I awarded 2 stars because, after all, the lady from the counter was nice and stayed an extra 2 minutes to take my request.
But:
There is no poster (information is posted silly throughout the room);
Not all designated counters work (as usual in Romania, out of 9 designated counters for filing and issuing documents, only 2 are functional);
It is not specified anywhere on the ANAF website that the program with the public (in Cluj) which is from 08.30-16.30 (L, Ma, J, V) and 08-30-18.30 (Mi) is divided into: retrieval of documents from 08.30-14.00 and issuing of documents: 08.30- program sender (I suppose, I'm not sure)
There is no one to explain to you how to choose the order ticket,
which shows the wrong counter number (if you take the wrong tickets, you have to do it yourself to give them to someone waiting, you cannot cancel them. So the counter staff can wait for an order number that does not exist words: D)
