Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I had a horrible experience with Marc Miller GMC. We did have two vehicles to trade in on a new vehicle. One was a 2020 Challenger that was going to be upside down but we needed to have two vehicle payments instead of three like we did. Boyfriend has great credit and we had no problem with the payment amount, plus had $2,000 down. On Wednesday we spent two and half hours filling out paperwork getting approved. They looked over the challenger for the trade in and asked us to come back the following day with other vehicle. But would call us in the morning by 10 am to see if can finance since we would be upside down on payoffs. They were supposed to call us in the morning but didn t, so at 10:45 I called them, then we were told they would call us back in an hour we were never called until 2 that day. So that night the deal is supposed to be completed. When we got there the salesman doesn t know where he put the paperwork with original figures. Asks my boyfriend to call for final payoff. Then tells us they need more money he don t know if can get financing for the additional 2,500 we need. He asks manager then says they don t know if they can make it happen. So send us out again with no vehicle and frustrated after two more hours waiting. When we left I called and asked the salesman how much we were approved for because the numbers are not adding up to what he said he sent me to voicemail. Then Friday we go back finance guy we were supposed to see was not there. So we wait again finally they have the same finance manager that was there the previous night call us in to make the deal. Once finished they never once said thank you, never took our picture with our 2020 Arcadia. Plus while there waiting heard one employee yell at a woman employee about getting to the back to wait on customers when she was upfront taking care of customers. They did not include a military discount where boyfriend is retired military or an education discount where I am a teacher. The nicest person we met there were the ladies cleaning in the back and the lady that set up our On Star. We were extremely disappointed in the entire process and both of us have bought plenty of vehicles and have never been treated this poorly.

Mr. Marc Miller I was wanting to get a hold of you but I was not sure how. I wanted to let you know how this deal went because I am sure you worked hard to build your name and company. A manager did call us the day after this post and said they would mail us a $100 gift card for dinner and make sure Larry received credit for his military service. Thank you

My wife and I have just purchased our 4th vehicle from Mark Miller and we would not go anywhere else. The entire staff and Josh Callison in particular always treat us with respect and courtesy. I have sent 6 different friends/relatives to MM and all but one purchased a vehicle and the only one that didn't was for reasons out of the dealerships hands (bought an Audi). On a side note I would like to compliment Josh Callison for the way he treats everyone, especially anyone with a disability. During our last visit we were waiting for Josh and speaking with a nice gentleman named Greg Herst (I believe that was his name). There was a young girl who was special needs and seeing the way Josh treated her and her family was something else. He reconfigured the area with which they were working their deal to accommodate her and he did it in a way that didn't make the girl feel different from anyone else. To me life is about the small things and that right there only confirmed in my mind that we had chosen the right dealership and will continue to come here for all of our sales and service needs. I HIGHLY recommend Mark Miller to anyone considering GMC/Buick. Ask for Josh and believe you me you will drive away more than satisfied with your experience!!

I have not bought a car here, but recently ran into a bit of some car issues & had no choice but to pull off into there lot with my 2 year old kid - One of the Service guys there (Carl) was nice enough to help me get my tired changed. If the services guys are this nice to someone who isn't even coming on the lot to buy something, I can't imagine how the actual Dealer guys would be. But if I am ever going to purchase a vehicle, they will be the first place I stop in at just for the assistance without even being a customer or future one. Thank you again SO much to all of the people down there, especially to Carl!

I was honestly blown away by the Dealership, recently purchased the same car different style from another Mark dealership. But this dealership found the car quickly, since we where purchasing for our oldest daughter to use for college. They just plain made you feel important. Finance Manager, GM, every sales person and just general employee. Every time I have stopped back in everyone says hello and greats me. The other dealership I can not say that. Recently at the other dealership for a Key Fab they forgot to give us and Finance Manager walks in breakroom where I am sitting. Not once did he say hello or acknowledge myself or other customers. At Marc Miller we feel before, during and after the sale they care about what is called customer service. If I am ever looking for a Buick again or GMC, heck maybe even something used I will give them the 1st opportunity. I will say the other dealership Mark from Texas should have maybe

Everyone from the lady that greeted us when we walked in the door, from our salesman Mike, the sales manager, up to the financial guy were pleasant to work with. They made sure we were comfortable (offering beverages, etc) answering questions and negotiations were reasonable too. The young lady that set us up with Onstar and afterwards sat in the vehicle after we purchased the vehicle pointing out features was most helpful too.

