New Hospital With Great Infrastructure And Facilities.

This is not a review but a thank you note from my side to the staff of aakash healthcare, I was not at all in good condition when I went there but the doctors managed my problem so well and I was discharged on time. All the best to aakash!

My father has suffered a stroke for his treatment I admited him in aakash hospital.
I don't know about other doctors but the senior neorologist name- Dr.madhukar Bhardwaj
His behaviour is very bad for panal patient
I waited outside his opd for more than 3 hours made prior appointment.
For just 10 min talk..And not only this people come after me,and they gets an easier and faster meeting just because they are not in any. Panal ..and he also talk with me very rudely sometimes.
I am the the only child of my family and my father had become an living dead body but still his advises and behavior .
At the end I wanted to tell that I you have an serious condition regarding neourology please don't visit aakash hospital.

My son aged 9 months only had congenital cataracts and surgery done by Dr. Vidya Nair Chaudhary successfully. I specially want to thank Dr. Vidya and Dr. Prashant. Hospital is extremely good with polite staffs.

Yesterday on 16th Mar 20 I take appointment for my mother of Physician Dr Parniti Kaur and appointment time was 1430 Hrs. I take half day leave from my office and my mother who is unable to walk visited hospital through cab. When we reach at reception the representative of hospital told that Dr left the Hospital 1330 Hrs.

It is very disappointing. Behavior of hospital staff is not polite. No any information from hospital side that appointment is cancelled. Who will be pay the charge of cab.

Had an issue regarding non-receipt of a Lab test report and had posted a complaint. Same was resolved within fifteen minutes flat.. Impressive. Giving 3 stars because the report was delayed and there was no information.,

I met Dr. Aashish for my uncle s ortho related problem. He is an amazing gentleman and awesome doctor. I trust him a lot. Thanks Aakash !

Incompetent doctors are serving at Aakash Healthcare Dwarka, especially Dr.Rakesh Pandit. This little private hospital with poor infrastructure and inexperienced doctors is good at cheating and treating patients with mild illnesses, pathology and child delivery but absolutely not good for handling critical illnesses related to Cardiac, Kidney and Lungs..

PS: Aakash Healthcare takes more interest in knowing patient's insurance backup, limit etc. rather than the patient's medical history and appropriate medical treatment. Delhi has other best available hospital options, avoid this hospital as much you can.

Excellent Team of Doctors at Oncology Unit of Akash Heathcare hospital Dwarka Sector 3. Satisfactory stay at hospital and services are good.

I visited Ophthalmology department at Aakash healthcare today.Appreciate the way every staff treats patients.Dr Vidya's approach was wonderful and very reassuring.

I had appointment with doctor at 1340 they told me to wait I waited till 1545 . Poor management

I had visited Akash healthcare for my mother in law for kidney removal surgery on 17 -Mar-21 under Dr. Arun Kumar Giri and Dr. VIikas Jain. I would like to give my sincere thank you to Dr Arun Giri ,Dr Vikas Jain and his team for the successful surgery they had operated very carefully. Dr Arun sir is a God for us and best person who care the patient very nicely.
I will recommend all to Aakash Hospital.
We also thanks to Ms Rinky who was a coordinator of Dr Arun she helped me a lot in all the test and assistance before and after surgery.

Excellent facility with very good doctors. All staff show very helpful and affectionate way of dealing with each patient and guide very well. One feels very comfortable with the environment in the neat and clean facilities with modern equipment's and personal care.

Dr. Abhilasha Jain is one of the worst doctor in Aakash Healthcare, very arrogant and unprofessional in her work. She was open for tele and video consulting but after several phone calls she never picked phone. Not even serious about her patients. Aakash Healthcare is one of reputed hospital and having good doctors like Dr Sameer Punia and Dr. Hasan. Dr. Abhilasha is making bad reputation for Aakash Healthcare.

Services in the Emergency, ICU and surgery recovery is outstanding. Nice job aakash

I've had to visit the hospital for several times and see Dr. hasan, paediatrics sr. consultant. My experience with him has been great. He always takes time, answers all your questions and never seems to be in rush.He keeps things simple and straight , no unnecessary medicines or tests .Whenever my baby gets sick, i just book his appointment .

Very good specialist doctors available free of cost consultation. We went to the OPD for registration. All doctors are available.

Dr Sharad Malhotra is the top Gastroentrologist and Hepatolgist in Aakash Health care.

Trying to call on landline. But no one is picking the phone. It's too bad.

It was really good hospital very nice staff and management keep it up

Extremely commercial hospital and incompetent doctors in icu. Whenever they opened their mouth to speak about the patient they always blurted negative first. Gave only medicines and no food for 5 days. Nurses in the icu wouldn't even tell us how is the patient's health currently. They were eagerly waiting for the patient to die. They took the advantage that we don't know the study of Medicine. Just made the patient forcefully live 10 days more. There was no time for us to fight with the doctors as we competing with time. They did not know how to talk positively and show empathy to the patient and his family. Patient was extremely emotional about when he was to be in home again as he was quite uncomfortable in the hospital. Hence we suggest you to opt for another hospital. Uchi dukan phika pakwan.

In Dwarka we went to many hospitals but our experience was like we are trapped. Hospitals are more commercial even they charge for parking like it's cinema hall but our experience with Akash Health care was awesome they are more concerned with the patient.

