Fantastic dealership! From the sales department, ...

Fantastic dealership! From the sales department, service department to the cashier, all are very professional! The cashier in the service area is always so friendly and helpful. I have witnessed her interacting with children, adults and senior adults, and she treats all of them with respect and kindness. Marc Miller, Colleen and this lady (dark hair and always with a smile) are 2 of our favorites of your employees!

Brian and I have purchased many vehicles over the years. We came to Marc Miller GMC in Tulsa to look at new trucks. Our salesman Terry Chick, found us the exact truck we wanted. This dealership is the most professional and caring and honest dealership we have ever used. We will definitely come here in the future!!

Purchased 2017 Encore in August, I spent less time there in the process of choosing, test driving, and completing the purchase and loan paper work then any previous car purchase previously.
Rearended in December and used collusion service. They did a great job in 10 days and cleaned it inside and out, just like new.

I wouldn't trust Marc Miller to service your car. We took our 2012 Terrain for an oil consumption test as most 2010-13 Terrain's consume too much oil due to cheap piston rings. GM will pay for the repair if your car is still under their special coverage specifications. We met those specs when we started the test but what Marc Miller failed to mention was the expiration date of that special coverage. Not once of the three times we brought our car in, did the service consultant tell us we were under a deadline. It wasn't until the test was over and the vehicle did fail the test were we told that our special coverage had ended. Had Marc Miller been upfront with our special coverage information and all the expectations of GM to get our oil consumption issue fixed we wouldn't be out $3,300 they wanted to fix it.

They are liars and scammers I tried to go cancel my warranty and gap after purchasing from a different dealer and they told me they had to have a copy of the lien release in order to cancel it. I have purchased several cars and never once had to do that. They wouldn't even give me the form to fill it out. they get charged back some money if I cancel it that's why they wont let me. They got upset with me for purchasing a car elsewhere and were very rude with me. I do not recommend them to anyone please stay clear of them. I owed 15k more than what my car was worth and I bought it less than a year ago.

I will gladly share my own experience regarding Marc Miller Buick GMC, hopefully in attempt to save people some time and money. These guys are professional scam artists. liars, con artists, all of the above. recently I tried to buy a truck from Greg Cruzen used car salesman. him and his finance buddy Greg Hurst worked me over with a textbook spot delivery scam. also completely breaking me with the interest rate. not to mention running my credit all week long while I was at work without my consent... they should have known that the credit karma app sends me notifications every time my credit is ran.... I ended up bringing them the truck back after they came up with story after story after story about why the KEPT needing more and more money.. I ended up going across the street to ECA and got a newer truck, less miles, this one actually came with a warranty.... marc miller still hasn't caught on to what those are yet... and I got a lower interest rate, still no co signer, AND I paid about half the money down than marc miller wanted. the only thing that changed was the dealership and the salesman. marc miller sold me the truck, let me drive it around for a week thinking it was mine to keep.. of course I already paid for the insurance. only to call me back and tell me they needed 3k more for me to keep the truck. saying that "they entered my social security number wrong.." which is a complete load of bull. note they made a copy of my ss card.. and of course I can easily prove that statement is a lie.. so please take my experience into consideration before you think about buying ANYTHING from marc miller gmc ESPICIALLY if you have less than perfect credit they will waist your time with false promises and waist your money.

This dealership leaves the keys inside customers vehicles over the weekend, once your vehicle is stolen they do nothing to get it back or help you out. Once the police recover the vehicle they find it was never hot wired and has your keys in the ignition. They also do not have insurance that covers theft so please take your vehicle elsewhere for service.

The body shop estimate was $800. When I picked up the car it was $1300. WOW, and no insurance for this repair. They should be more accurate on their estimates or emphasize that it could be higher or lower by $500!+ The actual work was done to my satisfaction just too expensive

I was told when booking my appointment the repair (passenger side air bag issue) would take about one hour, I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time, after three hours I enquired how much longer, I was told it would be next up. In future if something is going to take longer than expected someone should inform the customer. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. To compound the issue, I took my car to the carwash the following week, while vacuuming the front passenger side I found a screw! HOW was my car but back together? This entire experience is an EPIC FAIL!!!

Drove 2 hours to see a used vehicle, there was more things wrong than we knew. We would have not wasted our evening if we know these issues.
They extremely low balled my trade and wouldn t budge. I called elsewhere on the way home and already got offered 4K more than these people would. They wouldn t negotiate wouldn t budge on price nothing. Kinda hard to do business with these kind of people.

Called to get a price to replace an engine, phone went to voice mail. The way I figure it, I am about to spend upwards of 7,000 to 8,000 dollars. And, if you don't have time to talk with a customer, I don't have time to spend my money with you.

After seeing the good reviews for MM Buick, I gave the service a try for a recall and some other issues. The recall was easy enough, but the other things on my list were not completed at all.
They were ordering parts before I was even contacted about the issue.
And I had to CALL THEM 4 TIMES to even know about that situation. I hadn't authorized anything at that point.
They couldn't hear a noise the car has been making and it made the noise on my first turn out of the parking lot when I left. I believe I was lied to about them not hearing it.
They indicated that my shifter sticking on a slight hill was normal operation like I was an idiot and I should just to use my parking brake. I have high mileage FORD minivan that can park in the same spot and it shifts just fine.
I wouldn't trust this dealership to wash my car, let alone touch it with any kind of tools. The advisor did the best she could with the crap information she was getting.

