A good venue for meetings but had a bad experience with the AV equipment. It appeared that you have to register and pay to connect to the TVs to project, then get bombarded with sales literature afterwards.

I had a meeting with someone who works in the building. Actually walked past it at first until I saw a wework sign in a window. Was met at reception and asked to sign in using a tablet on the desk, all quite smooth. Great working space with lots of room for a meeting in the communal area. Did not have coffee or a snack but did notice the area to get water and drinks was very clean and constantly being looked after by staff.
Amazing working place. Shout-out to the staff for being for helping running this amazing place.

The staff at WeWork - Aldwych House have always been exceptional and always extremely happy to help. I no longer work in WeWork, however I recently had a parcel delivered there by mistake, Ben reached out to me coordinated everything so i was able to have my parcel collected. There were many moving parts, and at no point was it ever a trouble for Ben to organise the next step! Huge thanks to all the WeWork team at Aldwych and to Ben for going out of his way to do me a favour!

Security staff is rude. Reception staff is ok. Supply of beer/cider is sometimes empty. Wifi and toilets are good.
Amazing working environment. Like an office but with every irritation and obstacle removed. This has to be the future.
Great crowd.. Friendly staff and the free coffee was just brilliant.
Great for what it is, but I fear used slightly as a social hub too. A difficult balance which the hub gets just right.

Very bad customer care here. I came from a another office to collab with our other team in the WeWork here. There is no one on reception till 9 unbelievably and even when it was open the receptionist was dismissive and unaccomodating even as a guest of my company and in the end I couldn't even get a guest pass. I asked who their supervising customer rep was and she told me, 'we all are customer reps.' As for the other reception I had difficulty there also, these staff aren't WeWork staff and have no idea what's happening with WeWork and their security officer was particularly blunt also. WeWork AH seem unable to accomodate guests seamlessly.

Proper coffee, great work space whether you need a quiet booth or a conference room. And free beer at the end of a hard day's work. What else do you need?

I'm here most Friday mornings before a client meeting. Staff are very friendly, the space is bright and modern with lots of seating and charge points for your devices. Coffee good from the machine but even better from the barista. A great place to get an hour's work in at the start of the day.
