I called Aaron Overhead Doors this morning when our garage door stopped working. Luckily, Ryan Lucia and his assistant, Chase, were able to come out within an hour or so to diagnose and fix the problem. They were thorough, polite, and knowledgeable. Ryan, the owner offered several options for replacing the motor for our garage door, showing me pictures and explaining the options. I selected one of the motors and they stayed and replaced it the same day. I really appreciated that he told us what needed to be fixed right away and what could wait, and that he did not try to sell us his most expensive system, just presented the choices and allowed us to select what was best for our needs. No hassle, just great, honest service. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with a garage door.

The tech Taylor did an awesome job converting my Wayne Dalton TorqueMaster Garage Door Spring system to a conventional spring set-up. Pleasant fellow who was professional in his work, and amazingly fast. Oiled the rollers and gave tips for routine maintenance twice a year which I haved added to my e-calendar. I would highly recommend Aaron Overhead Doors Buford. Ask for your Senior discount, too :-)

The spring on our door snapped and my car got trapped inside! We were headed out of town, so we needed the door fixed quickly. We booked an appointment online at 9:30 pm and they were there at 10:30 am the next day! We received 3 options for our quote to decide what we wanted to fix. They were efficient, friendly, and our door was fixed in about 1 hour!

Fast response. Fast work. Reasonable and comparative pricing. My garage door spring broke. Aaron Overhead provided me with 3 quotes, one to fix the issue. Two to fix the issue and add some preventative things, and the third one included preventative maintenance and new "wheels/rollers". They did a great job.

I was recommended Aaron Overhead Doors by a friend, and I was not disappointed. After calling several companies for estimates on the needed service, I went with AOD based on competitive pricing in conjunction with the "feel" of the customer service during the initial call. They worked me up in the schedule, and honored their original estimate even though a few surprises came up during the repair. My tech was friendly, answered all my questions, and did a quality, thorough job.

I have only used this company and for good reason, the techs they send out are real people that treat you like the #1 priority! We have had other companies quote cheap prices but they always seem to be interested in making a quick buck, Aaron Overheads tech serviced our door and went over every detail and walked ya through the process in how our door operates and all the safety stuff! We also had a text with a picture of our tech and a brief bio about him. Who does this? Obviously a company that wants to make the experience as pleasant as possible!

I woke up to find both family cars blocked in the garage due to a broken garage door spring. My daughter had an important appointment at 9:00am. I needed help asap! I went to Aaron s website and I saw they had a 24/7 call or text number. I called at 5:30am. Although, it was very early morning, the young lady was helpful and courteous. Ryan returned my call. Unfortunately, he didn t have a open appointment until Saturday and it was 2 days away. Later, he called back to let me know, he was squeezing me in, and a technician was on the way. The two technicians Travis and Chase were courteous and professional. They inspected the door, and then they explained, what needed to be done and the cost. I can t think of the words to express my gratitude for such a quick response. The customer service by the entire Aaron Overhead Door team that I interacted with Ryan, Travis, Chase and Heather was excellent. One more thing, I like the use of technology. I was notified every step what was going on via text or email. I received a text message with the name and picture of the technician and finally, I was given the option of paying online. A big thank you for the help and saving the day for my daughter.

Matt was awesome and responded quickly. It was only a minor adjustment and some tune up on my garage door. He fixed everything and did not over charge for the service. I highly recommend this company.

The service representatives gave us a fair estimate, and sent someone out the next business day for installation. They were on time both days (estimate and for the work) and the job was done for two garage doors in about 40 minutes. The installers were knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them if you need a new system or doors!

Once I sent the pictures of the garage door having the problem, they assessed the repair and provided the estimate right away. Showed for the appointment on time and completed the work quickly to our satisfaction. It was unique to receive the notification of the technicians personal profile. Actually that made a human connection and made us feel comfortable about an unknown person entering the house.

Our helper spring broke and I called them. Within 2 hours Matt was out to repair and replace the spring. That is what I call service. Matt was very efficient and courteous. Aarons was also the most reasonable on price to repair as well. I consider that a win win.

Part 2 of my garage door escapades. The carriage carrier that is powered by the motor had worn from use that it would no longer lift the door. We are selling our house and close in 2 weeks. I called on Saturday and on Monday Taylor was out to fix it. 45 minutes later he had conducted a safety inspection and replaced the part. That is what I call service. Aaron is my go to team for garage door repair and maintenance.

