I had a very positive experience from my initial phone contact to the completion of the job. I was able to be seen the same day I called and received several updates via email and text throughout the day. I received personal info with a picture of the technician that would be coming to my house as well as a personal call when he was on his way.
Matt has worked for Aaron Overhead Doors for 10 years and was both knowledgeable and personal when communicating options to fix my garage door. He was able to replace parts and successfully fix the problem in a timely manner.
I highly recommend this company and even enjoyed receiving an educator discount!
