Amazing fast repair of my iPhone. The glass on my phone was shattered in a ton of pieces. My phone was ready and fixed perfectly in under an hour. I definitely recommend 10,000 cellphones on Atlantic Blvd.

Not great. I do have a new G2 so I didn't expect a perfect job but the tech that fixed my cracked screen looked like they took a hacksaw to the edges of the case to get the glass to fit. The case was returned to me not completely closed and still can't close it completely. And now the glass plate is popping out. I priced the part to do it myself and that ranged from 20-40 bucks at most. Yet I was quoted 150 dollars but charged over 160 dollars for the work. That is well over 100 bucks an hr for labor! Next time I will just do it myself. I don't mind paying for experience but that is not what I got and it was too overpriced. The pros to this place are that I didn't have to wait on the part and the service was very fast. Disapointed : (

Had my battery replaced on my galaxy s6, they were nice, fast, and professional... but recently had my battery start to go crazy on me shutting off on me randomly. I complained to them and they informed me not to leave it charging overnight as this could damage the battery (wich i did all night even all day sometimes). They stayed professional and informed me i was covered under a 1 year warranty. These guys beat mall repair shops by far. Would recommend to everyone

I love this place ! I've had several issues with my iPhone 6 ranging from problems with my proximity microphone and my glass/lcd screen being broken, and my charger port, all of which they've been able to fix without me having to send my phone back to Apple . I've also been able to trade in phones for credit on my repairs . This place is AMAZING guys ! If you go to the store Atlantic ask for HUNTER !

This is my 1st time with this business. Took my kids mini iPad 2 to fix the broken glass screen. On a Tuesday, no one called me, ever. Came by Thursday paid and noticed the glass wasn t sealed correctly or completely so I had to tell them to keep it. Come back Saturday take it home and my kid notices as soon as she sees it the sealant has dried outside of the area it s supposed to seal. Not sealed in other places. Glass is even raised. Should I even take it back?? -

***they called to offer to fix and gave me a discount **. Most companies don t care- I am IMPRESSED!!- taking it in now!

Walked in with a damaged iPhone 7. Charlene assisted me and was quite friendly. They fixed my phone in under half an hour! Also at a very reasonable price! Definitely will be coming back next time I need my device serviced.

Went there today as my iPhone screen was cracked. I had bought my own screen and tried to install it myself - but alas I was not as talented as I thought. So I brought it to these guys and he had it fixed in minutes (I was lucky they weren't busy). Next time I have a phone issue I am going here first.

This is my 2nd time coming to this location for my broken iPhones and they satisfy me everytime! They have fixed my 6s plus and my 7 plus for me. I am a happy customer you guys sooo much!

The worst place ever to get your cell phone repair. Not only did they not fix my cell phone, but they took they gave back my cell phone even worse than what it was. Had a perfect screen, but they took it and gave me a destroyed screen so they can salvage it. Also, I went to them on May 7, 2015 and returned May 18, 2015 and my cell phone was still not ready for pick up. They don't even deserve 1 star.

I went in for a replacement battery on my Pixel 1. I was warned that the screen could break during the replacement, which would cost an additional $80 to fix. Despite my being from out of state (I showed them my driver's license) and having no likelihood of ever having further business from me, my screen did not break. It is so refreshing to find honest people doing such great work quickly (1 hour to replace after the battery came in the next day). 5 star rating (plus another star for integrity =D ).

My experience with this company is the worse encounter that I have ever experienced! I went to this company seeking repairs for my phone. Originally, they told me that it was my battery. They provided me with a battery exclaiming that this would fix the problem. I went on with my day, and the phone had the same problem reoccur. I informed them and they asked me to bring the phone back, but they would need it for a few hours. I did just that and went back to the location hours later. They then told me that there was a bigger issue with my phone and now they would need $50 extra and 2 weeks for repairs. I had reservations; however, I agreed to trust them with my phone once again. Tomorrow makes 3 weeks and I still am out of a phone. I called and spoke to management and explained that I'm from a distant area with a mother in the hospital as well as a one year old. The gentlemen said that he could not give me a date of when my phone would be ready, but he would make some calls and call me back. No surprise, he didn't! The next day they left my fiance a voicemail saying that they still don't have a date, but my phone is back on it's way to their location. I provided them with a phone number at point of sale and throughout this process they have only reached out to me once, after I contacted them for the second time in regards to my phone. This is my first experience using a repair company instead of going through my mobile carrier. However, due to this disgusting and totally unprofessional experience, I will NEVER use a phone repair company again!!

They've repaired a few phones for me and my husband and have great prices. But my recent experience has turned me away from them for good. They lied about being able to get a part in. They told us it would take a week for them to get the part in to fix my husband's phone. We understood and left his phone to be repaired. I called a week and a half later to check on the status. Come to find out, the part was on back order the entire time and they didn't bother to let us know! I did some research and found out they aren't even certified to get the part. Who knows what they were trying to do. I don't know why they even took the phone in the first place. They should have said, "Sorry can't help you." Instead they wasted a week of our time.

Service wasn't bad but they broke the back of my phone! Brought it in for a screen repair, they tell me they had to break the back to fix the front which is the craziest thing I've ever heard of. Now I've got to take time out of my day again for them to repair the back of my phone.

I took my Motorola Droid Z Play in because my charging port wasnt working. I didn't know if it was the port..or the battery. The young lady there said that maybe she could clean the phone port out real quick. She had my phone for less than 5 minutes..brought it out to me and said..."the port was just really dirty". I told her "great!" and asked her what I owed her. She said "nothing at all..have a great day!" Phone is working perfectly again! I HIGHLY recommend this place for HONESTY and quick service! 5 stars all the way! Thank you!

Galaxy S5 charging port, fixed same day for $75. Galaxy S4 screen broken, just needed photos. They loaned a screen to enable copying the pictures to an SD card and charged the data recovery rate of $45. Great same day service, appreciate the friendliness, flexibility, and helpfulness.

I shut my phone off and it wouldn't turn back on, and after hours of trying, finally came back on but with a screen that pretty much looked burnt. It wouldn't take any calls, so i was pretty sure that it was gone for good, but in a last effort, i took it here to make sure. The staff was extremely friendly and really helpful. I was completely prepared to buy a new phone, but they took it in the back to test out and came back a few minutes later telling me that it was just the LCD that needed to be replaced. They told me that they could fix it on the spot and shortly after, i had a fully functional phone again. It's great to know that there's an honest repair shop with great customer service that isn't just out there to try and take your money. Great experience with good quality work. I'll definitely go back there for any of my future cell phone needs!
