I had booked an appointment with a dermatology department in the hospital. After arriving to the hospital, the support staff informed about the delay. I had to wait for good one hour and when I later asked about an update, he did not answer my query. A security guard rudely interrupted and said to leave if I do not have time. Very unprofessional.