We are in touch with hospital from 12 December 2020. Till today 22 Jan 2020 I felt they are very genuine and their advice is correct and they are very polite . Not only the doctors but also the staff.
My sincere thanks to Dr. Shilpa Ghosh ,Dr. Gazal Garg and Ms. Shikha for very prompt response and

I have booked appointment online for pediatric doctor as per website mentioned timing. During visit got knowledge that timing has been changed but they have not updated in website. It's really time waste on Monday (Week starting day).

At pediatrician OPD receptionist is very rude not having adequate.

Suggestions- It a good and renowned Hospital need to improve little bit. Staff grooming is very important because Akash Hospital is not a class C hospital.

Definitely one of the top hospital to come across. My experience with this hospital has been great!

My mom had a sudden fall and fractured her Femur in 4 parts ( What we call thigh bone) , she was in excruciating pain when we took her to
Dr. kaushik in janakpuri. He recommended Aakash hospital and asked us to meet Ms.Jaya Dutta. She coordinated the things for us end to end, no doubt she is perfect at her Job. My mom was shouting with pain when we reached the hospital and I appreciate the staff starting from a GDA, to nurse to the doctors who took care of her and ensured minimum time from pre-op preparations to day of surgery and now within 5 days she is able to walk with partial weight. She is confident enough and much better than before. We were explained about the surgery procedure In detail.Thanks to Jaya ji,

Recently got my routine checkup done from Aakash Healthcare Super Speciality hospital - Dwarka, beside good infrastructure their services are cost-effective. Highly delighted with their services and yes, they have no hidden charges!!

worst hospital ...Akash hospital not a hospital ..it is hotel ..their services and bill both are like hotel..their target only making high bill charges thats all .... charges are very high but the standard don't match the price..only loot of money ..only money ..i was admitted my father for treatment by reference of Dr ashish agrwal for Angiography....but i was not satisfied with any process because they are only making bills charges ...with any angiography they ,make bill of 22650 ..bkwas hospital ..khany mai choly or paneer dty hai patient ko ...dont know kya logic hai Aksah hospital ka only focus making bill charges like hotels ..I have observed that the Management and senior doctors are unable to do their work properly.
The hospital not only has unethically high charges but also doesn't provide appropriate services. I can say that some of the government hospitals have better management and sensible senior doctors than this private institution. Stay away from Akash Hospital to avoid unnecessary bill charges

I have been visiting this hospital for last more than 7 yrs. It was heartening to see hospital growing from old to new location, riding on good professional reputation of Dr Ashish. However, a recent visit to OPD was not satisfactory at all on the following counts:-
* Dr didn't explain diagnosis and course of treatment in detail - like he used to do earlier.
* Was directed to physio for exercises where I was just handed over a pamphlet and told to read text and figure out for myself and clarify doubts, if any. The physiotherapist was not inclined to give demo of exercises - like they used to do earlier. Was asked to pay additional fee for demo.
* As a patient I didn't get professional treatment and as a customer I felt 'cheated'. All this for an exorbitant hike of 40-45% in OPD fee.
Perhaps a better pamphlet can be found on Google.
Thus, my humble suggestion to include a 5 min demo for exercises by physiotherapist.

Visited once. Well maintained and clean. It has a very good infrastructure and has several departments.

Inexperienced doctors. Work on trial and error basis. Hygiene problems. Unusual rules for visitors and attendants. Only reception and corridors are clean. No cleaning of rooms. Shifting for tests without confirmation. They dont clear anything unless you ask. I will not recommend anyone.

Dr Meenakshi at Akash is a physiotherapist, unfortunately her only motive is minting money from her clients. The doctor nicely explained everything to us and asked us to meet her for further treatment.
Twice she send her assistant to plan "sessions".
Which course means spinning her money wheel.
I mean she didn't even had the courtesy to explain or discuss about the problem.
The only star is for Dr Ashish Chaudhary. Kindly enlighten her to treat her patients with some dignity they are anyway in physical pain.

I really appreciate the kind of cleanliness this hospital has maintained, they have clean beds, washrooms and everything. I have been to other hospitals as well but aakash has nice structure and environment.

Very Good Hospital for the people of Dwarka...Excellent Team of Doctors and Nurse's and Supportive Team's round the clocks available....

It is not as good as they are showing. They have taken licence and approval from Government Bodies i.e. CGHS, DGEHS etc only for show off. But they differentiate between panel patients and normal patients. They have made some packages for CGHS and DGEHS panels. But they didn't cover all facilities including just little things i.e. body bath wash, gloves etc. For these small small things, they charge separately with justification that for panel patients these items are not covered. Which is very ridiculous. On ground floor, for admission and bed manager, they never have and deliver all information regarding packages. They are just there only for collection of money. Once they collect the time no body will give any response.

Owner always give the same response......

Dr sharad Malhotra is the Most kind doctor with most experience iam lucky to visited Gold Medal Doctor.My mother was also under his treatment and she alwayes pray to sir now she get well.

This is an exquisite place, considering the options that you get. The atmosphere is great. Truly satisfied with the treatment. People are very transparent, nurses are generally very nice.

Very bad experience....never come here ... charges are very high but the standard don't match the price..... doctors always talking on the phone ...hardly listen to patients problem..the workers show a lot of carelessness....doctors leave the room anytime and come very late after it.at last it was not a good experience.never come here.
