I gave y all 5 stars because I did not want to give y all any less over one person in the service department- and that s Deloris. (I think that s her name). Every single person there went above and beyond and were super amazing, including Tiffany. She s AWESOME. But anytime I had to deal with deloris it was a different story. Rude. Unprofessional. I was getting my TRANS replaced and Tiffany did a great job and was very good about keeping me up to date. When it was done deloris was working and called me saying it was done at noon on Friday and that I had to bring the loaner car back. I said ok I had work all afternoon. This was unexpected bc they didn t know when my transmission would come in. She said I basically had no choice that I had to bring back the loaner in the next 6 hours bc, coincidentally, it sold too at the same time my transmission unexpectedly came in..? I pleaded to bring it first thing Saturday morning (this was Friday at noon) and she are up said no. I ve had this loaner nearly two weeks. If it sold I could of come and got another one (all of my service work was under warranty). So basically I had no choice but to come pick up my car that same day which I did loose money on bc I had to cancel appointments and leave work early all bc this car was mysteriously sold at the same time my part came in. It was super shady. And I could of been there first thing Saturday but she would not take that as an option. But everyone else was fantastic.
