Teleurstellend dat 4launch niet in staat is om een goed product af te leveren.

Mijn ervaring met 4launch:
levertijd van 5-6 weken ipv enkele werkdagen,
Laptop kapot binnen twee weken,
Laptop twee maanden kwijt voor reparatie,
Laptop werkt bijna naar behoren, maar je durft hem niet terug te sturen omdat hun serves zo slecht is.
half jaar later crasht de laptop constant en wilt niet meer aan na dat hij op stand-by is geweest,
Laptop twee weken kwijt, stuurt 4launch de laptop terug en zijn ze niet in staat geweest om het product te repareren. Ze hebben het alleen maar erger gemaakt. Naast de oude defecte maakt de laptop nu ook een enorm harde piep.
Laptop weer terug sturen.
Ps. Wanneer je een product koopt onder een bedrijfsnaam mag je het niet retourneren. Zelfs niet als het een defect product is.

Helemaal eens met de review van Lucid Dreams. Als het goed gaat is er niets aan de hand, maar zodra het niet helemaal loopt zoals het zou moeten ben je de sjaak. Garantie tot op de stoep, blijkbaar het motto van 4Launch.

Heb hier onder meer een automatische espressomachine gekocht, maar na 2 dagen bleek de koffie niet van de kwaliteit die we verwachtten. Dus 2 dagen na ontvangst van het apparaat direct contact opgenomen met 4Launch. In telefonische overeenstemming met de RMA-afdeling het apparaat teruggestuurd, met de aanwijzing dat het apparaat in originele verpakking kon worden geretourneerd mits goed schoongemaakt. Perfect, dacht ik.

Na enige tijd werd aangegeven dat het apparaat toch nog enige koffie en waterresten bevatte (duh), waardoor de retour niet werd goedgekeurd. Ik kon kiezen; het apparaat terugkrijgen of 30% afschrijving op aankoopprijs van 330. Om niet onredelijk te zijn heb ik nog een afschrijving van 10% voorgesteld, maar tevergeefs. Met het apparaat is welgeteld 10 bakken koffie getapt, die mij 10 per stuk hebben gekost en ook nog eens niet te drinken waren. In mijn ogen een zwaar disproportionele afschrijving. Rechtsbijstand kon helaas niets doen, schadebedrag was immers lager dan 250.

Ik koop hier dus nooit meer iets, ik raad een ieder af zaken te doen met dit bedrijf.

Selling something that would supposedly be in stock and eventually being told they can't deliver it! Disappointed in 4Launch!

My advice. Never buy from this party. Sell second-hand items as new, if this is then reported, no hands are put in your own bosom and 4launch expects you to solve the problem for them. There is no point in entering the discussion substantively, arguments are completely ignored as soon as they can no longer be resolved. Worthless party, rather buy from a Megekko or Alternate.

A year ago I ordered the Raspberry Pi model B, and it was delivered within one day. Fast service. When the Raspberry Pi 2 came out. I bought that one as well. It was 1-5 Business days, it says, and they were right. It was ordered Friday, sent on Monday and received Tuesday. I also pre-ordered the Microsoft Wedge and after a week they told me Microsoft declared the product EOL (End of Life) and they gave me the option to get another keyboard or get my money back. This service was great as well.

Pay attention! Immediately available (and therefore next working day delivery) is (sometimes) not correct! Delivery time shows 2-3 working days.

Laptops besteld via de website. Worden de volgende werkdag gelijk geannuleerd omdat ze verzuimen de juiste prijs op de site te zetten. 4launch neemt 0 verantwoordelijkheid. Ik zit intussen zonder laptops en moet nog steeds op mijn geld terug wachten.

Always a good assortment, fast delivery and good service via chat. Sometimes some clumsy spontaneous price fluctuations, but this is also more often the advantage. It is sometimes a shame that the price spontaneously rises 5%. But this is more the computer market than 4Launch itself, I suspect. All in all a good store and competitively priced!

