Awful numbers! The cleaning is disgusting - they only wash the floor and that's it. They forget to bring soap, shower products and toilet paper to the rooms. In the rooms
one socket out of three works. The wallpaper is all worn, the shower stall leaks at the joints and has black mold. The only plus is the location of the hotel itself.

The places and bathroom in the room was a little clean, Bed sheets and towels were clean. It was nice at breakfast. Location is in a nice place, 20 minutes walk from the center of marmaris.

The hotel is in the center of marmaris, it is a very noisy place with lots of tourists and piled up cafes. Beachfront, sunbeds belong to the hotel, but the sea is disgusting, never clean. You can listen to the loud keko music of the cafes, which are next to each other by drinking beer, wine, lying down on the sun loungers. Now imagine the noise with the hande beating on one side and Bruno Mars playing on the other. It continues until 3 am, the sound is heard from the room. As for the hotel, it was extremely dirty, uncomfortable, the rooms were not clean, and someone in the bathroom had hair. The rooms smell of sewage. We had all-inclusive meals, 4 out of 10 or so, you eat for satiety, although ultra all inclusive, you cannot get a drink outside of the meal time. It really looks like a small puddle. And the worst is that the actual cleaners sleeping on the bunk beds at the fire exit stairs like slaves. Yes, the hotel has its own beach but it's dirty, full of bottles, cups and cigarette ends. Sorry but after visiting Marmaris for the fourth time now this was the worse hotel I been there. Two stars just because of the location.

The hotel would be nice to make repairs, everything is already old and partially broken. The pool is in terrible condition, I have never seen that they are swimming in it (which is not surprising). A hotel I would not recommend to anyone! All the negative reviews came true unfortunately ... it is rated 4 stars but worth 2 ... the pool is a joke, the rooms are with damaged wallpaper, old and chipped furniture, the bathroom with rusty accessories ..A disaster! The food is good in taste but a bit diversified and a bit heavy for the stomach, the drinks are horrible as cheap as possible .. The hotel staff is friendly except for the receptionists.

Great location, very poor quality food, internet never worked, staff is far less than friendly or helpful.

At first I was scared due to the amount of bad reviews related to the cleaness of the place. But honestly none of them are true, everywhere is clean and well maintained, and they clean every day. The staff is friendly, nothing too special but good.
The breakfast is good, the locations is perfect, right in front of the beach, the hotel has it's own area for it, and the rooms are very comfortable with air conditioner, good bathroom and good balcony with view to the sea.
However it has a couple of issues:
They have a dinner buffet that you have to pay for, we tried but the food was regular and oily, for a hotel of that price and for the price of the buffet we expected a much better food and more variety.
The hotel has a bar downstairs called "Moon light" which is very good, but I saw sometimes the waiters would do very unethical things just to sell, me personally I ordered cocktails for me and my friends and they brought us an extra cocktail that we never ordered and they forced us to pay for it, even after I talked to the waiter and to the manager of the bar, they were very rude to me. This luckily has nothing to do with the service and the staff of the hotel which were good, but since the bar is part of it, I didn't like that detail at all.

No hot water, no wifi, coakroaches in shower. Unable to secure patio door as lock broken. Bed matress covered in flea dirt stained bedding.
Fire escapes have become storage for old fridges. Eletric consumer units with no covers and exposed twisted wiring. This hotel is a fire disaster just waiting to happen.

Room safes held in by 3 small self tapping screws. Staff couldnt find room safe key anyway!
Internet pictures show hotel 20 years ago when new! And its still same curtains and bedding.

These children sat there for days, if there were any problems in the rooms, there was no one to turn to. But I still didn't know what was waiting for me ....
Here we got to the room. I started to panic. I wanted to escape from there !!! We wanted to change the room first, but we were told that relocation costs $ 20 !! Now a little on the points:

I got into a very funny situation when I ate a little and I felt sick, well, I left the food, he saw it, ran up to me and with an indignant face began to say something to me and poke me on the plate. -Beach. Very dirty, no one cleans it, cigarette butts everywhere, plastic cups, plastic bags. On the first day of our stay we were told that our cherry-colored sunbeds, near the "pool" (or puddles, as we called this ugliness) were brown, were the same on the beach. As it turned out, Slavic visitors were treated there like animals (even tips do not help), which is not the case with Turkish visitors, they are treated with great respect. And again, we were told to go like pigs lying on those old sunbeds with eco-leather mattresses (40 degrees heat !!!!), but the Turks are told to lie down on brown, brand new and made of good fabric.

Many tourists took tours to hotels without certificates, which never opened, as a result they were placed in hotels anywhere, this also depends on the level of tour operators on the host side. Only the first line was opened in the main, more populated city center this season.

I love Marmaris, here for the 2nd time, (the 1st time was in 2012), a wonderful city, everything is within walking distance. The Mehtap hotel is small, but quite cozy, tiny, but its own beach is right next to the sea. Food .... hungry you won't, but don't expect what happened before in Turkey, we had our own drinks from the dyutik, so we didn't even listen to those who complained about drinks. We had a wonderful room with a sea view, everything was fine, cleaned every day, and even the bed linen was changed (although we were only 5 nights).
