I did not have a great experience finding a Toyota car that I wanted. The salesperson assigned to me was rude and unpleasant. He was having a bad day and took it out on the customers. He was pushy and didn't leave me any room for my thoughts. Also, he wanted to "shoo" me away and looked rushed with customers. I quote his words, "Are you gonna buy it today? Are you gonna buy it today?" (repeat). I felt pressured.

Great place to buy a vehicle. I delt with Bill West who was very helpful and super nice. He went above and beyond to take care of my needs. Also called to make sure everything was great the next day. I highly recommend calling this dealership and having the give you a quote on a new Toyota.

I bought my C-HR in November. I had done a lot of research and spoke to many sales people around the LA county area. Nicholas Canova was the only person who made me feel human and not just a dollar sign. He was the only one who asked me if I wanted to come in and test drive the vehicle before I decided if it was something I wanted. I spoke to 6 other dealers and none of them offered a test drive, they all just wanted me to come in and see what they had to offer though I already knew what I wanted. Nicholas also listed to what I wanted, the price I was looking for and the fact that I wanted to be in and out when making the transaction. Nick got me everything I wanted for the price I was looking for and even got my car traded in for the amount I wanted as well. For finance I worked with Kimm Simms and she went above and beyond to get me the payment I was looking for as well as that including so many extra offers. I loved the experience I had with Puente Hills Toyota and will definitely be back when I am looking for my next purchase!

Worked with Internet sales department and got a quote via email. The quote was even higher than invoice price to start with. Emailed back and told the sales that I have a quote and asked whether he could meet or beat. The sales keeps saying that " send me the quote in writing, I could do it". Sent them the quote and got reply said "couldn't do nothing". Save your time, go to other dealers.

this review is for the service department. 2 weeks ago, I took my car for a dashboard code about the VSC system. They told me that it will take around 1-2 hours to perform the necessary tests to determine the cause of the code. I spend over 3 hours waiting in the building waiting for the results. The only good thing is that if you show your estimates on the office, they give you a token to get a drink and a cookie at the subway shop inside the dealer. Besides that, none of the employees came to me and ask how I was doing, or something.

I have been servicing my Prius here since I got it back in 2016. I've had nothing but good experiences here but the assistant service manager that stands out the most is TOM ANDERSEN. Everybody here is good respectively but what makes Tom stand out is that he knows the Toyota extended coverage very well so he won't beat around the bush. He is very familiar in what they cover and his knowledge of vehicles is well rounded.

I recommend this place to get your Toyota serviced and if you want good service ask for Tom

Long story short. Pulled up for test drive and asked for sales rep for help. He asked when I plan on getting the car and I replied within 2 weeks. He laughed and I asked why... he just told me he had to ask.
Few minutes later, he came back and asked for me to wait for him to grab the key and I waited 30 minutes in the lot. I went back to find him only to see him at his desk with someone else.
I get my other car Sienna serviced at this location and was satisfying. I give thumbs down for the sales dept.

In 2012, My daughter went first to Longo Toyota , she want to buy a car , the salesman was rude, in the second day my husband take her to Puente Hills Toyota, she likes a 2011 Yaris sport, a salesman Juan Maldonado attend her and in she bought the car, next week my another daughter went to Puente Hills Toyota and Juan Maldonado was excellent she bought a 2012 Yaris, tres days ago my daughte Susana went again and she trade the 2011 yaris for a Scion 2014, she received help from Juan Maldonado, he is the best, If you want to buy Toyota, go and ask for Juan Maldonado he help you ...HE IS THE BEST

Bad Customer Service. The seller never showed me a car he discriminated me. He criticized my credit. Made me fill out an application without even showing me a car. He told me what to do with my money too. Toyota lost a customer there. Never going back to this place EVER!

I went into this place on 9/13 inquiring about 20...