The second instance of bait and switch, this time without our permission. Went in for warranty service on a parking sensor. Authorized an oil change that was due was told it included a tire rotation approx charge $140.00. When we went to pick it up they also performed a tire and wheel balance that was unauthorized, charge $250. When asked to speak to service manager we were told he was gone for the day. We were told he would call us the following day of which we have never received a call. Used to be a honest reliable dealership, however this is not the case now.

Worst experience I have ever been through. Sold me a car that did not run spent 3 weeks in repair shop and still needs 8000 dollars more in repairs. Won't help at all. They say anything that needs to be said to make a sale.

Wait time for an oil change, tire rotation, and 4 point inspection was over 2 hours. The staff was nice though! I had never been to a dealership to get a specialized service on my own before and I'm quite young yet they treated me with respect and like an adult. They also made me feel like I was doing everything right and that it was okay to be confused.

Eric in the service department is who typically helps me. He always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done properly and that I'm well taken care of. Good customer service is hard to find these days. I'm very glad I chose marc miller to purchase my vehicle and will continue to buy from here as well as service my vehicles. Plus GMC trucks are one of the best, they last forever. My last one had 327,000 and was still running perfectly fine. WS just time for a new one. The 2017 sierra I have now has not disappointed either.

Thank you Miller GMC!! I recently went to Miller to purchase two new cars. Laurence C. did a wonderful job handling both car sales. Laurence made the whole stressful situation a lot less stressful. Laurence took his time with his financial manager Leo to help me get the best deals on both cars. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used car to go make appointment with Laurence C. Thank you Laurence and Leo for helping me with my purchases.

Low pressure. I wasn't targeted and attacked right away, like I have been at other dealers. I was allowed to walk into the show room, look around, and check out a vehicle without being pounced on. It wasn't until I had a question that someone approached me and started to assist me. Then I came back the next day, same low pressure environment. I was able to take the vehicle with my family and test drive it on our own without any distraction or pressure. When we came back, the buying process began, and was concluded quickly and easily. When I came back the next day, due to a missing item from the Vehicle, I was assisted quickly and given the missing item with no hassle. This was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I've had.

Do not go here for any collision or damage repair....

Do not go here for any collision or damage repair. If you are a USAA member, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!They are an affiliated repair shop and do terrible work. They have had my truck for almost 2 months. They will rush and skimp on the repairs. I had collision damage to the bedside of my truck. They have repainted the bedside 3 times now. The first time they over- sprayed onto other parts of the vehicle because they were too lazy to remove the bed before painting it. They also sprayed too thick causing the paint to run. The second time they ended up swirling and scratching the paint and had to re paint it once again. They did not realign the bed after the wreck. They gave it to me offset and misaligned. They gave the vehicle to me with a large gap between the fender trim and body because they did not properly fix the fender and did not just replace the fender. They decided to use TAPE, yes TAPE, to make the plastic trim sit flush with the body instead of replacing the parts and actually fixing it. I received the vehicle with the gas pedal underneath the floor mat (dangerous and negligent). They cannot install a decal to save their lives,I received the vehicle with bubbles in the decals and crinkles in the rock chip protectors on my vehicle. Ive asked no less than 4 times for them to put the full size spare tire on the back of the vehicle along with the new tire that was replaced so that the tread would be even on the rear axle. I was assured every single time that this was done. EVERY SINGLE TIME i went back (4 times), this was not done. I do not understand how much more incompetent you can be then to be unable to switch out a tire on a vehicle. They all around are lazy with the repairs and have no quality control. My bed cover was never realigned when they put it back on and the car ends up with wax and buffing material all over it as well.

I had made my appointment a few days ahead of time and was greeted at the entrance to the service center when I drove in. The rep was very nice, helpful with the few questions I had and asked about when I would like it ready. A neighbor brought me in and I told the agent no hurry as my daughter would bring me back when she finished work later in the day.
My car was ready, no payment required as it was all under warranty. I didn't know that so a pleasant surprise. I have always taken my cars to Mark Miller and will as long as I have a Buick.

The Collision Center repaired my back fender and tail light that was damaged. All of the techs and administrative personnel that I dealt with were extremely knowledgeable, very courteous and friendly and helped immensely with the insurance company .... communication was very timely and they kept me on top of everything that was happening. They did an excellent job, even washed my entire car, vacuumed it out, and made it look great for when I picked it up !!!!

