I can't vouch for their auto sales but I recently purchased a used Toyota Tundra in Seattle that originally came from Canada. I needed some help from a Canadian dealer to verify some information to get a major repair covered under warranty back here in Seattle. Doug in their financial services department got back to me right away with the information I needed and saved me a ton on getting my emissions pump fixed. Thanks guys!!

Had an amazing experience buying a new 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport . Had been to 3 previous dealerships where we felt pressured and prices were much higher . Fortune are sales guy was patient and knowledgeable and and went the extra mile to find exactly what we were looking for . Paul the sales manager was very friendly and flexible to our wants and budget . This being our fourth Chrysler product we 100% recommended this dealership over the rest . Just a great buying experience!!!

They don't even acknowledge their customers. Me and my husband were walking around for 30min for assistance. I had to finally go to reception and ask her to send someone to help us. Rashid came who was already avoiding us and told us nothing is available. Without even giving us any options . Dont waste your time..as they don't value the customer.

Good place to do your service. It is difficult to get some immediate appointment. Generally they do a good service.

Under appreciated staff makes promises that they don't keep just to keep you around quality of work is garbage will make you pay for survives you don't need to get done

we left there last year with our New Crosstrek -felt it pulling and when we checked the tire pressure all 4 were at least 10psi out,also had 2 realign -cost us!!!

My husband and myself have been driving a Hyundai for more than 6 years. it is great so we are confident with Hyundai vehicle, recently we bought our second Hyundai Sonata. Went on today to trade in my Hyundai SUV I went back three times in one day and finally the manager did a fast walk around my vehicle, lifted my hood but looked lost.. He didn't drive it. Then came back and said $2,500.. I just bought 4 months ago for $15,000 + tax.. Manager doesn't know cars! He said he was going by the blue book.. Well blue book even says $10,000-12,000.
This manager is pretty stupid!

I had a wonderful experience with the sales manager and other employees at Jim Pattison. They took care of me from my first inquiring email. Now I am the proud owner of a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.

Went to go buy a Jeep from them, said that they listed the price wrong on it, which was fine, we made them an offer, they called us the next day saying that they weren t going to fix the many things wrong with the Jeep, and to sell it as is, but for about 10,000 more than what it was listed for. We denied their counteroffer, but only to find out that the Jeep is listed for the same original price as we saw it as, on the website. Very disappointed with the service. Would not recommend buying a car from this dealership.

Thank you head office for accepting some of the responsibility for my past service problems. For me it was never about the money but was about the honor and the integrity of management. Thanks for listening ...

Very bad and unprofessional. Had oil change over the weekend , the oil was dripping under the van and the floor mats had oil shoe marks all over. Now my driveway has marks of oil drops.Very irresponsible . Not recommend for your next service appointment.
