Only BAD THING: There's no air conditioner in rooms and it was super hot when i stayed there in July. I had a chat with hotel manager and she told that there's no air conditioning in old building. The new building with suites and villas does have air conditioning though.

Wouldn't recommend at all during hot summer season. Otherwise a very nice option.

We had a family room, which is brilliant because of its division over two floors. The location of the hotel on the Spreebogen is good and quiet.

The rooms are still habitable, but will soon have to be renovated.
The prices for a breakfast are completely excessive for a family.

We forgot something in the hotel room when we left and then called the hotel. We are still waiting for the callback - reliability is written in lower case here.

Conclusion: everything is OK. Not more but also not less.

Our room had a beautiful view of the Spree. Unfortunately the room didn't have a walk-in shower, you had to get into the bathtub. This could be a bit difficult for older guests!
The breakfast offer was plentiful and left nothing to be desired.
We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel and would love to come back again.

The location of the hotel is really nice and central. Unfortunately our view was a stone wall with a little green in front of it.
We missed a kettle, a minibar that you don't have to fill up yourself (after all, 60 euros are deposited, but for what).
After tidying up the room and cleaning it every day, it was no longer possible to trace who which towel belonged to. When making the bed, the nightwear was thrown into an armchair, we left it in bed because the armchair was stained and did not invite you to sit down.
The carpet was also very stained and dirty ..... a shame a shame

Entrance, reception, restaurant very well maintained and nice, very friendly staff. My room (432) was compared to the rest clearly "worn" and thus did not quite fit the rest and the price level. The fact that in the room a broken lamp is overlooked can happen, but 4 defective of altogether 8 lamps?

Everything is right here, price, performance, cleanliness. An extensive breakfast buffet and adjoining restaurant complete everything. A tip: Absolut Curry and the Paulaner can be reached in a 2-minute walk.

Lovely location, away from the crowds of the center but in no time attainable with the S-Ban Bellevue station. From here you can reach all the attractions that Berlin offers. The S-Ban is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. 4-star hotel, people who come, people who come, cold and detached guest reception. But on request they answer! Super breakfast, more choice of "savory" products for the rest there is everything. The standard rooms are large, some like mine with a view of the Spree river, contemporary furnishings, small bathroom compared to the room. I remember that in Germany at the time of check-in at the hotel, a deposit is required which is blocked on the credit card at least until the day of checkout.

I stayed at the hotel for a week in February 2020 and was very happy with the stay.

Location: In Moabit very quietly located directly on the Spree. The rooms facing the water and the fitness room offer a great view of the city over the Spree. The proximity to the Bellevue S-Bahn station ensures that large parts of the city can be reached very quickly.

Room and service: The standard rooms offer enough space for two people. Room service in my room did a great job throughout the week; the room was clean on arrival and remained so throughout the week.
Ventilation / air conditioning was very loud in my room. The problem was resolved the same day after my complaint.

Breakfast: rich and varied. The service in the breakfast room is also very attentive and quick.

Restaurant "Carl & Sophie": I only had a nightcap there. A look at the map shows: rather expensive. Service in the restaurant was like in the whole house - attentive, friendly and brisk.

Beautiful location on the banks of the river, with breathtaking views. It is located in a quiet area and with transportation within walking distance. If you want you can also reach the center by taking a nice walk along the river and passing by the Tiergarten. The room, although we stayed in a standard double room, was very comfortable and spacious and always well cleaned. There ritoremo definitely.

Hello, there were 4 days with the family in the hotel. Service and food were excellent. Come back in any case at the next visit to Berlin.

One of the best hotel I've ever been! Rooms are not just clean but the industrial design make them superb. Only note is that in its unique style this hotel doesn't offer some standard hotel services like overnight room service etc

the abion hotel team is very nice. to have the Spree at the door is nice. to the S-Bahn station you can walk max. 5 min. from there you have the good connection, you get everywhere good. the room is the same as the pictures on the website. have nothing to complain about.

Great hotel in the Spreebogen with restaurant and bar - in good weather you can enjoy your food and drinks outside "on the Spree" - simply beautiful and relaxing.

Such a pleasant and relaxing stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bar is relaxing and chill. We were amazingly upgraded upon arrival to a room with a river view which was fantastic. Would stay here again for sure. My only complaint is that I would have loved to see more vegetarian option on the restaurant however.

A great business hotel with a magnificent view of the Spree and a great sauna area. Very rich breakfast. I totally recommend this hotel!

The selection in general is cautious and quite expensive, but what is offered is great in terms of taste and can be absolutely recommended.
The staff was also pleasantly attentive and friendly.
We will be back.

Everything was great! High class. very clean and modern design. the breakfast was very nice.

The quiet location and beautiful surroundings of the hotel I found great: Right on the Spree, running track, playground for children around the corner, nice little coffees in the surrounding residential area for breakfast and stay (had no breakfast in the hotel). Accessibility from the main station no problem: a S-station to Bellevue, from there max. 5 min walk to the hotel. And otherwise you can reach everything quickly from here by public transport in Berlin. Had a room with Spreeblick and a small balcony at first glance made a good impression. From the, in some reviews mentioned loud delivery traffic in the morning I did not notice. The room was however very noisy, so that one was already awake earlier than planned. The mattresses were marginally soft for me. If that bothers you should ask if you can have a tougher one. Bathroom was clean, little mold and is abundant from the storage space, if not brand new / modern. Cleanliness in the rest of the room could be better: through the low October sun you could see especially on the carpet in front of the bed lots of hair and crumbs. Between hall and living area it was very dark because there is no lamp. Likewise, the deduction was always in the bathroom and the fan of the heater rattled at a certain level. In addition, I found the unencrypted Hote WLAN in 2019 negative. Despite that: Because of the beautiful surroundings and location I would consider the hotel again!

