Stone age, no computers, only paper institution. Whatever you need from them at least 5 documents are requiered, originals, translations (authorized and stamped), copies (on paper, but signed for conformity 'cuz they do not trust copying machines).
they don't even have a 12$ scaner or a copy machine.
