I shut my phone off and it wouldn't turn back on, and after hours of trying, finally came back on but with a screen that pretty much looked burnt. It wouldn't take any calls, so i was pretty sure that it was gone for good, but in a last effort, i took it here to make sure. The staff was extremely friendly and really helpful. I was completely prepared to buy a new phone, but they took it in the back to test out and came back a few minutes later telling me that it was just the LCD that needed to be replaced. They told me that they could fix it on the spot and shortly after, i had a fully functional phone again. It's great to know that there's an honest repair shop with great customer service that isn't just out there to try and take your money. Great experience with good quality work. I'll definitely go back there for any of my future cell phone needs!
