Nice people. Short-staffed. Almost 2 hours for an oil change even though I had an appointment. Asked twice what I was there for, even though the info was in the system. Poorly executed car wash . Bugs still on the front bumper, windows not clean inside or out.

Not really impressed with the dealer or their service. Was definitely expecting better service quality when I went from Honda to Acura.
