My wife's ancient MAC laptop was slowly dying. I heard about ACT through a friend, so I contacted them about purchasing a refurbished MacBook. Christopher is their Apple specialist and right away he found us a refurbished MacBook that more than met my wife's computer needs and the cost was surprisingly low.
I've transferred data from one computer to another many times, so I expected that migrating data from my wife's old computer to the new computer would be a terrible pain. But Christopher had set everything up to streamline the process and it was a gentle breeze.
On another occasion, their in-home technician, Andy, came to setup the WIFI in our house. We have a large home, but Andy gave us complete coverage throughout the house so everyone could use their computers, the printer, and their Roku TVs. And even though this was a house call, all of that didn't empty my wallet.
Everyone that I have met at ACT including Jurgen, the owner have been polite, professional, and answered my questions without technical jargon. These guys are my computer go to people!
