Have used them several times, and always a reliable service. The company does focus on customer service, and it shows. Taylor did excellent work! A few years ago I had a garage door cable break at another house. I could not close the door, and it was halfway off the tracks hanging at an angle; the more I messed with it, the more I made it worse (bent it, etc.). Called Aaron Overhead Doors, and a middle aged guy (about my age) came out and helped me get the darn thing shut (took about an hour)...basically came out because it was an emergency just to help get the door closed for safety reasons. He said he had other accounts to service that day, but to call the office and schedule an appointment. Off he went, with no charge; only hoping I d buy my door from the company. I did call and got a new door, etc., why would I choose anyone else after helping me for free during a fiasco that I had made worse? I will always call them for maintenance or any other purchase!

Very disappointed - I had Aaron Overhead Doors come to my home for an estimate. They noticed my veteran license plate and said I would be entitled to a 10% military discount. When I received the quote I did not see the discount. I asked for an updated quote and was told - I had received their "best - all in number". As a veteran I value companies that recognize our service and clearly this company does not. Aside from having the highest price of all of the companies I received quotes from - I would not recommend this company.

The two services I had were successfully completed with no issues. One was a new door and opener and the second was a repair at a relative s home. Both jobs were done with quality products and care. Had a problem with one of our garage doors, being a vehicle repair facility this is one of the main components that we have to use every day. Aarons Overhead Doors had our door fixed in about 2 hours an we were back in business. If we have any issues with any of our other doors we will definitely be giving them a call.
Wonderful customer service in a day and age where it s hard to find! Our garage door spring broke and upon calling it was a very smooth process. Ryan called me on a Sunday night to book the appointment for Tuesday morning. Our tech, Taylor was prompt and on time. It was obvious he was knowledgeable about his service. The price for the repair and new parts was very fair based on my research. We will be customers of this business again when and if the time arises.

Edit: as the owner says below, after I posted my review they contacted me and offered to send someone out. Two days later they came out. They first programmed the remote in the car, taking only seconds. Then they tried and tried to program the keychain remote they sold me, but could not. After some searching and calling, they found that the keychain remote was incompatible with our the opener. (The next week they brought out and programmed a compatible remote.) Then try turned their attention to the grease stains. They cleaned all but one, and decided it would be better to replace that insulation panel. The next week they returned with a new insulation panel, cut out the old one, installed the new one, and swept up much of the styrofoam debris. Based on the responsiveness to my issues, I ve increased my rating from 2 to 4 stars. It can t be 5 because of the communication problems, extra demands on my time, incomplete knowledge of the products they sell, and cleanup that was imperfect. Original review: Defective product, poor service, lack of response to request for help. We had a working garage door opener, but the door had some cracks That were rusting and the opener had required multiple repairs, so we decided to replace it. After getting one quote, we called Aaron. They sent a friendly salesman who gave us a quote somewhat higher than our first quote. But the salesman seemed nice and we thought we d get good service from a local business. So we accepted. The salesman said we would get an install date in the next two business days, and then charged half the cost as a deposit. The first indication of trouble was the silence. No install date in two days, or ten. No contact. They didn t respond to our first email either. After a second email, we got an email that there was a delay (still keeping our deposit). Another two weeks or so and they gave us a date a few weeks out. They sent a young man to install it. He was pleasant and polite, but the install seemed to take much longer than anticipated. He said he usually has a helper. Fine, ok. When he finished, he handed us the remotes, including a Kay chain remote he said he programmed. I asked him to program the car remote, and he looked terrified, and refused. After he left we found debris all around the garage. Brackets, bolts, etc. The outside of the door was marked with grease spots. I followed the instructions in the manual to program the car, but it did not work. I tried the instructions in the car manual and still no dice. Then I noticed that the keychain remote didn t work. I followed instructions in the keychain remote s box, but it still didn t work. Then I found instructional videos on YouTube. Still neither the keychain remote nor the car (Homelink) remote worked. I got an email asking me to leave a google review. I emailed back and explained I d rather not leave a negative review, and asked for help getting our remotes to work. No response. I sent a second request for help. Still silence. A third request also did not draw any response. So I m leaving the review I d rather not have written.
I've known Ryan almost 20 years and he's a great guy. You can expect nothing less than excellence from him and his team.