Bought a product that worked for a few months, It then broke on me and i sent it back for repairs which took 4 weeks. Few months later it breaks agian, same problem. I ask for a refund or atleast a new product and they deny me it. Don't buy from here.

I myself only have a good experience after purchasing a graphics card several years ago. However, there is one major downside to me, and that has to do with the price in relation to other shops. The price differences are sometimes quite a bit large, which were previously less, which at the time also helped me to the above purchase. However, I recommend 4Launch and regularly check their webshop for favorable (er) purchases and / or bargains.

In my experience I can 4Launch B.V. Strongly discourage.
The reason for this is that I recently ordered a product of more than 1700 euros. This is well delivered and there is nothing wrong with that. However, when I afterwards asked to convert the invoice to a different name (accounting thingy), the employee could not help me. When asked if she might want to make an exception, all this was not possible to send a new invoice. In short, I got the feeling that it was all too much work. Since they have already sold the product, they are apparently no longer able to help you. The last time I ordered that in any case.

If you order a video card of 525 euros, you will receive a headset because there is a very large banner on the site that clearly states this. I also clearly write in the (comments) "don't forget to add the headphones" and now hope that it arrives. As it turns out, the headphones are not added and I look at the site banner of the headphones = away and you call them on and you ask them they say 'sorry sir but we can't see that' ........... and then you close a deal to get a game discount and you expect a fixed discount what you get 5 euro discount? Headset itself was worth 60 euro well this is the last x that I order here .. IF YOU HAVE PROMISED IT WILL COME AFTER !! liars.

Ik heb 1 ervaring met dit bedrijf gehad. Het bestellen en informatie op de website is allemaal duidelijk. Ik had een computerkast besteld met levertijd 6 - 10 werkdagen. Na 10 werkdagen nog niks gehoord. Ik moest zelf contact opnemen met het bedrijf. Krijg ik te horen per mail dat de leverancier ze niet op voorraad heeft en het dus langer zal duren. Er werd een latere datum aangegeven. Op de betreffende datum kreeg ik een mail, de bestelling was nog steeds niet verstuurd. Weer iets met de leverancier ( ??). Ik kon als ik wilde een andere computerkast uitkiezen. Of de bestelling laten staan, dan zou het nog wat langer duren. Vervolgens een mail teruggestuurd of ze mij even kunnen bellen over de bestelling. Steeds heen en weer mailen, schiet niet op. Ik kreeg een mail terug: excuses maar de directie staat ons niet toe om te bellen naar buiten toe vanwege de kosten. Ik moest ze dus mailen of zelf opbellen.... Op dit moment ben ik dus nog steeds in afwachting en heb ik na 2 weken nog steeds niks binnen. Op zich is de informatie wel duidelijk, ze mailen snel terug, dus dat is prima in orde. Maar ik vind de afhandeling en manier van communiceren zo wel vreemd. Daarnaast krijg ik steeds per mail te horen dat het aan de leverancier ligt.. Misschien wordt het dan tijd dat ze met een andere leverancier gaan werken want 3 weken wachten op een bestelling, is veel te lang.

Initially a good and especially smooth delivery. Unfortunately, the ordered part turned out not to be suitable for my mac, so I requested a return. This is done in a cumbersome way via an RMA form. After reviewing the RMA I got a return agreement and a shipping label. Package sent and seen through the track and race code that it was delivered on Friday afternoon. The following Tuesday confirmation of receipt with the announcement that my purchase amount will be credited within 10 working days !. Come on, that is no longer of this time. That as a company you require prepayment is worthless in itself, but that you also let people wait 2 weeks for their money ... Missed opportunity in my view because if I had already received my money back I would definitely have the right modules with them ordered. I have now ordered this from MeGekko and are already in my iMac.

