This was my first visit to this hospital for surgery of my daughter by. Dr. Abhinit kumar ENT, I was bit confused about my dicision to opt this hospital. But Dr. Abhinit and his team made me very comfortable. He is very generous and explain each thing . The other staff right from main porch to nursing and management also very curtious. All Service are prompt. Kudos to Aakash hospital team .

They can keep you waiting for 1 hour just for report collection. And that too when you come back for collection as per their timeline.
Better get the tests done from lab around you on cheaper rate and better service

I got admitted in hospital for 14 days My doctors Akshay bhudhraj n dr Ankit aggarwal gives us mental support n best treatment. FNB staff is so good specially thanks to Inderjeet Singh n Mr Kalyaan .Environment of all hospital is so nice everyone is so helpful. Specially thanks to Dr Ajit(DMS)for constant support.

Dr. Prashaant Chaudhry is keen in knowing the problem of the patient in detail giving time and staff members are polite. Aakash healthcare is well designed and organized. Valet parking is also available there which is a plus point for patients & visitors.

My Experience with Aakash healthcare was amazing ,even in these tough times of corona pandemic i was never made to feel that caring for my father who was corona positive and 76 yrs old was a burden ,i dont have words to express my Thanks to Dr Aashish choudhary and his excellent and dedicated team of doctors and nursing staff .I was very scared to go to hospital when my father who has lot of comorbidity conditions was diagnosed with covid 19 that time we were in small nursing home but looking at his age and medical condition i Requested Dr Aashish to take him under their hospital care , and believe me i had the most swift transfer and best possible medical care i could have asked for , and within a day of transfer,my father started showing improvement. i was made to talk to my father through video conferencing everyday and i was updated about his condition regularly. I was really amazed to see their management and concern for every ones safety ,they had entire floor for covid pts with separate lifts for there transfer.
I highly recommend Aakash hospital ,again i would like to thank dr aashish choudhary and dr prabhat sinha for everything they did for my dad.

Nursing services for critically ill patients is very poor in the ward. Don't know how good or bad it is in ICUs as such areas are out of bounds for patient attendents. But in ward the nurses just don't have time to take care of severely ill and weak patients. Patients and their attendents are just left on their own to figure out ways to recover and get discharged. Very pathetic situation when it comes to proactively taking care of patients in the wards.

Excellent from start to finish. I was seen quickly, the medical staff is great, friendly and professional.

I want to tell every parent how the people of Akash Hospital are playing with my children, they were admitted from 30 January 2020 and discharged on 10 February, in which these people made a bill of 215000, then After 2 days he started having fever. Then we admitted on 17 February, then at night, these people started making money, the remaining fever was repeating in 4 hours 103 * c, on 19 February we asked to be referred, the doctor said you go yourself If you want to say this, then we will leave, made a 2-day bill of 45,000. This hospital is not well,

This is a new hospital but the way they manage their patients is highly remarkable.They are very good people.

We are visiting Dr. Madhuleeka Sinha. She is tremendously professional and excellent. She has taken care of our case like anything. We were admitted and discharged on time without unnecessary delay. Other hospital staff are also well behaved and extremely professional.
I just need to review its appointment system for opd. Even if we booked an appointment for 12 noon over phone in advance with the same doctor we had to wait for an hour to half an hour at least. I don t find telephonic appointment system is accurate and efficient.

I m visit here for gastroenterology... doctors and his all staff are very gud.. his/her nature is cooprative.. doctors treat you very gentaly and staff behaviour is also gud.

Very greedy... Doctors. After doing surgery of my husband they can't even talk without charges.... When he went for dressing after the surgery they charged for cunsultancy also. Though he got only his dressing done that time. Which is not futuristic...with this behaviour who will visit again?

Completely disappointed with the doctor ( Dr. Madhukar Bhardwaj ) the team is also very careless and they are trainee I m sure. They only making money. They are only busy on phones. They took so much of time. Just be careful from these fake hospitals who make money only.

I have been there for my friend`s kidney transplant. Nurses are so good and devoted to thier work. I like the way they treat people.