I went into this place on 9/13 inquiring about 20 TRD PRO 4RUNNER, stock no dealer add ons...and one of the guys who who offered to help totally did the opposite. According to him, they wouldn't be able to sell me one without 1st, all the extra dealer add ons, from running boards to some clear coat, to the badges that should already come with the truck. I then went ahead and told him about my experience at Longo... he pretty much said... well maybe you should go back to Longo.... i was like wow, ive never heard of a dealer not willing to make sale cause they're not willing to sell unless they put on all those extra dealer add ons.... but good to know that these guys will send you somewhere else when they don't wanna deal with you

I bought my first car last week at this dealership...

I bought my first car last week at this dealership! Everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming! Fernando is the sales man who helped me through most of the process, he is funny, and most importantly not an agressive. He made me feel really comfortable, and he was patient with me because I was nervous about committing to a car. I spoke with a couple other men also in the process and each of them were all very kind and accommodating. Fernando even bought me car mats and filled up my gas tank before I left, great service :D

From my initial contact via email, to signing my paperwork before getting my car, this was my best car buying experience to date.

Ray Alvarez is the Internet/Fleet Manager. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a car from this dealer. Ray has a great personality and made my experience very enjoyable. I kept waiting for him to change things up, try to add in a bunch of bogus costs and fees, make excuses and try to bait and switch me on the car, etc. None of this ever happened.

I kept thinking that this was too good to be true! My next thought was that I would get pressure from the finance department. After dealing with the finance manager, Ted Collins, I couldn't have been more wrong. Ted was professional and has an awesome personality. While he did strongly suggest many options that made sense, such as Lo-Jack, extended warranty, etc., he didn't make me feel uncomfortable at any time throughout the process.

I have seen other reviews on this site that are negative. Most of them seem to be from people that have no idea how the process works, or that have really bad credit and have expectations far beyond what they qualify for.

Do your homework. Know what the dealer cost is on a new vehicle. Buying a used car? Certified pre-owned? Check at least a half dozen dealers and get internet quotes. Ask for the out the door price. When you go in, and the out the door price matches what the paperwork says, you're done.

Summary: You want to buy a Toyota or Scion? Talk to Ray Alvarez and request Ted Collins when you get to the financing part.

Very bad service, the sales guy that helped me was irritated, and he told me that if I wasn't going to buy a car he was wasting his time. I will never go back to that place!!
I just bought my car at Montclair Toyota i recommend Montclair.

I come here, if a weekend, to have my car service. The waiting area is nice. It little cubicles for Internet use. They give you one cup of free coffee & cookie from Subway inside the place. Staff is friendly

Puente Hills Toyota maintenance service center is a good place for people 's toyotas'. They've got many nice , patient, and multi-languages service advisors. They're are really helpful on the explanation of my car's issues.

My car tires damaged and need to replace new one. it was done good by service dept. but then after on way back home when i check my car the driver door has dent it maybe not intentional by the person who fixed the car recall on computer and tire change. i called the service dept. immediately but they were already close and told to come the next day, to make it short they refer me to a person by name Sarah Cruz. she checked immediately the dent on my car and put it in service for two days. She is a warm and helpful lady in toyota, puente hills. she give immediate attention on the problem, Ms, Sarah Cruz, gave as assurance, dent on my car will be fix soon. she gave us a rental car free to used while car is in their repair shop. Got the car dent repaired . Thank you so much to Ms.Sarah Cruz for immediate action. More power to Toyota, Puente hills .

We were looking to purchase a used Toyota Sierra and searching online, the one from Puente Hills Toyota really caught our eye and the price was perfect for us.

Straight and to the point, we worked with Ron Landin in regards to this minivan and he was very helpful and knowledgeable for all our questions we were asking about. What I really liked was that he was very patient since we had our less than one month old baby girl with us and also for me to call my credit union in apply for an auto loan.

Working with Kimm Simms also was fast, especially when most of the questions were on a tablet and those questions went by fast and the finance part went quick.

I was also impressed with Puente Hills Toyota, with Subway inside as well as a movie theater for those waiting for their vehicles to be serviced.

I would definitely recommend Ron and Puente Hills Toyota if you found that used Toyota online and they have it.

