I went to pick up a tax record for the first time.
The ones from the initial counter received me pretty quickly by order number. There I learned that this is not the place to pick up the file, and they kindly told me where to go. In the room, the lady handed me the request with common sense, and after 20 minutes I raised the record without problems. The staff was kind enough to help me and guide me properly to solve my job quickly.