The 'Villa' (a brick building with modern addition, located directly on the Spree) belongs to the Abion Hotel, 50 meters away, but has its own check-in and its own breakfast room, so that one lives very individually as in a boutique hotel. The location is fantastic: absolutely quiet with direct, beautiful Spreeblick, on the one hand with parking directly at the house, on the other hand, subway and S-Bahn within walking distance. But the best part is the extremely warm and personal service that inspires us every time. Everything is right here.

Taxi transport is arranged from the hotel and is not too expensive. Day tickets for public transport can be purchased in the hotel. In short, definitely recommended.

Hotel Abion is very close to the Bellvue train station and is about an 8 minute walk. The hotel and rooms were very clean and we enjoyed great service! Included in the room is an espresso machine with 6 capsules along with a bottle of still water. My son and I were on the 2nd floor with a riverfront view. It was a great room!! The best part was a very lavish breakfast in the morning!!! I would definitely stay there again. I wanted more A.C. at night, because I like it very cool, but the A.C. was sufficient.

I can really recommend the hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff are usually very nice and courteous. We had a room with a view of the Spree, unfortunately the window was quite dirty, which was uncomfortable.
The breakfast left nothing to be desired despite Corona and the staff at breakfast were really very friendly. The hotel is in a good location and the value for money is very good.

The first time there, and definitely not the last time! VERY nice and competent staff! Were there over the marathon weekend. Hotel is very quiet! 10 minutes walk to the train, one stop and you are at the main train station. Unbelievably practical for the Berlin Marathon!

Excellently quiet directly on the bank of the river Spree with a beautiful terrace and view. Nevertheless, almost all attractions are within walking distance. The restaurant Lanninger offers seasonal food in fresh quality at a reasonable price. In the room please do not save, definitely with a view of the river and the breakfast included with book necessarily ... really worth it!

Nice hotel right on the Spree. Underground and S-Bahn within easy walking distance, also restaurants and pubs. The rooms are clean and well furnished. Wi-Fi, big TV and safe. The carpets are partly stained and should be renewed soon. The staff is friendly and could answer any question well and quickly. The breakfast is delicious, everything was there, which belongs to a good breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausages, meatballs (we are in Berlin :-)) etc. Fresh orange juice, self-pressed, fruit, fruit salad, sausage, cheese, jam, honey directly from running honeycomb, cereal yoghurt, many kinds of bread and rolls. MMH delicious.

Excellent location by the Bellevue S-Bahn station, with is just a 10 minute ride to anywhere in Berlin. Price was affordable especially considering the location right along the Spree, near restaurants, and public transport. The staff speaks excellent English. My much more stlylish and decor aware partner tells me that the decor is remeniscent of something out of an Anthropologie catalogue, if that means something to anyone.

Nice hotel on the Spree and centrally located. Great ambience, large, clean rooms. Despite the coronavirus requirements, the breakfast was very extensive, partly self-service and partly service at the counter. Very attentive and friendly staff. Underground car park in the hotel. Sauna and fitness included.

It has been a lovely stay at the hotel with my 3 boys. It was good service and nice breakfast.
The hotel is centrally located by bus or S bahn to the city center and nice view to the river.

Myself and 2 friends stayed here whilst on a motorbike trip to Berlin, The rooms were fantastic though a bit noisy due to some businesses next door which worked late at night and started early in the morning, ear plugs solved that problem! One word of warning, we used the underground carpark at the hotel and there was an extremely rude carpark attendant who was aggressive towards us but apparently he is not employed by the hotel, we did report this to reception and it appears he is known to them.
The staff were an absolute credit to the hotel and nothing was too much trouble, we would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant.

The hotel is not worth the money.
I booked a waterside room. However, it was very different than pictured on the hotel website:
- It was smaller (about 60% of the figure)
- There was no particular view of the Spree, but mostly on the neighboring building (see photo) and certainly not on a Spreebogen.
- There were no two armchairs for two people, only one.
- The fans were loud and not turn off.
- The control of the air conditioning switched itself on.
- Lamps on the bed were broken (should be checked with every room service!)
According to the reception, the picture on the website was made in a room of a different category: in a room that is marketed as a suite. This is only once in the hotel and the other rooms can not be so equipped.
The carpet was stained and worn and also the curtains etc. could be renewed. The hair dryer had a sticker that should have been an electrical test ten years ago.

Positive was the selection at the breakfast buffet.
Unfortunately, one day the rush was so great that just chaos broke out in the staff. There were not cleared empty tables and there at the tables, where guests sat. The breakfast room had the acoustics of a hall.

The friendliness of the staff was also not very good.
For the performance, the hotel was overpriced.

Nice staff, pleasant rooms, a breakfast which one can expect in this classification. Only the fitness area is very sparsely furnished. Quite ridiculous. But there also fresh fruit and water.