Recently my mother was admitted at Akash multi speciality hospital at Dwarka from end of September to October for almost 4 weeks. She was in and out of intensive care unit. I wanted to appreciate the excellent care provided to my mother under the care of Dr. Rakesh Pandit And his team. I myself am a physician working out of New Jersey , USA and can safely say that the Standard of care provided was upto par with what I see at United States. They are very Covid compliant and sufficient precautions were taken to keep patient and family members safe.The hospital management, the nursing staff, occupational therapy, dietitian, everyone was exceptional although they could do a bit more In the communication department. Receiving my mothers workup report was slightly painful but then nobody is perfect!! I would be remiss if I don t mention some names who were really instrumental in facilitating my mothers care and recovery-a Big shout out to Dr. Rakesh Pandit. Dr Pallav kumar. Nursing staff Archana, Nitin, Divya, Julie, Jenin , Malu, Sarita. From management Dr. Ajit Paul Singh, Dr Lakshya Sharma . HR team Nupur, Caroline. Dietitian Shika. Housekeeping Ankit and team. F&B Pushkar Rawat and team. GDA team - Himadri, Varsha, Chandani , Premlata.

Akash is the best hospital in west delhi for orthopaedic. I recently seen Dr. Ashish Consultant Orthopadic and his team at Good Hope Hospital. My femur, hip, and skin grafting surgery was carried out by Dr. Ashish, Dr. Bharat, Dr. Raghv, Dr. Kulgaurav, Mahendra(dresser) .Everything was good with the operation. The care, service, and results are the highest level possible. It's nice to walk, move and live without pain, thank you. My UHID is 140948.

I would like to place on record my heartfelt thanks to Dr Akshay Budhraja and his team at Aakash Hospital Delhi for treating my grandmother Mrs Kusum Agarwala.
A quick background ; she is 80 years old and a few months back she slipped and had an accident at home ;since then she has been bed ridden In last week of July she tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 and things really became difficult for us. Even the best dedicated hospitals for Covid-19 refused to treat her and then we got her admitted in Aakash Healthcare: Super Speciality Hospital.She was treated by Dr Akshay Budhraja and it was Dr Akshay s treatment that made my grandmother covid negative in 5 days flat and she was out of Covid ICU on the 6th day. I am so happy that we made the decision of admitting her at Aakash Hospital that day.Now she is back home after recovering from SARS-CoV-2 and doing good.
Also in times when we read and hear about hospitals fleecing patients economically, services at Aakash are very justly priced with highest level of personalised care in these difficult times.

Good doctors but front desk staff is very slow and worst you need atleast 20-30 mins just for standing in the queue for the billing and another 10-15 min for the vitals.

Rude staffs especially the security guards have no manners to talk to patients.

Aakash Healthcare... ill mentality hidden behind big walls of hospital. These big hospitals are playing with the lives of the patients and the same was experienced when a team of "doctor on duty" and nurses was about to overdose my ward had I not been alert about the treatment and keeping a close watch.

This happened on the first night of admission, the team of doctor and nurses which was on duty that night did not notice the date of medication and were about to give the medication for the day and next day as one dose. This would have overdosed the patient and resulted really severe. The main doctor wrote the treatment clearly with dates and even after that it was ignored by the staff. "We forgot to notice the date" said one of the nurse on duty.

Last but not the least, when we complained about the delay in discharge process... so called Dr Laksh who was from management staff was so rude and was continuously trying to suppress taking one and another reason. Misbehaviour was on the top as he even mentioned "aap hain kon...Mein to aapko nahi jaanta" in a very high pitch because I raised the issue and warned him that I'll complained to the hospital board and insurance company. All the more he was providing us wrong information so that he can pass the time and charge us for one more day.

Very nice experience during my treatment at the hospital. They have a dedicated team of Doctors specially Dr. Prabhat Ranjan Sinha who was simply outstanding with thorough professionalism and a pleasant behavior. Dr.Rakesh Pandit too was very helpful.The entire support team also rendered an appreciable service.

My wife had challenges feeding our 27 day old baby and we were visiting a renowned hospital all the while in Dwaraka sec 18 where she was born but they failed to get the result all 27 days. Dr. Pallavi Verma the Lacticion of Aakash hospital spent more than an hour with us today and made a live baby feeding mothers milk session with us and the baby had mothers milk for more than half an hour which had never happened. In the evening the baby had mothers milk again. I want to thank Dr. Pallavi for her guidance, technique and council that she gave us. This did not happen previously and she made it happen within an hour.

This is the worst hospital especially for international patients the have contract with translator the hospital paid 60% for the translator which the extra charge the patient. I have been their for concert patients just the do their business not care
