I purchased a used Acura MDX 2010 but only receive...

I purchased a used Acura MDX 2010 but only received 1 key/FOB but it wasn t from the dealer , however I contacted Acura of Memphis the internet asking about purchasing another one so i d Have two. I received a text saying their service department would contact me that was the first time in August 2017 after a week I hadn t heard from them so I again contacted them and again I received a text telling me their service department would contact me , still no contact. I waited a week to 10 days before reaching out to them a 3rd time the only rely I received stated theat my info had been given to the service department and a service rep would contact me. That was in August 2017 fast fieltwats to December 2017 still nothing. After my one and only key/fob was thought to be lost during the holidays after it was found ( took almost 24 hrs ) it was imparatuve that I gave a spare so I actually went to dealership . I walked in parts got immediate attention ( the parts department is great ) unfortunately they had to send me out to service as it was service that had to write the service order starting ppw.... I waited ten minutes before after 4 or 5 service people walked past and 1 finally said are you being helped as he kept walking until I said actually no one had even asked be until now .i explained what I was there for told to pull my vehicle around but when I did that the rep that had asked was nowhere in sight. I had to have another rep go look for him and I went back to parts telling them what the delay was and that it was a shame I had to wait on service to get started. After about 2 hrs at the dealership I finally left with spare . I was not a happy camper .

I must say I am pleasantly surprised in that I personally received a call from Hayden a manager at Acura of Memphis within minutes of posting this review. He was genuinely concerned and wanted to do what he needed to in order to correct the situation. He wanted to also make sure this doesn t happen to anyone else. I m upping my star rating as a result of his customer service. He cares about his customers and it shows. Hopefully when I go back I can replace with a 5 Star .