BEWARE of buying from this car lot. There certified vehicles shouldn t be certified. I bought a 2017 gmc Arcadia Denali and the clear coat was peeling off the rims within 6 months and tires were dry rotted and shredding within 10,000 miles of driving it. To it to the service department and DL Bagwell said it s not covered. I took my car to another dealership and they said my car should have never past certified vehicle inspection. CROOKS BEWARE.

Just want to let you know I put a 12600.00 cash payment down. For a car that was 5000 miles over advertised priced. Apparently the head mechanic was driving it. Hmmmm. Also I am woman. With amazing credit score. WTF why isn't that car in MY NAME. Just so you know I will never buy ANOTHER car from you

If you are buying a GMC try another dealership. Not only did we have trouble with the salesperson and getting him to call us back with answers about the over $50k truck we were looking at and finally purchased, now we have trouble with the service department.
Called this week to get our new GMC in for a simple oil change and they can t get to it for TWO weeks! Ridiculous! Lots of excuses and even told us if you need to take it somewhere else we understand. Just think if you actually need service or warranty work how long you will wait.

Are you tired of dealing with young salesmen who think they know what you want in a car? Tired of salesmen beating around the bush when it comes to the price and quality? Then Marc Miller Buick GMC is the place fore you!! I recently purchased a used 2016 Buick Encore from Mr. Mike Lynch here and he was a breath of fresh air! As a young woman, it was daunting car shopping by myself, however I knew what I wanted and did my homework. After visiting various dealerships before stopping at Marc Miller Buick GMC, I was exhausted with men younger than me showing me cars that were OBVIOUSLY out of my price range, referring to me as a sale , and asking me where my husband was. At my wits end, I finally ended up here. I went in the Pre-Owned office and met Mike. I told Mike I wanted to look at the 2016 Buick Encore and he didn t even hesitate. He let me test drive and take it to my mechanic who approved it as a solid vehicle! Mike was kind, patient, and hospitable. Not something I was used to at other dealerships. When I finally purchased the vehicle, I was in and out no more than 25 minutes! I financed through my bank and had my ducks in row ahead of time. This process was easy and the people were so kind. Not to mention a SOLID USED VEHICLE! Thank you Marc Miller and Mr. Mike Lynch!

We have a 2014 GMC terrain we bought it new from Marc Miller. It was in an accident. We brought it to Mark miller to be repaired. The color match was excellent it s a maroon burgundy color the color is perfect but I was disappointed because the clearcoat had two specs of trash in it and was not wet sand it out before we got the vehicle back. And whoever polished the car with a buffer left buff marks on both doors. And I ve buff cars before and I know that you can buff them without leaving swirl marks. Overall I was very disappointed and would not recommend the body shop I will have to wet sand the door and then polish it to get the two specks of dirt out in the clearcoat that Can be seen.

Definite asset to the Marc Miller Buick GMC team. Will recommend to my GMC owning friends to request Eric when they need any work on their vehicle.

I had a very poor customer service experience at M...

I had a very poor customer service experience at Marc Miller Collision. Marc Miller repaired the front suspension of my pickup under an insurance claim, but did not align, or poorly aligned the front end so that it pulls constantly to the right. And I specifically paid for alignment. During a later repair I asked them to correct that alignment error but the pickup was returned with no alignment change-it still pulls to the right, requiring that I constantly hold the wheel to the left, which is tiring and wears out the tires. I called and asked them to take the pickup back and correctly align the front end but was advised that I would have to pay for this service. I will not return to Marc Miller and have advised my insurance company

Very pushy people! They tried their best to lock me down on a vehicle i didn't want. Said they'll let me test drive over the weekend but i needed to sign the contract first so i can lock in my rate. Very sneaky! Then the General Manager Steve let us test drive a new GMC truck demo, told us everything we seen on the truck, is also in our new one. We did ended up buying the New 2017 GMC truck, putting $8000 cash down. Came back after having the vehicle for 3 days & was told the bank rejected it after approving in the beginning. Didn't want to sign with a new bank so i gave them the truck back. The GM of the store charged me $2 per mile that was put on there. SMFH (BAD SERVICE). Then he said WE should be thankful it's cheaper than what a rental car would charge. Uh HELLO! Car rental place charges $.35 per mile. They only refund $7606 back. This place is a THIEF. I had to file a complaint with BBB & File a report through State of Oklahoma, Oklahoma Motor Vehicle Commission. I highly won"t recommend others to go Marc Miller!

UPDATE: So Steve called me back and asked if i'd forgive him for his actions & also gave the rest of my money back. I have forgave him. But I hope this issue doesn't ever happen to someone else in the near future.

The dealership has been helpful in assisting me in understanding the problem diagnosed by the engineers for GMC. However, GM has has indicated the current stop/start issue is "currently under investigation" and to "release the vehicle to the customer". This is not satisfactory as I view this as a definite safety issue when my vehicle stops anywhere while driving, accelerating, on highways, on expressways, etc. GM must fix this issue.

This was my first time there to service,& first oil change..They were friendly,receptive to questions.I waited about 40 min longer than they thought,but that was ok. The problem was when I got in my vehicle o leave,the window was down (I noticed) It was rainy that day so it caught my attention,my vehicle smelled' HORRIBLE' of some kind of smoke substance, Really bad! I had to roll down all 4 windows to tolerate the smell.After getting to my location,when I exited the vehicle, I noticed my wheel rim was scratched up,walked around the vehicle and both front rims were scratched up.Im very discusted at the service at Marc Miller!
