Christopher Martinson is an expert Apple tech who's helped me several times. I also appreciate his kindness and good manners - he's a true gentleman as well as an expert technician.

Have been doing business with this company of professionals for over 6 years. The staff has always detected and corrected any and all of my computer problems to my complete satisfaction.

Some of the staff is friendly enough, but they won't let you browse in peace, was just looking around to see what they had, and was approached five times in one visit asking if I needed help finding anything. Prices are not competitive whatsoever, and will not even attempt to match prices. Almost paid 50$ for something I found on new egg for$20 while I was waiting. I feel like they are simply trying to capitalize on the aging population of Vero beach, that is not computer savvy, and want nothing to do with knowledgeable professionals in the area.

ACT Computers is dedicated to providing excellent Customer Service. Not only do they provide excellent products, they back up their sales with exceptional knowledge and service. Each of their highly skilled technicians is polite, competent and helpful. One of their exceptional technicians, Christopher, is not only an expert with all Apple products, but is also an expert with PC s. His diagnostic skills, cheerful attitude, and overall demeanor underline the professional attitude shown by all ACT associates!

Computer problems made easy! I am so greatful that I went to ACT for my laptop problems! My computer was fixed in a very timely manner, and the price was right! After deliberating about going with Best Buy who I've used before...I'll choose ACT every time! The staff was friendly and able to answer questions for me on the spot!!!! I highly recommend this business!!!

DON T GO ANYWHERE ELSE! We needed our Apple desktop and laptop worked on. Since both were bought at Best Buy, we took them to the store on SR 60. That s here we were told that we needed an appointment to have them looked at and the best they could do was 5:45 and 6 pm that night! I made the appts, we got in the car and I found ACT on line, read the great reviews, and decided to go there. I m so glad we did!! We walked into the store which is very nice, were greeted by Justin, then met Chris who took his time to understand our concerns, he s the Apple man, and the rest is history! We are very happy with the service and price and just learned so much from Justin when we picked everything up! It was a true pleasure to do business with them!

Great local Vero Beach computer company! I've purchased machines from them and utilized them for IT support. Super professional and friendly.

Quick and efficient computer service. They installed a solid state hard drive in my old laptop and it now is better than new. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.In the past, I purchased two computers from them with great results, I recommend them highly.

Just wanted to give a shout out to ACT. I had a laptop that needed to be replaced and all the files restored from backup. I called a few places in the area but calls were not returned. I called ACT and reached Bruce Ems. Went over and was able to find a new computer and get all the data restored to the new laptop and everything set up. Great customer service. I highly recommend and will be back in the future.

A bit disappointing experience..Was expecting much more considering all the reviews..Went in to talk about building a gaming pc and getting all the parts threw them but the employee who came to me was pretty uninterested about doing business..told me that most of stuff are out of stock(even before seeing my list)..and it's long waiting time to get the parts ( not an issue..i knew that since with this quarantine craziness everyone is buying stuff so they can have some fun while being stuck at home..same with exercise equipment..some stuff you can't even find at all)..but anyway took a 10 second look at my list and told me it would be best ordering stuff from Amazon and Newegg..which i was planning to do originally but then i said f. that let me give the business to local heroes..and get the stuff from one place..not with bunch of packages..but i guess they not much of a heroes after all..ccc.......big guys it is..

Outstanding place Justine worked with us . My husband lost 23,000 pictures . Was devastated being in photography. We were able to recover 15,000 so far . New hard drive needed which wasn t the picture issue . But we re able to retrieve from another system . This place is amazing from customer service , pricing and knowledge. We were having problems with an iPad, iPhone, and windows laptop email. We messed around with it for 4 days trying all the fixes on line.. Bruce fixed it in less than hour (It took that long because I didn't have a password for one of the accounts with me) and now it's working wonderfully together. Thank you so much! Save yourself the aggravation, have a pro fix it quickly!

My husband and I have been using ACT Computers for several years. We always get great service and their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We have also had Bill come out to our house and no matter what is going on he seems to be able to get us back on track and running right.

My wife's ancient MAC laptop was slowly dying. I heard about ACT through a friend, so I contacted them about purchasing a refurbished MacBook. Christopher is their Apple specialist and right away he found us a refurbished MacBook that more than met my wife's computer needs and the cost was surprisingly low.
I've transferred data from one computer to another many times, so I expected that migrating data from my wife's old computer to the new computer would be a terrible pain. But Christopher had set everything up to streamline the process and it was a gentle breeze.
On another occasion, their in-home technician, Andy, came to setup the WIFI in our house. We have a large home, but Andy gave us complete coverage throughout the house so everyone could use their computers, the printer, and their Roku TVs. And even though this was a house call, all of that didn't empty my wallet.
Everyone that I have met at ACT including Jurgen, the owner have been polite, professional, and answered my questions without technical jargon. These guys are my computer go to people!

Wonderful! Justin was so patient and determined to get us all fixed up. He spent time with us, and reassured us of his availability if we should need him again. Will not go any place else and will recommend ACT to friends!

I visited ACT to get some help reconnecting my cell phone to the Bluetooth in our car. Bruce had it all set within minutes. He was so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable! Also recently we had a problem with our laptop and had the same wonderful experience at ACT with them getting that back on track within minutes. ACT is INCREDIBLE and if you need any help with tech questions, they are the place to go!