After a catastrophic failure of our door and opener, I contacted multiple companies for a quote. From the initial phone call to the first appointment, it was clear that I was dealing with a company that values ethics, morals, and fair/reasonable business practices. I was so impressed with my first interactions that I canceled the other appointments. We now have a beautiful Carriage Style garage door and opener protecting our most valuable asset. I am very impressed with the work and professionalism that Aaron Overhead Doors brought to my home project. They did a high-lift conversion on my 18' door. The tracks and motors now bring it roughly 11' up to the ceiling, plenty of height for the car lifts. Thank you to Ryan and his team for putting this together on such a fast timeline! I have two new garage doors but can t open one of them. The door lifter either broke during installation of the new doors or a piece was lost during the install. Last week the General Manager came out to see what part was needed but I haven t heard back. Left another message at the office this morning and still no word. I ve paid over $1470 to get the two doors repaired and one of them still can t be opened. If I need a new lifter, say so. Leaving me with a door that is still inoperable is not ok! Furthermore, I don t appreciate the lack of follow up. I paid promptly, in full, and I m getting the run-around. UPDATE: The same day I posted the review above, the owner called me. By the next afternoon, they had installed a new door opener/lifter. I paid for it of course, but the price was fair and discounted for the trouble. Very neat job and works great. I took off a star for poor communication, but I do think the General Manager had been trying to find the part needed so the entire opener didn t have to be replaced. He just didn t let me know what was going on. Thank you, guys, for making this right and for doing it so promptly. I have to say that the issues I experienced this last time with Aaron Overhead Doors were not typical of the other times I have used their services. They are a reputable company that has always provided excellent service on my personal garage and on the rentals I manage. I m so happy to have the issue resolved and I whole-heartedly recommend the company.
What a delightful easy experience this has been! After the first info meeting, we quickly got a good range of price recommendations of garage doors that would fit the mid century modern look of our home. We took some time to decide, and then moved forward with Matt. The time between order and install was just a few weeks. In a couple of hard working hours, Matt and Michael dismantled our really old heavy door and installed a gorgeous modern one that seals well to the ground, the new track is sturdy and quiet, and looks fantastic. They even left the garage and drive picked up and orderly. Matt went out of his way to find just the color we needed to match our house trim. Very thankful. Aaron Overhead Doors was quick to call back when our spring busted and the door wouldn't open - even on a Friday night. They set up the service call for the next day - without any extra charges! The technician was prompt and communication was great - I got a text when he was on his way, including his picture. They performed a full safety inspection, but didn't try to up-sell unnecessary services or repairs - the work was completed quickly, professionally, and exactly as I was quoted on the phone. Both the owner and technician (and even the off hours answering service) were extremely pleasant and helpful. I strongly recommend these guys for any overhead door needs you may have!

Wow, what great customer service! Great company! On Wednesday morning my car hit the track of the garage door and, frankly, as a first time home owner I was so panicked. After doing some research, I decided to give Aaron Overhead Doors a call, the customer service lady was so concerning and said she can schedule a service right way. The technician Matt came just a hour later and fixed the tracks. Thursday night when I came back home, I found the door pops out from the track and couldn't be closed. I gave them another call and talked to Ryan, Ryan said they were off work at this time but after knowing that I will be out of town at Thanksgiving he decides to try his best to help! 20 mins later, Matt was standing in front of my garage and fixed the problem! To be honest, I was kinda mad that the door was poped out but I have no complains about their service and customer service at all! Thank you so much Ryan and Matt, you make my day. Full disclosure, I have not had my new garage door installed yet, but after my initial call with the company to schedule an appointment for an estimate, and having the technician come out today to provide an estimate, I am beyond satisfied. On a scale of 1 to 10, they are a 17. This company has a motto of being a customer service company that just happens to repair and replace garage doors, and they live by that motto. Without going into too much detail, I had a very jacked up garage door and needed full replacement, I also had a very specific budget. With great ease, we were able to come to an agreement. The technician who came out to provode an estimate, Matt, was very polite, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. I even sent an email after the appointment directly to the owner Ryan, to praise the technician and the company for my experience thus far.