Update: I have now received my money back after a good week. Very bad but at least they pay back. Hence from 1 to 3 stars

De vrieskist was beschadigd en hierna hield direct de service op. Gemaakte afspraken werden niet na gekomen en het werd stil. Leveren prima maar service homaar. We zitten nu met een defecte vrieskist en 4launch die niet reageerd

Goeie prijzen en snelle levering..top chat functie voor Hulp. Enige nadeel in vergelijking met andere online shop is een RMA. Deze duurt langer dan dat nodig zou hoeven zijn.ik heb garantie via 4launch en zou ik dus on The spot een vervanging moeten krijgen en niet hoeven wachten op de fabriek waar het vandaan komt zit nu al 2 weken en een paar dagen te wachten en nog steeds geen verandering.ondanks dat het een leuke online shop is bestel ik mn volgende order toch liever weer bij oude vertrouwde shop....

3-4 weken later mn moederboard terug gehad.hopen dat deze nu gemaakt zou zijn.

Niet gewacht.dacht eerst dat dit m8schien een eenmalige incident zou zijn maar helaas na een aantal keer opnieuw opstarten bleef hij weer de meeste keren hangen. Gelijk contact opgenomen met 4launch en resultaat een nieuwe RMA aanvraag...nu hoop ik toch dat hij vervangen gaat worden anders ben ik bang weer hetzelfde geintje te gaan terugkrijgen.
Maar we zien wel .....wordt vervolgd dus

Iphone ordered, with track and trace just before Christmas and delivered neatly within two days.

Keyboard piece. Analysis had to wait a while and the keyboard could not be repaired. Have a replacement keyboard and received the difference return. More often ordered here and will also do it more often.

1 van de goedkoopste computerwinkels. Je kunt alleen via internet bestellen. Als je in de buurt woont dan kun je de spullen makkelijk afhalen.

No super fast delivery, often as the stock status indicates that a product is in stock, you have to wait 3-5 days. Recently had a bad experience with bestelllen. Have a computer purchased with related matters and paid via Ideal and a day later I call that the price in the shop was too low. It was 100, - we mean, but it remains amateuristisch.Eerlijkheidshalve I must say that it is often good.

I bought a lot of electronics and white goods here. Often they had good offers, among other things via kieskeurig.nl and so they almost always come out as the cheapest.

I needed a router, sent them an e-mail and got an answer within an hour with 3 nice advice for me. I was able to pick up immediately and pin it there. I liked it so much!

What amazed me most is that even with washing machines and refrigerators, they are much and much cheaper than other stores.

Ik raad het iedereen af om zaken te doen met 4launch!!!
Voor mij is het de eerste en laatste keer geweest.
Mijn ervaring in het kort:

Ik bestel een tv op 2 juli.
Deze wordt geleverd op 4 juli. (24-uur levering niet nagekomen)
Helaas is deze tv defect. Dezelfde dag nog een RMA aangevraagd.
2x een afspraak om de tv op te halen niet nagekomen. (07-07 en 11-07)
Voor niets 2x thuis gebleven de hele dag, want een tijdstip wordt niet gegeven.

Ineens staat er een DHL koerier voor de deur op 14-07 zonder aankondiging

De tv is geretourneerd bij 4launch op maandag 17-07.
Woensdag 19-07 kunnen ze me nog niks vertellen.
Snelle afhandeling kennen ze blijkbaar niet bij 4launch.
Ze hoeven alleen maar de stekker er in te doen om te kunnen constateren dat de tv defect is.

Kortom:
op 2 juli een tv besteld, en op 19-07 heb ik nog niks, en weet ook niks.
Al die tijd geen tv kunnen kijken met mijn gezin.
Daar ga je niet vanuit als je op enter drukt tijdens het bestellen.

Ik wou graag zaken doen met 4launch, maar helaas is het niet mogelijk gebleken.
Aangegeven dat ik wel een andere tv wou, eventueel met bijbetaling, maar er is gewoon geen response. Dus nu ga ik gewoon mijn geld terug vragen.

Dit is mijn slechtste ervaring ooit bij een webshop!
