staff amd cleaning is good , but the process of mediclaim sucks, they don't reply on time to the query generated by insurance policy , the patient have to wait for hours empty stomach for test as they wait for approval, waited for around 3 hrs to give medicine as the ququery was pending,then we deposited the money then the treatment begain.
