Dr. Aashish is best orthopedician with high competence and professionalism.

Just like most of the privatized hospitals, the idea was just to get money from whatever and from wherever possible. Maybe competent doctors but big procedures and surgeries is what is always proposed which later by second and third opinions outside were never recommended. Only good thing sadly was the cafeteria and the rest of the staff behaviour. Disappointed with the entire medical service becoming a business now.

Recently I had to admit my father in this hospital & bone fracture ki vajh se vo move bhi ni kar pare the, so they arranged an ambulance & took care of everything later.
Mrs. Jaya dutta helped me a Lot. Unhone make sure kia ki best se best Treatment miley surgery hojaye jaldi se jaldi mere father ki within a affordable cost. Unhone personally baat krke har medical treatments & conditions explain kia & made sure we're getting the best treatment here she gave me hope.

I was expecting my first child and was visiting the Gynae team here at Aakash Hospital since January this year.

The whole Gynae team is super amazing. It was such a surreal experience to deliver my 1st baby here.

Poor experience. My 90 year old grandfather waited for an hour to get through to the doctor. When u expected the doctor to empathize with a fracture and wheelchair ridden person, he comes out to scream at me. And tells me to wait since he got last in the que.

Everytime I book an appointment, I never get a message where at the counter they stop me and ask them to show the appointment but the system doesn't take it up.

The X Ray room as well had no attendant in it to lift him up and put him on the bed. Instead the family had to come in to help.

Why is there a no provision for 0 star? Like 'not eligibile to be rated.' I am writing this from my room. YES ... I am a patient here in room number 444 and I must write this at the cost of comprising on the quality of treatment that is being given to me.

First ... This hopsital is a money-making, for profit place which shows absolutely zilch consideration towards it's patients. They will scare you by using terms which are incomprehensible to an average person and will scare you so much that all you would want to do is submit to what they are saying.

Second ... Admission is must. You have loosies? Get admitted. You have a headache? Get admitted. Basically ... Keep pouring money in their pockets. And the result??? Well ... My grandma would have treated me faster than that.

Third ... Over medication. Stuff your patient with medicines to an extent that he/she cries for mercy. Exactly what I am going through.

Fourth ... Untrained staff. The paramedical and nursing staff is young which is to say that experience can kiss goodbye.

The amount of grief I have been given by this place is unbelievable. I am a STILL a patient here and let me tell you ... I should have gone to a government hospital instead of coming here, at least, I would have been treated like a human being and not reduced to a source of revenue. Absolutely ABHOR the healthcare provided by these guys.

If you want to kill the person , take the same to this hospital.

This feedback is for Dr Shararad Malhotra.Governmentan should ban this kind of doctors to practice. We have visited Akash healthcare Dwarka by September. The patient had stone in gallbladder, doctor asked for endoscopy which was done by the same doctor and couldn't find stone and prescribed normal medicine for gas.
The patient didn't get relief and have received him by November 08, 2019.
Now he has prescribed another test worth 7-8 thousand and told to forget the earlier treatment.

The service are very disappointing. The doctors and nurses need to be chased for hours even for basic check-ups.

Careless And irresponsible doctor and staff members. They gave me the appointment of 20 August 9 o'clock. I am waiting for the doctor from 1 hour. But still now only waiting. I think I am sitting in a so called government hospital. Totally upset from Akash hospital service.

Hi, I have been here for the birth of my second baby . All went well with the cooperation of all the staff. Due to covid pandemic, there seems to be high occupany as some fixed percentage of the room was to be reserved for covid . We had requested for twin sharing which was not available and then had to go to multi sharing. Also would like to mention that Sunday staffing needs to be reviewed.

If there would have been a zero or a minus rating option I would have given that. This hospital is the worst hospital ever. Our family member was admitted on the 31st of Oct dur to covid, they did nothing for the fist 5 days and gave her pcm. And when her condition turned worse then they moved her to their ICU. Our patient passed away on thr 14th of Dec. And at the first they said she will be fine but they made her worse. They only know how to get money if the person is in pain or scared for that matter. The entire treatement costed us approx 15,00,000. The hospital said they need to inject her with some injections, 3 in total and each costed 40,000. And we donot even know what they were for. While checking the bills we were only able to find 2 of them in the bills. Now even if I file the case against them obiously they would say there is no medicine yet for covid, so what that treatement was all about? A mere mode of fetching money from a sick persons family.

All is good in Akash health care but staff in night shift have given a very bad experience and present themself like hungry for money or like money monster.

I came here for my wife's delivery under Dr. Madhulika Sinha. She did her pregnancy journey smooth and easy. Well I must say, nurses and staff are also good and responsible. Overall we're overwhelmed with the services they are providing to patients.

Dr Abhineet did an excellent job with removing my nasal obstruction. I can breathe easily now. He always gave me confidence with his upbeat attitude.

Hospital is Ok but in OPD patients needs to take appointment and come which becomes an issue for on the spot patients. OPD should be on the basis of first come first served atleast once in the day. Walk in does not help it's a waste of time as waiting is non ending.

All goes very well , staff are wonderful, very passionate on their job.

Best eye care department in Delhi. I got LASIK SMILE procedure done for spectacles removal around 2 yrs back. I must say, Dr Prashant Chaudhry and Dr Vidya Nair Chaudhry are class apart when it comes to knowledge, experience, skills and patient handling. My overall experience was amazing and I strongly recommend Aakash healthcare hospital to everyone. It's a blessing for people of dwarka and the rest of West Delhi.

I liked the hospital and they have very nominal cost for services just food is little expensive. But I like their drs n staffs.

It is a nice hospital they care about their patients but the worst experience is the ultrasound department, even if you take an appointment you will be late in having the ultrasound and no one will even care if you are there for half an hour. But overall it is nice.

Personalised service at the wellness centre. All staff was very considerate. Need to allocate more staff though as they are stretched which impacts timelines.

My mother was having an tumour near her left ear from more than 10 year. My family doctor suggested me to visit Aakash healthcare where i met Dr Arun kumar Giri for my mother s treatment and i found him very experienced and knowledgeable.So after 2-3 OPD visit, he suggested us for surgery.

Finally operation was successfully done and now my mother is absolutely fine.

I got a Radiology anayais ( MRI) done yesterday and believe me this was the best radiology team I have even seen right from technicians to doctors . We had a wonderful experience during the birth of our daughter at Aakash healthcare. Right from treating doctor to every body in the radiology team were caring and the service were outstanding.

I was admitted in Akash for a week. Doctors, sisters, etc. were excellent.

The only issue I faced was that I was not provided a Private Ward despite my entitlement for it from CGHS. The clerk handling admissions was arrogant, insensitive and allots rooms at his will.

I was shivering at the admission desk. There were at least 4 people manning Admissions. Nobody cared for me. A co-patient had to intervene and impress upon the Admission Desk to admit me on priority.

Despite the above shortcoming, still I rate this hospital excellent.

My father in law was suffering from dengue, he was admitted to Aakash Healthcare: Super Specialty Hospital in Dwarka sector -3, New Delhi. The doctor & staff took a great care of him and was very humble to every query I had related to his disease.I have no hesitation in recommending them for future health services!!

Very Commercial hospital, Doctors are working only for making profit to hospital , they do unnecessary test for making bill and charged like five star hotel. Inexperience doctors team they are not capable to analyze the case properly specially Neurology Team.
