These guys are amazing. All are very courteous respond quickly when needed. Prices are reasonable in my opinion but I did not shop around due to the fact that their customer service was so good. I had used them in the past for servicing my old door and was very impressed with the people and their work.

Both Bre and Tisha were very helpful in answering questions during scheduling and ordering.

Matt was really great and took the time to answer questions about the door and installation process. He was very helpful in ensuring I was happy with my selection of the door.

Chase did my install and again very courteous. He was in and out quickly, took the time to answer questions and even spent a bit of time chit chatting about great beers. He showed up on time, explained the process and told us a rough completion time before starting the work. He cleaned up after he left and stayed for as long as we had questions. Great job Chase.

Overall very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them simply for the fact that they care and it shows. This company is about it's people.

July 2018 --Matt was fast and efficient replacing the broken torsion springs and cables on our garage door

October 2020 --Had Aaron Overhead Doors back out this time to look at broken garage door opener. Technician Taylor was on time, gave us some options to repair or replace the opener. We decided to go with a new Genie opener since the old unit was 15 years old. The new opener is so much quieter with the belt drive . Taylor was done with the install quickly and went over everything with me when he was done. I used the online scheduling on their website to set up the appointment which was very easy to use. Highly recommend this company.

They replaced my motor last year and replace my springs yesterday and have been very helpful. My father recommended Aaron's and I must say, I'm not disappointed. The prices are very reasonable for the the great work they do. I would definitely recommend them!

Service person was on time and very friendly. If i had known that the ONLY thing done for garage door maintenance was to spray lubricant on the hinges and springs...I could have done it myself...thought there was more to it.

Travis did a great job installing our new garage doors. He worked hard and didn t leave until everything was working perfectly and looking neat. I really appreciated the security measures taken by the Aaron Overhead Doors Buford in communicating the name and photo of the technician and then the technician himself following up with a phone call to let us know he was en route to our home and when we should expect him. Taylor Hall-Griffin was punctual and provided thorough, yet efficient service. He was professional, friendly, and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend!

This has been the best home repair set-up with Aaron Overhead Doors! From the initial phone call to swift determination of the problem with Shane Mathis, then the appt set-up that took one brief phone call, and then from there the email reminders that were easy and precise including the video. On the day of the actual repair the best part was knowing there was only a 2 hour window of waiting and that both email and the phone was being used to communicate the arrival of the repair person. Emailed was received that included a photo of that person with an estimated ETA. So professional and knowledgable and everything was fixed/repaired better than before. All repair/customer service companies should use the Aaron Overhead Door model as the pinnacle of how customer service should look and work overall! Kudos to the entire team, Ryan, Shane, Heather, and Bill! We are Aaron Overhead Door customers for life now!

Super easy to schedule service call. They were able to come out within 2 days and had everything needed to complete the job on the truck. Garage door was back in working order in no time. Taylor was pleasant and was able to provide a temporary fix until and ready to replace a new motor. He was able to close the door manually without further damage. Greatly appreciated the emergency response.

Company was very responsive and was able to come look at the issue quickly. My only complaint is the technician was there for less than 3 minutes and found that the GFI switch was activated. He seemed embarrassed when I thanked him and asked how much I owed. Standard rate is $129.00! To make me feel better, he sprayed the moving components with lubricant. If I have any other issues with my garage door, I will definitely call a different company first and be sure to ask the minimum rate to come look at the issue.

Adding to my review. The owner, Ryan called me regarding my review. We had a good discussion regarding how they calculate their fees. I was very appreciative of the fact that he is concerned about his customers and values their opinion. After our discussion, I would definitely call Aaron first with my garage door needs. Also, upping my score from 2 star to a 4 star.

Most pleasant and professional . Taylor took the time to explain to me exactly what he was going to do and gave me some helpful hints (keep stuff away from the 'eye'). After the job was done, he showed me some areas that needed special attention. I can't explain enough about how wonderful this experience has been. Not to take away from the other people I have had contact with though. Everyone is exceptional at this business - from the time you call them until the work is done.