The check in process for service takes way to long. At other dealerships when u have an appointment with a rental I m in and out in 10 minutes. 45 is a little excessive.

Also most dealer automatically wash and vacuum without being asked.

Service reps are friendly but just don t Offer the same level of service you ger from other dealers

Very proffessional, helpful, and NOT PUSHY, I appreciate that. They will not freak out when I came there on 2-3 occasion looking for a car saying I had to think about and eventually ended up buying 2 cars at 2 different time from them in urgent occassions. I highly recommend Carrol as he will get you just the right car you need and not throw a fit even if the driving condition are harsh. (Asked to test ride during an ice storm ) No problems unlike Regional Hyundai that threw a fit saying I had to buy a car/ had to have a credit check before even test driving a car. The foreign accented man was very rude towards me and my gf. in the end we bought an Acadia from Carol at marc Miller, very easily w/o hassles or gimmicks. They're also very ready to loan cars if cars need repair and out of primary vehicles.

When we picked up our pickup from having a routine...

When we picked up our pickup from having a routine oil change, it smoked out of the exhaust (white & blue smoke). We had it towed back to the dealership & within 2 hours of it being at the dealership, they said to come & get the pickup, the service manager drove it & could not see any smoke. We went back to pick it up, and driving it off the lot it starting smoking again. We didn't even get it 1/2 mile down the road & it smoked. We then drove it back to the dealership & they agreed that something was wrong. The next day they called & indicated that the mechanic and overfilled the oil tank by 1 1/2 cups of oil. They drained the oil, refilled it and said that they drove it around 70 miles with no smoke, no issues. We talked to the service manager & are worried about long-term damage done to our 2020 GMC Sierra truck, just purchased in April 2020. This was our very first oil change in this new truck. Service manager said that he was 99% sure that no long term effects on the engine would be a result of the mechanics negligence. What we are worried about is the catalytic converter, and would like for GMC to extend our warranty on this truck to cover any damage that may have been done at the dealership by a routine oil change. We purchases (2) 2020 vehicles within 4 months from this dealership and feel like they owe us an extended warranty. We drive our vehicles for 10+ years and we plan on having this truck for at least 10 years and do not want it to cause any problems for us down the road. NOTE: I have videos of the amount of smoke that was coming out of the exhaust, if needed. My 2020 Acadia is now due for its first oil change & I am afraid to have the service department perform the oil change due to issues that we had on our truck.

It was great buying our new Encore. I got straight answers to my questions by email. It only took me a couple of hours to get my trade in appraised, take a test drive, do the paperwork, and get the car ready for me to drive home. They even have an employee who goes out and sits in the car with you to set up OnStar and show you how to use all of the features. Thanks for a great experience.

A car buying pleasure! I saw the car I wanted online and I called Gary to make an inquiry. I decided I wanted the car and Gary said he would hold the car until I could get in on Monday. My wife and I arrived at 4 pm and we were driving away before 6 pm with our new car. Everyone was very courteous and they even showed us ways to gualify for an additional $1m in savings. This is the 5th car we have purchased from Mark Miller in Tulsa and if they keep up with this level of service and customer respect I have no reason to shop anywhere else. Great job to Gary and all those behind the scenes that make for a great experience. Imagine, a car dealer with no hassles! It's not a dream.

My wife and I were very pleased with how easy it was to complete the purchase of our new 2015 GMC Acadia Denali. We selected the vehicle we wanted from the dealer's online inventory and submitted the credit application online. The following afternoon, we went to the dealership and drove away with our new vehicle in less than 45 minutes. Definitely the best car buying experience either of us can recall having.

Tried to get financed through this dealership, but I guess once I was denied they didn t have the balls to call and discuss that with me. Than I get a letter from one of the companies they ran my credit through and was informed, they would finance me but not on the terms originally requested! So why not just call me and tell me this. Poor customer service. You should always follow through with your customer regardless of the situation, approved or not approved for financing. Highly disappointed

I had a transmission leak, called and scheduled a service appointment. They had a vehicle ready when i arrived. I got a call three hrs later telling me it was done. When i arrived to pick my car up i noticed a engine light on that was not on when i brought it in. They put me in another car for the weekend and by Tuesday they informed me the light was on due to work that was being done. I am always impressed with the service here. Your manager could have sent me away with my car to return on Monday to address the engine light but he chose to keep the car until they could verify it was due to work being done and give me a car for the weekend. This is why i buy my cars here and get my service done here.