I used to work at a Toyota dealership and they would always do a great job with the complimentary car wash. I just took my car to get serviced here and it just looks like they ran my car through a hose. I know the car wash is free, but they could've done a better job.

I went to Puente Hills Toyota yesterday (12/01/19) and was assisted by Ike Padri. I can honestly say I had an amazing experience leasing my first Toyota Camry XSE. He was extremely helpful and did whatever he could in his power to help me take the car I really wanted. Very thankful for the amazing service he provided to my family and I. Disappointed with the service center experience. Came for last of my 25k free service...the work done on my car was not thoroughly explained and I was not proactively kept up to date on the status of my car. I arrived with an appointment at 7am and was told the service would take an hour and thirty minutes. Three hours later I have not yet left. After every hour increment I had to go and inquire the status even though I was told someone would tell me when my car was ready. I would potentially still be waiting if I did not inquire. Quite glad that I did not purchase a service extension so that I can find a place with better customer service.

Went in to buy a new Scion and thanks to Pure Pricing and my good credit, the Buying and financing process went as smooth as possible. The salesperson and financing rep were friendly and knowledgeable. I knew what specifics I wanted and there was no pressure/persuasion to accept anything different.

Kin Kwan was the customer service rep for my vehicle's service on 5/5/2018. I arrived at the dealership around 10am and immediately my service rep Kwan was there to help me out. The approximate time to complete the service was about 2hrs. After about an hr and half Kwan notified me immediately that my vehicle's service was done. I got my car back earlier than my expectation and after I drove my car the performance was great! I've also received a report about the status of my vehicle which gave a better insight about my vehicle's condition as what kind of replacement that I may need in the future. I've to thank Kwan for his great service!

Good service and professional repair job. I had no choice but to get my car fixed right away at their place. My car was leaking gas. I can smell it miles away. It turned out I had to replace some broken gaskets. They had to take out the whole engine and put it back together again. The diagnostic fee came up to $150. Labor cost $2,200+ and parts replacement $300. Ouch it was a big hit. I could have taken my car to another shop with half the price. It was an emergency. I can't drive it faraway. For minor fixes, I guess it's OK to go to a dealership. For a big fix, you should shop around for the best price or buy a used car.

If I can give zero star, I would! This is the worst experience for buying a car. I have 2 cars and I want to buy a new car for my mom. We walked in and told them we want some information about RAV4. After 10 mins, a dealer came and start to asking me some questions that made me very very very uncomfortable !!! Such as: Will you buy all cash or finance? Do you want to buy it right now? We said we need more information about that car and before we only can see the pictures online. And then, that guy just said follow me. He lead us to out side! And said here are all RAV4, you guys can see how it is like here! After that he just walk away! It is pretty cold today !!! Me and my mom were refuse to service just because we didn't say we want to buy it right now !! n We can understand dealers are really busy, but there is no excuse to do rudely and impolite things to us. DO NOT COME HERE GUYS! They just service to money! They won't help you. I really hope I can give him 0 points ! ! This is the worst car dealership I have ever experienced! I have two cars, one of which is leasing to face the return of the car, and the other is a newly bought car. I want to choose a car for my mother. My mother likes the RAV4 model very much. But in the past we could only see pictures. I hope that I can get more information about the car, such as configuration, fuel consumption, price, and price / performance ratio. We waited for about 10 minutes. After the dealer came, I asked a few questions that made me feel uncomfortable: do you want to buy it in full or on loan? Do you want to buy it today? I have been asking me, do you have money? I answered truthfully. I want to take a look at the real car today, and want to get more information about the car. Then he said there were a lot of RAV4 outside, we followed him out of the shop, he pointed to a car and said, you see it here! There are many RAV4. Then he turned away! ! ! We did n t even open any of the doors to introduce us! I don't think I can say that he bombarded us too much. The weather is so cold today, so he just blasted us out? ? ! I think if I brought my father and brother today, he would not dare to treat us like this. If you see this message, I want to tell you not to come to this store. There really is no worst but only worse! I bought those two cars before and have never experienced such rude and unreasonable treatment! I can understand that the dealer is busy, but this is not your rude and impolite excuse. Especially the old folks who read Chinese, this unreasonable deal is our Chinese, I do n t want to write his name today, I hope you do n t come here and suffer such unreasonable treatment! ! ! The dealers of other Chinese people who I went to later are all very good. They will help you fight for your interests and introduce the car. Never come!

