Schlossadler Wines Review

Everyone at Schlossadler is amazing. Great wine, great experience, nothing else like it. Kudos, and until next time.

Fantastic tasting wine, speedy delivery, outstanding customer service and convenience for the customer is the mantra at Schlossadler, and time and time again I have experienced nothing but all of the above when I have done business with them. The wine tastings are spectacular and all the girls working them are sweethearts! I have also learned quite a bit about wine while doing business with them! I'll keep going to Schlossadler for years to come!

I joined their wine of the month club and received my first few with no problem. The wine was very good and I had no problems. Then on the last shipment they delivered it only at around 6 in the morning when I was not awake yet. Since I was not there to receive it they shipped it back. I called customer service and they took a week to get back to me and told me it was my fault for not being around when the order was shipped. I then asked for a refund and they refused to give it to me. They shipped it out again with the same problem. I called again, there is never anyone that answers the customer service line and they never got back to me. I'm out 70 dollars and never received my wine and was treated very poorly.

Great variety of international wines that I would not have had had the opportunity to enjoy without their reasonably priced wine club ...find a bottle I like and order a case with a nice discount! Couldn't be easier. Delivery is never a problem (I have it shipped to my office so someone will be available to sign).

Great virtual wine tasting events! Wines arrive at your home and you join a zoom meeting to discuss and to learn about the various wines. What fun!!!

Incredible selection of imported wines! Love it because Hans and his staff hand select these by spending a lot of time in the vineyards with the winemakers themselves.
