazing throughout the process and unlike the other dealerships we visited we did not feel he was pushy which helped us in making our decision. At delivery (pick-up) of the vehicle, Mark was great. He demonstrated and took his time in showing all of the features and setting the vehicle up for us.

I also want to mention unlike other dealerships Mark has been with Acura for many years. This also gave us comfort in knowing that if we encountered any issued Mark would be there to answer any questions and assist.

For anyone looking to get into an Acura I highly recommend Mark!

I just purchased a nearly new MDX Elite. Purchase was a little rocky, car delivery was terrible. I live hours away and was promised the car would be ready and perfect. However the car wasn't cleaned, the cabin filter wasn't replaced & had a rodent nest in it! The oil was low and the car wasn't even registered in my name. I certainly expected better & I won't be back.

We felt less welcoming than any other dealers we have been to. Left without a goodbye from the salesman just because we couldn't come up with a deal. But everything happens for a good reason . Ended up buying a new lexus .
YOu have to earn business from customers.... we wouldn't just give it to you. LEXUS got the best custimer service and i was sold to them. Sad but lot of people nowadays dont get that.
Sales team at Acura north needs more training to be a salesman rather than thinking that customer will just buy it because its Acura.

If I could give them a negative I would. I don't usually write reviews but I just want to warn you guys before you purchase a car from here. The worst dealership ever. I have been trying to get in contact with them and they have not reached back. I bought a car from them back in Feb and they didn't even transfer the plates over when they went to the ministry. They forgot to give me my extra tires that came with my car and it took me forever to get a hold of them. They told me to call back in a week and I did and they still didn't have them ready. Keep in mind I'm coming from Oakville and it isn't a convenient drive. When I finally got my tires they gave me one of the wrong sizes and I found that out when I was getting my new rims put on my car. Jordan Lim has yet to get back to me, I have emailed him twice and left voice mails. Avoid this dealership at all costs. I purchased the car back in Feb and now its mid June. They do not care about their customers.

I had a fantastic and hassle-free experience here at Acura of North Toronto. I was not even looking at Acuras as an option, but Jordan Lin made the experience so positive that I ended up purchasing an ILX. He really does not pressure you into getting anything you don't need - unlike other sales. I've always disliked shopping for cars but this experience was not like any other. Since I'm not very knowledgeable in cars, Jordan made sure to explain everything to me I need to know and made sure I understood the whole process.

My family is already looking at purchasing another Acura! Thank you, Jordan.

My most recent experience I had at Acura North Toronto for my vehicle lease purchase was a great experience. Roger really made an effort to provide me with impeccable service that Acura of North Toronto is known for including the test drives, providing a detailed tour of the cars and working with me to get a price that I could walk away happy with, as well as one that would meet my budget. He was also very professional, yet made much effort to ensure the service experience was personable and comfortable. Not only was Roger great, but Allen (General Sales Manager) and Randy (Financial Services Manager) also contributed to the highly positive experience. Our experience was excellent. We are long standing customers of Acura and our experience with the purchase of our new vehicle only further cemented our decision at returning.
Our sales representative, Andrei Bashevsky was awesome, very detailed at explaining our car options and great during our test drive and the entire car delivery. He was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with all of our questions. He made sure our delivery was perfect and very detailed!
The General Sales Manager, Peter Kim was great with explaining all of our financing options and multiple scenarios making our final decision very complete and comfortable.
We also enjoyed working with Jordan Petrov, he was very patient at going over all of the details outlined in our agreement and explaining the breakdown.
Our overall experience was awesome and we highly recommend this location to our family and friends.

My husband and I were about to purchase a semi use...

My husband and I were about to purchase a semi used vehicle due to our car being written off.

1) Price did not match for a used vehicle with high mileage
2) Their sales rep was inexperienced and often could not answer our questions
3) Very unprofessional
4) Extremely pushy (which is expected but they are over the top)

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Instead we went to Acura Sherway in which we were very pleased. Their service was a definite 5/5.

Going out of my way to say this but from the begin...

Going out of my way to say this but from the beginning to the end my experience here was great,

I was recently in need of a new vehicle as my old one had its transmission going out and when shopping around for a new one I become aware of a current promotion Acura had on their 2020 MDX's that offered 0.99% financing which perfectly fit my needs as I needed a vehicle with 7 seats. I consider my "dream SUV" to be Acura's A-spec MDX black with a red interior and wanted my next new car to be nothing shy of that. After calling almost every dealer near me and none having that exact trim and model in stock I found out this dealership had exactly what I wanted after speaking with Mark. At the time I wasn't sure when exactly I could make an appointment due to my schedule and the distance it was from my house so Mark just texted me his number and told me to let him know when I would be able to come by which gave me time to speak to my dad when our family could go. When we arrived there, Mark and Ali were both really nice to us and Ali kept us company when Mark became a bit busy helping another customer. Instead of trying to sell us another vehicle or a 2022 model Mark found us the exact model and trim level we wanted and got us set up in no time to make the purchase along with the current promotion and rebate. After leaving, communication with Mark was good too, he let us know everything that we needed to do in order to get the car and even gave us an extra forum for our insurance to sign incase our insurance company didn't have it on hand which made everything even easier. When it came time to pick up the car Mark made sure to explain everything that was on our contracts and let us know everything that we can do with our already existing warranties on the car. He also explained all the features and the car very well which was nice. I've had the car for about 3 days now and love it very much as its a huge upgrade from the car I used to have.

Overall my family and I had a great experience here and already are in the process of recommending a friend who became interested in a Acura to go here and especially talk to Mark as he made the process simple and fast.

I really wrecked the bottom of my car last week when accidentally drove over a giant pothole, My goodness, the service department was absolutely amazing! My first contact was with Ken at the service desk. He worked hard to expedite service, and was very helpful and accommodating. George, who is the service manager, was a pleasure to deal with. I had the pleasure to deal with Andrei Bashevsky at Acura North Toronto. What a wonderful person overall. An excellent salesmen. I was impressed with him. And I don't complement usually. I wanted to view 4 vehicles and he had them all ready and waiting for my inspection, however, i jumped into the first vehicle and decided what I wanted. He was not pushy as most salesmen are.