It has been a great experience working with Aaron Overhead Doors! They are not your typical residential contractor! Everyone that I dealt with through the process was professional and friendly. They showed up when they said they would show up and kept me informed through the entire process through phone calls, emails and texts including a text with the picture of the technician before he showed up at my door for the install. 6 star rating! Taylor from Aaron Overhead Door took a look at my high lift request when others said it couldn't be done. He worked with his team to order the parts quickly. During the install, he did run into some issues but due to his expertise he was able to figure it out and make high lift work. These guys can do anything and their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company, especially Taylor!

My almost new garage door quit working. Since Aaron had installed it (and I was very impressed with them), I of course called them back. When I found out that my door was out of warranty by 4 months, I was a bit annoyed. . . .but once Aaron had finished replacing my sensors, the tech told me that because it was so close to the warranty period, that they were fixing it for no cost to me. This is a wonderful small business and I would highly recommend doing business with them!

Incredibly fast service. Responded within 30 minutes and had my door fixed within 15 minutes. Very professional with text messages and pictures of the technicians they are sending out.

Very decent people - you're just going to pay for it. I had a broken cable, so the garage door didn't open. Taylor, a nice guy, came out and gave me a $500 repair option, or offered to up sell me two new garage doors for $2,500. I told Taylor we needed some time to think, and we were charged $129 for his less than an hour visit to our home.

An hour later, we called another handyman who arrived within an hour. He fully repaired our issue for $125 in about an hour.

The service was great. Jacob Carasco really knows his stuff and he even arrive early now that's hard to find these days.

Great company! I requested an appointment online and received a reply almost immediately even though it was late in the evening when I submitted my request. From start to finish, they were provided top notch customer service with follow up texts, emails, a video to let me know what to expect and even a photo of the employee who was being sent out to fix my garage door. Taylor called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he examined the door and clearly explained what needed to be done and why. He had it fixed in no time and showed me what he had done. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Taylor and Aaron's Overhead Doors.

They will not get back to you in a timely manner nor will they complete the required fixes they promise in the same timely manner! There has been multiple times that I have pointed out issues with the warranty...adjustments to hard wiring the opener switches to areas where the door rubs on mounts they installed. I have been more than understanding on scheduling at times, but now its been over a month and a half and still no corrections! I would not recommend them unless you have low expectations!!!!! However they do have nice staff, but that won't fix the issues.

Linda was great! She gave us lots of options and was very thorough in her measurements. She was very friendly, called to say she could come early and was right on time. I highly recommend Linda and so far we are really happy.

A seamless process from start to finish! Ryan did a great job, not only in installing a complete new overhead door system but also in leaving no mess behind. Everyone we dealt with was efficient, knowledgeable, and quite friendly! We highly recommend them.

Aaron Overhead doors has outstanding employees. The estimator, Matt came by within one day of calling, and took his time with us explaining all the product options and payment options. Within 4 days the doors were installed. The workmanship is second to none, and the price is right. Our garage was a difficult installation with the opening being out of square and the motor mounting being less than adequate. Taylor went above and beyond and used some spare wood for bracing the motor mount at the header of the garage at no additional costs. These days where customer service seems to be non-existent, Aaron Overhead doors in a diamond in the rough. I don't typically sing praise on these "review our work" emails, but I thought when I get superior service and craftsmanship it deserves a few words. I highly recommend this company for your any garage work you might need.

Ryan came and gave us advice and an excellent estimate for two new garage doors with all new track, motors and etc. Scheduled install with in a few days and altho I can't recall the gentleman's name, he came and installed our new doors by himself and did a great job. Very pleased with the install. Crew arrived on time per the email telling me they would in fact be on site as agreed to.
They took the time to explain what was going to be done and how they were going to correct the original door install gaps and explained what was new vs my old door (bearings ect) as well as how/where to lube it.
They managed to work around the clutter without raising a fuss and left the area cleaner than when they arrived.
Great job and I now have a door the fits and doesn't squeal! I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Aaron Overhead Doors just installed a garage door opener in my new home. Our home was a new build and I've dealt with several contractors, after closing, to make some modifications. Aaron Overhead doors was, by far, the most responsive and most professional of bunch. Their communication was bar none. I received confirmation and reminder emails and texts when I scheduled my appointment and then leading up to it. They also texted an introduction to the technician who came out to do the work so that I would know whom to expect, along with a picture of him. The work was professionally completed. I called them after hours one day, thinking I'd leave a message with a service or voicemail, but Ryan, the owner, answered the phone. What service!