I had to replace my 15 year old Lift Master overhead door. The experience with Aaron Overhead Doors was great from the first phone call. They called when they were on their way..with the early part of the 2-hour window. The service technician, Austin, was very knowledgeable, performed a perfect installation of a new Lift Master . I love the new features and how quiet it operates. I give their entire organization 5 Stars!

We contacted Aaron Overhead Doors on the weekend when the spring on our garage door broke. We scheduled for them to come out Monday to assess our problem. We received email notification to let us know the technician, Kyle was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem and discussed the best solution, which was a new door. He had to come back a few days later for the installation, but again was on time and did great work. He was very friendly and professional. We would recommend Aaron Overhead Doors and Kyle to any of our friends!

Had an unexpected and unwanted need for some repairs to my garage door. After reading reviews on Google, decided to try Aaron Overhead doors. From the moment Courtney answered the phone she was nothing but friendly and professional. Setup appointment right then and there, no waiting for a call back or anything, even let me know who would be coming out to look at my door. Got a email and text the day before my appointment to remind me and then got a email and text the day of with a picture of the technician who was coming. Taylor came out today, diagnosed and fixed my problem (broken spring), and was in and out in less than an hour. Taylor was very professional and polite. Great job by Kyle & Ryan, 1st of all I called after 6pm and was pleasantly surprised to get an answer, by Ryan the owner no less. Ryan quickly set up my app't and sent a confirming email--all this never happens with the bigger guys. Kyle showed up as scheduled, explained everything about my garage door as he did the safety inspection, demonstrating exactly what might need repairs beyond the obvious broken spring. I found Kyle's suggestions helpful and constructive, not a forceful upsell that you might typically get in these scenarios. Work was completed quickly, professionally and neatly by Kyle as i stood by as an interested spectator.
I liked that the billing was all electronic, Kyle pointed out they are a "paper-free" company, and as soon as I signed off on the invoice on Kyle"s tablet I had the receipt in my email. Great Co. & Great people in my experience.

Excellent service! The spring on our two car overhead / garage door spring broke and then more of it broke as we were trying to mess with it ourselves. I had heard about this company on a great GA Bulldogs podcast I listen to, and they raved about this company, so we tried them out. I was not disappointed. It turns out that the builders who originally installed our garage door system had done it very poorly and no one who had fixed it since pointed this out. It was literally hanging on by being in drywall without any anchor at all. We were lucky it had not simply fallen down from the ceiling all by itself. The good news is that it has now been fixed and we loved the work that was done. Thank you!

The only thing keeping this from a 5-star review is the fact that when i had an issue after the opener install i texted the number for the company. I texted an hour later with no response. It was not until I communicated through the website that I got a prompt response. Otherwise, service was fantastic and I would give Taylor 5-Stars

Not the cheapest but when I called around the other companies had extra or hidden fees once I asked questions. They seem to value customer service so we chose to spend more since it was a house we were going to stay in and wanted continued customer care. The installer was prompt and friendly and gave me some extra tips how to avoid repair costs. He also oiled my existing garage door opener for no charge. The other companies wanted to charge a fee.

I was looking for someone other than the big box stores to do the installation. I met Ryan, the owner, who came by and gave me a quote. The guys who showed up were very professional. They showed up when they said they would, and called me to let me know they were on the way. The install (two doors plus openers) was completed in ~4 hours. It is a very clean install, the doors look and work great.

They've got to be insane. Called to ask how much to take a look at my opener. It works sometimes, but sometimes it just twitches and won't open (almost like when something is blocking the sensor). So nothing major since half the time it works just fine. Probably just need to adjust the chain or up the power setting. They want $130 just to come look at it (live in the same town as them). I can buy a brand new one for $128. No thanks.

This is the 2nd time we've used Aaron Overhead Doors and we got Kyle as our technician both times. He's great! He was very nice & knowledgeable and resolved our garage door problem. He was even patient with my Dad who hovered over him during this recent visit and talked his ear off!

Start to finish great experience. Sent photo of technician ahead of time also a tracking map so you could tell where he was on the road. Very communicative before visit. Fantastic service and very knowledgeable day of service. Technician was polite and quite proficient. Definitely recommend.
