Very nice, well located **** hotel with great Spreeblick. We had a huge waterside room overlooking the Spree. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. The outdoor terrace of the bar is located directly on the Spree. It takes about 5 minutes to the Bellevue S-Bahn station, where you will find a sushi bar, a Croatian pizzeria and a real Berlin currywurst cake. Also in the parallel street you will find countless restaurants. We had breakfast in the organic market right next to the hotel. The tables are right next to the hotel and the selection is very good.

On our next trip to Berlin we will check in again.

Clean rooms, nice staff, very well located. It is right on the Spree and in three minutes on the Sbahn. 2 minutes to the main station, to Alexanderplatz 10th can only recommend the hotel

It lacked towels, but were replenished quickly. Overall good service and top location.

Nice location right on the Spree. Steam room and sauna very clean. Bus stop in the immediate vicinity. Great breakfast with salmon. Unfortunately, there was no pleasant smell in the room, since the water in the sink did not expire. Room 338.k

Excellent price for money, good location, friendly staff

I am extremely satisfied with my stay here. The rooms are very cosy, clean and have a nice view over the Spree river. You can take a walk along the river, go for a walk or just have a beer, gazing at the stress-reliefing water. The breakfast is awesome and there is proper black coffee - excellent for waking you up after all the partying. :)

Very neat hotel with all conveniences in the hotel or around the corner. The nearest U-Bahn is 500 meters away. The bathroom was okay, not very suitable for tall people. The mattress of the bed was very soft. In contrast, the hotel staff was excellent! On arrival, neatly received, every morning you are greeted nicely. Upon departure, genuine interest was shown as to what the stay was like, whether a taxi had to be called for you or whether the receptionist could help you with anything else.

Conference rooms well equipped and very courteous staff. Nice environment for breaks.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at ABION hotel, the room and accommodations (as well as the hotel location) were nearly perfect. Two things could be improved - instead of having an ironing room it would be great to have irons in each guest room for convenience and also the room temperature was too warm and the climate control was unable to adequately cool the room. I would stay here again during my next visit to Berlin.

The hotel is located very close to Berlin mainstation and it is directly at the waterfront. The rooms are clean and offer anything you need.

The location, the equipment in a stylish industrial design. Built on an old dairy, attentive service and adequate breakfasts make this hotel the perfect base from which to explore the city. Far away from the hustle and bustle but still only one S-Bahn station from the main train station.

Reception staff, lobby, restaurant, breakfast room and hotel facilities good to very good. Only the scrambled eggs (whisked whole eggs) at breakfast was more than poor.
Rooms: sleeping area clean and comfortable. Entrance area and sanitary facilities dirty and neglected. Long black hair in the bathroom, sink does not run off, silicone joints on the sink and bathtubs damaged and covered with mold and mildew, broken shower hose, ventilation grille in the entrance area contaminated with cobwebs.

Very friendly staff. Clean room. Not a great location, but it's a few blocks from the s-bahn station which is great. A bed for two people is basically two twins pushed together which was a little strange but it didn't bother us that much. Biggest negative for us was how warm it got. We tried to use the thermostat but it didn't seem to have any affect.

Although we only had a super cheap booking we were very friendly and courteous. Very nice and helpful staff. The location right on the Spree and not far from the center is great. Everything was clean and modern.

We was inpressed of how well the hotel has resist all years of using/in work.
Maybe you could add a map on your website telling how guest should find their way to parking/garage. Also the cost for parking if I remember correctly, I dont see it/find it.

Nice hotel, location is great. Unfortunately in the bathroom mold, staff understaffed. Breakfast tables were not cleared, you had to stock up on your own, no cups at the coffee machine and the orange juice was very warm.

For me this hotel was a new discovery this year. It is close to S-Bahn on the beautiful Spree, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast is good, the nearby restaurants made the stay perfect. I will definitely come back.

Good hotel in a very nice and quiet area right on the Spree. The rooms have been recently renovated. However, bathrooms could also be redesigned! Soil-deep showers would be desirable - not just for older guests ... staff friendly, room service dedicated and thorough.

The Abion at the Spreebogen used to be my favorite hotel in the city, as I came to the company on foot.
In the last few years it is a bit run down and needs a renovation.
