There is no unified schedule for all offices. Office Room 4 has a 8:30 - 16 Mon-Thur. and 8:30 - 13:30 Fri. Staff from information desk are extremly friendly and helpful.
I awarded 2 stars because, after all, the lady from the counter was nice and stayed an extra 2 minutes to take my request.
But:
There is no poster (information is posted silly throughout the room);
Not all designated counters work (as usual in Romania, out of 9 designated counters for filing and issuing documents, only 2 are functional);
It is not specified anywhere on the ANAF website that the program with the public (in Cluj) which is from 08.30-16.30 (L, Ma, J, V) and 08-30-18.30 (Mi) is divided into: retrieval of documents from 08.30-14.00 and issuing of documents: 08.30- program sender (I suppose, I'm not sure)
