Low pressure. I wasn't targeted and attacked right away, like I have been at other dealers. I was allowed to walk into the show room, look around, and check out a vehicle without being pounced on. It wasn't until I had a question that someone approached me and started to assist me. Then I came back the next day, same low pressure environment. I was able to take the vehicle with my family and test drive it on our own without any distraction or pressure. When we came back, the buying process began, and was concluded quickly and easily. When I came back the next day, due to a missing item from the Vehicle, I was assisted quickly and given the missing item with no hassle. This was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I've had.