By far the worst experience I have ever had. Highly recommended staying away from this place. From now on if anyone is ever in the market of getting a car, the first thing I'm saying is not to get it from this dealership! If you're looking for a Toyota, go to Pasadena!! They actually treat you with respect. If we can't make a deal, no problem I get it they need to make a living too I'll just shake your hand thank you for your time and be on my way, but this dealership's sales and finance team had a really bad attitude about it and acted like I was "missing out on an opportunity of a lifetime". Worst customer service I've ever experienced, very insulting.

They force customers to travel to the dealership and go inside (just to get some information on my current lease), during the biggest surge of the pandemic. As someone who has health issues, this is an absolute disregard for their customers, simply because "it's the way they do things." I'm able to verify my identity on the phone but just because they want to make another sale, they want me to risk my well-being.
I will be selling my lease to CarMax (DO THIS INSTEAD AND LEAVE TOYOTA) because I can't seem to get any information unless I risk my health. I tried calling Toyota Financial only to have them tell me I can only discuss this with the dealer I got my car from which is Puente hills. Never coming here again.

BEWARE....this place is shady...after leaving my daughter's Kia for repairs over $2,000....we get a call re: kia being ready....upon inspection of work done, we find that the windshield is severely cracked ...glass has started to shift....certainly was not cracked when dropped off...after a hour mgr. Rob Huntington says he'll replace it. But his shop didnt do it....mind you he said earlier in conversation, that it sometimes happens when they put cars into paint dyer ...so now i have to pay another day for the rental...out of pocket...then they had the audacity to try to charge me 1,000 when my deductible is only $500....BEWARE!!

Service customers need to stop zeroing out service surveys. Im a service technician and work extra hard to keep your Toyota running right! But by zeroing out or leaving a low number on Fixed Right the first time affects our paychecks. Just because we had to inspect and order your part on a recall and you having to come back on a later date doesn't mean it wasn't fixed the first time. Thank you.

My car got a recall. I took a service appointment online for the recall and oil change. Through their website, it asks whether i wish to book a car rental for free because the recall service needs 3 hours of work. I approved it & booked a car replacement.

So, i went into the dealership on time (10:30 am). I wasn't checked in till 11:05 am. The agent didn't have my appointment on the system. He didn't have my profile or address or number to pull up although i purchased this car along with the maintenance package. My car's vin number was supposed to be linked to my details. Long story short, i started a new profile on their system. I asked about my replacement car butvthe agent said they don't have cars booked! He said i was supposed to call and book one.
I showed him my online service appointment AND the car replacement booking but was useless.
He then told me there would be $115 for today's work. I wasn't supposed to pay a penny because i bought the upgraded maintenance package which should cover my car's maintenance till 100k miles.
The entire situatiob started pissing me off. Their system is in a mess :
1. My appointment
2. Replacement car booking
3. Price they asked me to pay for a free sercice

After talking back n forth, they took the job for free, got me a corolla replacement car by the time it became 1:05 pm!! I drove home back and they call me after 10 minutes asking me to pick up my camry!!

Why do toyota puente hills spend money on a supposedly sophisticated website if they don't take booking requests seriously?

Why do they offer free car replacement if they were going to let customers wait 2.5 hours?

Why do they sell maintenance packages upto 100k miles if the service agent is going to make us pay more?

These privileges are wonderful when you know about them, but WORTHLESS when you try them.

I just arrived home with the cheapy corolla 10 minutes ago after 2.5 hrs of fighting for my right and now gotta drive back to pick up the beast!

Sorry for the long story fellows. Just wanted to let you know what to expect when visiting them.
