What brought me to Acura of Memphis was their impeccable reputation for customer service. What will keep me there is the fact that they have proven that everything I've heard is true. Every department goes above and beyond to deliver the best customer service possible and to make you their #1 priority. They have made me a believer.

I drive 2 hours to get my car serviced at Acura of Memphis because the advisors are so friendly and accommodating. The waiting area is so nice and comfy.., though you don t spend much time there because they get you in and out quickly. Best Acura dealership I ve been to.

Michael Surgeon made our experience at the Acura dealership 5 stars. He was a great salesperson. Very knowledgeable of the two vehicles we leased. Every aspect of our two lease deals went on without a hitch. Will go back to Acura of Memphis again. Everyone we came in to contact with at that dealership were very professional and courteous.

I was having to boost my battery on several occasions before it'd crank up. I had my daughter to take it in to be checked for me because I had to work. They quoted her 2hrs but it was well under that. They fully charged my battery & I haven't had an issue since.

I travel a six state sales territory my home is in Illinois but I choose to service my Acura at Acura of Memphis.
Doris is terrific and very knowledgeable. I have had some rather large jobs done and they have always been on time as quoted.
Job is done right with no issues.
300k on my car it runs perfectly.
Thank Acura of Memphis I m looking forward to 500k!

Make the transaction very simple!! He was extremely knowledgeable and always was avail even after the sale.

The General Sales manager however made it clear he was going to lie in order to keep the sale . He was rude and condensending . Had it not been for Russell the deal would have been cancelled.

The service representative kept me abreast of all details related to my vehicle. He texted me the status of my vehicle and the explained all procedures performed....ensuring I understood which allowed me to ask vital questions about my vehicle.
Yes, I consider myself part of the Acura family. I previous own a 2010 MDX and was truly satisfied with it's performance. So when it came time for a newer vehicle,. Best believe the 2017 MDX was my choice.

If I could give a 0 or less stars, I definitely would. I had bought a brand new 2015 Acura TLX, in 2014. Of course after receiving wonderful service, I decided to come back and purchase my MDX. The service was so amazing, I know that I referred over 30-40 people, to this dealership, in the last 5 years. I came with a friend and let me just say, from the time that we entered the door the service was terrible. I almost had to pinch myself, to double-check that I was at the right dealership. We waited 20 minutes for someone to wait on us. There was only 2 other customers, in the building. I had to ask someone for help. Then one guy came and assisted us, then came back and told me that his customer just arrived, so he could not assist us. We had to wait again, for someone else to wait on us and finally another man came. He then walked off and did not say anything, so my friend and I left. I doubt very seriously that I will be coming back to Acura of Memphis, to do business. Long story short, I ended up buying my MDX and I flew to Dallas to get it. I love my new vehicle!!! Definitely will be telling people about the poor service that I received, from Acura of Memphis. You have lost a valuable customer and I will be telling everyone that I referred about the poor service, as well.

Bought a used vehicle in mid July. The experience was efficient and friendly. Experienced a mechanical difficulty 60 days later and Acura of Memphis repaired at no cost to me. So far, we are enjoying our new convertible.

My sales experience was great from the moment I walked in the door, just to look . I really like my car and I ve not had any issues with it.

Where I ve had consistent problems is with the service department when I ve taken my car in. They have a constant turnover and no one seems to really strive to take care of the customer. I ve had my car in 4 (maybe 5) times for routine service and for a recall issue with the seat. Every time, there has been some sort of issue. It has been so frustrating that I will not ever buy another Acura.

If you're looking to buy a vehicle, stop by Acura of Memphis and see Revo Savage, Lamonte Harlin, and Tony Wesley at Acura of Memphis. These guys are true examples of great customer service. They were very personable and friendly yet professional. They went above and beyond to get our family in the right vehicle at the right price. It was a pleasure to do business with them. They made this a great car buying experience for us. We appreciate them for working with us. The Noble's will definitely do business with them again.

I was calling for a part for one of my customers and he wouldn't give me part number and he was about to go off on some pathetic rant about doing legwork, I AM GOING THE LEGWORK. If you're unhappy or try to play the "holier than thou" roll get a new job man. We're all in the business together.

