My grandmother was suffering from acute hip pain. It was very painful for her to even move from one room to another. Someone suggested us to go for hip replacement from Aakash Hospital and it was the best decision. She is now pain free.

Good hospital and infrastructure to access everyone...

The cost is not suitable to the middle class people.

I strongly recommend aakash for any treatment as I had a very comfortable and joyful experience during my whole stay . The staff is very helping and they change clothes / sheet Everytime needed.

Don't ever go to these type of hospitals who are biased for PANEL and Non PANEL patients... They used to ask whether u are panel or non panel even on telephonic appointments... And then the answer is slot is full... I had been trying since a year and everytime getting this same answer.... As per government rules also they have to see all patients Irespective of panel and non panel.... And for what reason they ask this....rather a complaint shd b given to government for these type of hospitals

Dr. Aashish is an amazing Orthopedic surgeon. My mother was having trigger thumb problem and she was in tremendous pain for weeks and was afraid to go for surgery. A session with Dr. Aashish gave my mother confidence and treatment.

My son was admitted for dengu, at the time of admission they assured me that covide patients are in 4th floor, but after admission I can to know that they are using also 5 floor.

They are having mismanagement and not able to control things,they just want to take advantage of padmic situation and earn.

I always come to Aakash for all the medical issues and they are my go-to hospital every time. I am highly satisfied with the nurse and other staff as well.

I am pleased to share my review that Dr. madhulika sinha, Gynaecologist guided me so well for the treatment. The staff is cooperative and generous. Also the hospital is very neat and clean. It has all the necessary facilities for patient care.

Insensitive staff.i guess neither of the nurses are educated or trained enuff.poor management only focused on your policy limits.pls don't get admitted here.

One of the worst hospital ever seen, no management at all, inexperienced doctor, always try to delay the procedure to make bill, beware of these trapper, not recommend to any body to save your money, health and time.

Good eye hospital, well trained staff and well experienced doctors!!!!!!

Nurses here are very good and they do not create disturbance for patients. They even respected my privacy as a patient, i thank them for maintaining the decorum in wards for people staying in there.

Excellent treatment provided to my brother by Dr. Sarika (ENT Specialist). She is very courteous and helpful.

I had booked an appointment with a dermatology department in the hospital. After arriving to the hospital, the support staff informed about the delay. I had to wait for good one hour and when I later asked about an update, he did not answer my query. A security guard rudely interrupted and said to leave if I do not have time. Very unprofessional.

A super speciality hospital with all kinds of departments under one roof. Most advanced technology in every field ,be it Lasik or ortho. My grandfather's knee replacement was done here. we are really happy with the treatment. we wish the hospital achieve all the success in the upcoming years.

Worse service ever such a bad attitude the staff r.... specially ent counter girl she dont know how to respect customer ,so careless,she even don't know her responsibility,if the customer visit she should atleast check which doctor the customer want to meet,I gave her the paper she dont even check... instead she ask directly to wait...15 mins..,10mins.. after waiting fr long time she send me to wrng doctor...I ask is dis the doctor...cos it was different doctor frm previous one....her friends took the paper n check it's was a wrng doctor...she dont even apologize after realize it's was her mistake....m the frst customer she send me at lst... it's really disappointed.... other hospitals the staff r so kind...she should learn frm dem...if she want to b in this profession I mst say ....she needs to change her bad attitude...or else none of the customer want to visit again... fr me...decided nt to visit Aakash hospital again

I got admitted in the hospital few days back and I am thankful to the nursing staff who were so cooperative and supportive, they made my stay in Aakash comfortable.

A reputed Hospital located just near DPS Dwarka. Its a conjusted lane in which the hospital is located so getting your cars parked can sometimes be a problem.
The hospital is well maintained and clean but i should say that the appointments are very very poorly managed. There is no point taking an appointment of any doctor or Radiology at this place because never your number will come at that point. One can understand a 5 to 10mins lag but it takes more than half an hour always.
I had taken appointments for Dr Bharat, Orthopaedic and my turn came after 40mins of time for which my appointment was & then i had to take an appointment for Radiology (MRI) and my appointment was for 09.05AM & they said its the 1st appointment, but my turn came at 10AM & they said there is already someone before you.

