although the website says that the program is until 16:30, the application desk is open from 8:30 to 14:00.
That means a waste of time !!!

When I asked for explanations, I was told that it was a mistake made by those who wrote the program (from Bucharest). What does the two cities have to do with the work schedule ???? It is your duty, those from ANAF Cluj to mention this! There are people who travel for hours to reach you!

It is annoying to waste hours on the road because no one specifies the different operating hours for submitting applications and honestly, it is full of logic and common sense for citizens !!!!