The customer service at Acura was excellent. I was a lithe disappointed with Deluxe Detail that I received on my Acura TL. It was supposed to be show room ready and I can't imagine they would have put my vehicle in the show room. Minor misses such as the rims being dirty in spots, the interior trim of the trunk being dirty, the interior gas cap, and I just noticed smudges on the leather interior as well. Also it was an expensive service even with a coupon and I just expected more. I will not take my car back for a detail service.

I purchased my ILX new from Acura. The service I received was over the top. From sales to finance everyone was so courteous and helpful. Always a smile and what else can we do to help. I was so pleased with the service provided by them I took my daughter back a few months later and she purchased from them also. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

1st of all, let me say, all reviews that are low stars are more than likely true. I experienced it and I wish I remember names more.

I'm not sure if this is the financial analyst/ accountant because if it is he is the first reason why I'm here. So I'll start with who I know Dennis is for certain first then the accountant which I think is Dennis. His signature says sales manager. He bring me paper work stating a certain amount in interest that we agree on. When the actual contract come over it's a higher percentage. He read through the contract and says this is what we discussed, sign here. I think he thought it was ok to lie to me since he is the sales "manager" since it was only a small amount but that shows poor work practice. Proper work Ethics will get you far.

Then he reach out to me to tell me they are having problems with the bank. Ok, I fixed it and move on. That's bad business as well because I ask them,(my car salesman) " why do you bring me keys to test drive a car I didn't inquire about from the moment I reached out for an Acura this isn't an Acura. " The car salesman says he don't know he just doing what the guy over there told him to do. (The "guy" we'll call him d*&ckhead) Dennis then reach out and sends an email saying, " We will also need the title back FYI, thanks!" I responded for the 2nd time, why would I have the title.

If the guy I signed the contract with was Dennis and I'm sure it is, when we sealed the deal and as I'm walking out he says, basically, We will also need the title FYI, thanks! I laughed and said, I wonder when someone would ask for the title. AFTER IM ABOUT TO LEAVE, smh. He said something but who cares. He call me days later with the above paragraph and asking for the title was the other thing. Obviously. By phone I told him I put it in his hand before walking out the door don't play stupid. He mumbled something about the guys did it. I said again, I gave it to you the end. Why would the car salesman who just sold me a car give me the title back to a car I used as a down payment. Makes no sense. Bye. I just realized it was the day after I picked up my plates. I think he said the salesman gave the title then. Stupid right. Then I got the email from first paragraph. Ugh

Then, I waited 10 minutes when I first walked in for anyone to care. 2 males walked pass me as I didn't exist. Another male I said excuse me 2 feet away and he ignored me. I walked around the facility and no one cared. One guy did say hello though. Then I walked back to the front and 3 minutes later I think Michael my salesman came. After we did our thing, here come old d*"ckhead. Trying his best to stick me in a car I don't want and giving me straight alpha attitude with pricing for a car I wanted. Pure trash. They are in a closed off area maybe for confidential purposes because he said he doing the banking. I signed for a car at another lot recently and he called me a liar because he couldn't see it in his system. But anyway. D**ckhead award please. He won. From the moment he introduced himself pure genitals.

I felt like something is wrong with the car day later. I'm not about to sit around while you guys twiddle your thumbs. I'll come back to update as my life lives on. Hopefully I'm not in a car accident.

I forgot to mention that they were giving me keys to the car and said take it home before I said I wanted it. It's crazy to give customers the keys like the deal is sealed and then say bring it back the bank denied it.

I m not usually a guy who gets his cars serviced by the dealership, but after hearing my step mom rave above the service at Acura of Memphis, I figured, why not? So yeah...Right off the bat I got an awesome courtesy car, they fixed my squeaky brakes, and even cleaned my car. I didn t get any pressure about these things need to be done too , which is a sigh of relief. I m sure it costs a little more than somewhere else, but this was money well spent. Justin, the service rep, seemed like a stand up guy, and I d be glad to work with him again. Acura of Memphis will be getting my business in the future.

The customer service provided at Acura of Memphis is ALWAYS superb! They are ALL phenomenal, but Brian Richards went above & beyond today. From making sure that I have the best loaner vehicle so that I'm not late to my appointment, to going that extra mile to make sure that not only my vehicle is performing well, but that I am, too! Thank you for all that you do!!