Having older equipment that had slowed to a snail's pace and knowing support for the operating system was soon to go away, I had so many questions as to what the most economical solution for my personal use would be, I turned to ACT in hopes of finding someone that would be honest and helpful, and not sell me a bunch of stuff I really didn't need (since that has happened to me in the past at the big box stores). I met with Christopher and what a breathe of fresh air. He took the time to explain why some of my ideas of solutions wouldn't be wise, and presented others that made perfect sense and have worked out great! I highly recommend ACT and just to let you know, Christopher was a gem.

I went in with questions and I came out with answers. The employees were very friendly and very knowledgeable. No pressures to buy anything just the information I was looking for.

After loading a software update, my Lenovo laptop would not perform. Somehow went into test mode . So brought it into ACT computers and 24 hours later, it was all fixed by their awesome technician Christopher. He explained what he did in detail and was very professional. Highly recommend him and ACT computers.

I worked with Bill at ACT Computers to try and retrieve contacts and folders I lost when my computer was hacked. He talked a good game and filled you up with lots of Bullshit, when in fact he didn't improve anything. Charged $120 and no improvements or retrieved information. As I said, he talks a good game but knows nothing.

Very friend, helpful and efficient. Also - now very convenient since the store has moved over near the KMart and Majestic Theater.

ACT is not like a big box store where their is a high staff turnover with techs that may not have much experience with the products they are servicing . I highly recommend this store .

Been in computers for 20 years and i've bought parts, a computer and had a service once. They sell new and used computers as well as many parts so I keep going back. Reminds me of those old school computer shops only done right and still in business for good reason. Very knowledgeable, up to date staff. I don't hesitate to send anyone there. 5 stars all day long.

Been here a couple times now for my computer needs. Very knowledgeable staff. Best PC repair option in IRC as far as I'm concerned.

My six-year-old Macbook Pro was running slow as the proverbial molasses and the battery life was down to five minutes. I took it in to Christopher, the resident "Mac Guy" at ACT. He replaced the battery, the dying hard drive, and upgraded me from 2 gigs to 8 gigs of RAM. He only charged me one hour of labor (could easily have been two hours or more). Now that old laptop is faster than greased lightening. Christopher even stayed after business hours to help me one night when I showed up at work at closing time. This guy went above and beyond and I whole-heartedly recommend them without reservation. Rare outstanding customer service combined with technical competence.

My request to have a domain removed and to try to save the data was honored. The 24 hour turnaround time was spot on! Thank you!

Amazing service. I was having a difficulty with a video capture program and reached out to ACT COMPUTERS while on line. They suggested that I call to set up an appointment for a service tech to visit. I called and spoke with Preston. I explained to Preston the difficulty I was having and he suggested that John, via a remote connection call and see if he could help me. John called and in a matter of 2 minutes, found and fixed the problem. AMAZING WHY, because all this took place within 45 minutes of my phone call. I'm sure it doesn't always happen this quickly but a big thank you to Preston and John for making my day. 5 Stars to ACT COMPUTERS. Act Computers has taken care of our network for several years now. Bill Hartley makes sure that our system is up and running at all times. When our network is down, our phones our down and our business is down. When this happens their response is extremely fast and we are back in business.

All of my experiences over several years doing business with ACT have been stellar. Justin is a super smart manager, the staff is excellent, the service fairly priced with quick turn around time. They answer questions over the phone and are very pleasant to deal with.

I bought a gaming computer from Justin last summer and it has worked exceptionally well. Unfortunately, I realized that it couldn't support VR so I went in to the store. Justin helped me again and made my computer VR ready! I'm very impressed with how professional yet personal the employees are at ACT Computers are and I will definitely be going back to them for any upgrades or questions I may have. 10/10 will visit again.

Our server broke down - ACT tech came out within 30 (!) minutes and took care of us for a reasonable price. What else can I say?

Was told on the phone that they could help customize a computer for me. I went in and the older salesman didn't know what I was talking about and said it didn't exist. He would not ask for help from younger employees. I told him I would have to go back to Best Buy where they showed me how to configure graphics card in the way I asked.

When my laptop had issues, I was lookiing for friendly, professional, technical help that I could understand, and I definitely found it at ACT Computers! Jon and Christopher offered excellent customer service, and the turnaround time was incredibly quick. The low prices are more than reasonable. Great computer store that goes way beyond anything you would find at a big box retailer. Conveniently located next to the Kmart in Vero Beach, this well run service and retail establishment has items you rarely would find at a general retailer. The expert service people have the equipment and wherewithal to fix just about any commercial and residential computer issue. Excellent store to visit.

My server went down. They helped me very quickly and were super nice even though I was very hyper about the problem. Excellent experience overall and they were more than fair about the charges. I will for sure use them for my computer problems.

I am ecstatic about my computer repair after a complete crash. The upgrades and repairs have improved the computer beyond a simple repair. I shopped @ ACT for the first time this morning, They have a good selection of complete systems, parts and accessories, including a desk chair that I now covet. It's nice to see a brick and mortar store that carries and retails parts for the DIY types like me. Great service and knowledgeable people. Please support your local PC parts supplier. They provide services that will never be replaced by online shopping or big box stores.