All these instances have been because i have been treating one of my injuries and dont want to change the Doctor in between else i would have not visited this hospital again.

My father was admitted to the hospital as he's a diabetic patient and from the last month he s been facing a problem of constipation ,high bp high sugar and wasn't feeling well ..Doctor advised us to get admitted ..All tests were done including MRI ULTRASOUND CT SCAN AND XRAY ..Reports were found normal except there was a possibility of a liver abscess or a fatty liver found in liver yet not confirmed As specialist doctor gastroenterologist will visit and see the reports and then will advice ..Patient had high blood pressure and high sugar ..2 and half days gone sugar wasn't controlled ,blood pressure wasn't controlled and gastroenterologist who was supposed to visit on second day as the reports were out was not available
.We were told that doctor will be available by 3rd day afternoon by 4 ..We waited for the doctor but he wasn't there We waited till 7 but no doctor ..Just imagine patient suffering and No doctor available ..Is it some kind of joke ..This hospital is a blunder ..DONT GO BY THE INFRASTRUCTURE AS IT'S TOTALLY MISGUIDING PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILY ..NOW we decided to get the patient discharge and see some other doctor in other hospital as we cannot take a chance as these people hve been MISGUIDING us ..THE BEST PART AT THE TIME OF DISCHARGE NURSE CAME WITH PRESCRIPTION BUT FAILED TO TELL US THAT HOW AND WHEN TO TAKE MEDICINES ..NO DOCTOR CAME THEN ALSO ..THEN THERE'S WAS NO ONE IN THE OPD ..I REALLY WONDER HOW THIS HOSPITAL operates ..THIS IS ONE OF WORST HOSPITALS PLZ DON'T EVEN THINK OF GOING HERE AS THEY WILL JUST MAKE BILLS without proper medication and investigation ..Doctor not available just duty doctors trying to handle the situation on which they failed too ..GO WITH YOUR OWN RISK

Two weeks ago I was admitted in Aakash hospital for a sudden Appendix abscess. What seemed to be a relatively small ailment turned complex due to multiple issues like low Hemoglobin and other unforeseen post Operative complications.
All this while, Dr Abhishek Maru who is a General Surgeon was was by our side professionally and emotionally. Also went to an extend of giving proactive updates to my husband who is not stationed in the Town. I want to extend my gratitude to you sir, you promptly replied to all the frantic text messages calmly when I got discharged too.

We had worst experience with Aakash Hospital Dwarka. Please beware of this hospital. kindly inform and share everyone and bring awareness among friends,relatives and save the dear ones. I realized that It is untrustworthy hospital. My grandfather is in coma because of inexperience neurology team. I will not recommend this to anyone.

staff amd cleaning is good , but the process of mediclaim sucks, they don't reply on time to the query generated by insurance policy , the patient have to wait for hours empty stomach for test as they wait for approval, waited for around 3 hrs to give medicine as the ququery was pending,then we deposited the money then the treatment begain.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE

On 29th Nov 2020, I was confirmed with Covid 19+ report and was very worried. I informed about my health to my Family Doctor Ravi Jaiswal, who immediately advised me the necessary information and medicine for Covid 19 and i was under his supervision. On 2nd Dec 2020 I was restless and stated having low saturation (Oxygen) which was dropping from 96 to 90-92, accordingly informed Dr Ravi Jaiswal who advised me to get admitted immediately in the Akash Healthcare Dwarka Sec-3. under supervision of Dr.Rakesh Pandit. I was very tensed and started loosing hope due to severe Covid Pneumonia as detected in Ct Scan. But I must appreciate that Dr.Rakesh Pandit never gave-up and took utmost care of my health. On 4th Dec 2020 Dr Rakesh Pandit patted on my shoulder and said " Ajesh I have a trust in you and you will recover soon " and with his divine words, some miracle has started within me and i felt confident that i will recover soon. They started with their medication and as a result by 5th December my Oxygen level gone up as per the body requirement and i started recoving.It seems Dr Pandit had already done his divine miracle on me and all his treatment and support worked.

I really thank you all sister's, JD Bhaiya, everyone was positive towards there Jobs, I haven't seen any hatred in any staff Eye towards Covid patients.

Entire floor was neat and clean well-maintained hygiene in the Hospital.
