Amazing service. I was having a difficulty with a video capture program and reached out to ACT COMPUTERS while on line. They suggested that I call to set up an appointment for a service tech to visit. I called and spoke with Preston. I explained to Preston the difficulty I was having and he suggested that John, via a remote connection call and see if he could help me. John called and in a matter of 2 minutes, found and fixed the problem. AMAZING WHY, because all this took place within 45 minutes of my phone call. I'm sure it doesn't always happen this quickly but a big thank you to Preston and John for making my day. 5 Stars to ACT COMPUTERS.
