They've got to be insane. Called to ask how much to take a look at my opener. It works sometimes, but sometimes it just twitches and won't open (almost like when something is blocking the sensor). So nothing major since half the time it works just fine. Probably just need to adjust the chain or up the power setting. They want $130 just to come look at it (live in the same town as them). I can buy a brand new one for $128. No thanks.