We were in Tulsa for our daughter's softball tournament and the first night we were there our car was broken into, along with several others, at the hotel. We went to Marc Miller that morning and were greeted by Eric Bowman. He inspected the damage and filled out the paperwork for our insurance claim. He overheard our conversation with the rental car company who wanted to put us in a mid size car. With all of the softball equipment that would be impossible. Eric not only took care of expediting repairs on our car but he also got us into a loaner car (a full size truck) at no cost to us, while our Tahoe was repaired. The entire staff, service, cashiers, etc were incredibly friendly and helpful. They knew that it wasn't likely that we would be repeat customers living 4+ hours away but they really went the extra mile to help us get the immediate repairs done and get us back to the fields ASAP. We are very thankful for their service and their hospitality. This is clearly a dealership that cares about EVERY customer, not just the customer looking to purchase from them. Great job, and thanks again!

I had an awful and disappointing experience. I was approve for a little bit less than what the car was worth but hoping it would make a difference in my trade in. The night before w/o seeing my car they quoted me $2500 trade in. Sounded good! They offer me 24month warranty and to pay for my TTL all factoring into my monthly payment. The next day, the manager said we can not do the deal bc my car is only worth $2000 by the end of the 4 minute conversation, my car was worth $1500. I wanted to get my payments down about $35 so I ask to take off the warranty and TTL but that only knock it down $10. Never tell a dealership what you can afford or what you are willing to pay for the car, let them decide 1st then go from there. Just my experience.

Colleen Ball was great. Her Service team also great and fast! We did not buy our GMC from Marc Miller because we are from out of town but we were treated wonderfully, making owning a GMC a luxury car experience for sure.

We were surprised to receive a free loaner vehicle, a 2016 Yukon SLT!!! and our car service for brake repair, wheel replacement, and re-alignment was completed by 1:30pm even though we did not even have an appointment that morning.

Thanks again for getting us on the road so quickly!

The front desk team at the Collision Center are absolutely great!

I was without my car for 36 days and so far, I have had to return my car two additional times due to the repairs not being done correctly. I had used Marc Miller in the past for repairs and the turn around was fantastic. Obviously, they were my first choice to use after I was involved in a collision. I DO not recommend using the body shop unless you are prepared to be without your vehicle for over a month and having to return due to the work not being done properly.

I will not be using Marc Miller's collision center ever again. To say the least I was very disappointed.

I bought a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali around JULY-ish. I drove it off the lot and returned with-in 15 minutes. The truck had the torque converter issue and somehow no-one drove the truck before me to notice the whole truck vibrates when going down the highway. The salesman scared me when telling me it was not a big issue and convinced me it wasn't. Then I found out about the lawsuit with GM about the truck. I felt lied to and stuck with the truck. Next issue, the truck had some weird ticking noise coming from the engine. I took it in to the service department and they told me the truck had a collapsed lifter. They fixed it. Unfortunately, they did not tighten everything and oil leaked all over my engine. STILL to this day (3 weeks later) still smells like burning oil at a incline. NOW, the transmission is slipping at 45 MPH & 62 MPH speeds. It jars the whole truck. Before I had several intermittent issues of it slipping when changing gears and jumping forward when coming to a stop. They were never able to duplicate. It now does it EVERY time driven. I have no idea what to do. I feel stuck with this thing. I am worried to even take it back into the dealership. They told me to not take the words they said with a grain of salt when he told me I may be still hearing/feeling the things the truck did when the lifter was collapsed. The truck only had 60k miles on it. I spent 50k with this dealership and they have not taken care of me! I would do anything to go back and not have gotten the truck. I wish they tried to help me.

Had my 2002 Yukon in 3 times in 3 weeks for repairs. Approximately $2000 of those $3000 in repairs were for oil leaks. After getting it back the first time, it still leaked. I was told that it wasn't covered by the warranty because it was a "different leak". Got it back the last time, and IT'S STILL LEAKING OIL.
At this point, I don't see a reason to continue to pay dealership prices for repairs & maintenance because they obviously haven't fixed the problem. They are either incompetent, or they are taking me for a ride. Either way, I won't go back. When I do decide to buy a new truck (been window shopping, but haven't decided to take the plunge just yet) it will NOT be from this dealer. This is Oklahoma. Lot's of places to buy trucks.
