The worst part service Bad experience! l bought my car at this shop recently. I found a mechanical problem that the alignment should be adjusted. However, when I talked to sales manager,Peter Kim, he answered me without respect. He treated the Asian customer rudely. I am pissed. Alignment isn't a obvious problem cannot be found in a very short time. I just drive 1month and half . That's not very long. I feel something wrong about alignment. But he said it's not our fault. Also, it is over 36 days. We need to charge $150 on it. Excuse me, This is safety issue. How can you treat customer like this!!!! How can you sell a vehicle with some quality defects!!! I will never ever recommend my friend to this shop!
