They've repaired a few phones for me and my husband and have great prices. But my recent experience has turned me away from them for good. They lied about being able to get a part in. They told us it would take a week for them to get the part in to fix my husband's phone. We understood and left his phone to be repaired. I called a week and a half later to check on the status. Come to find out, the part was on back order the entire time and they didn't bother to let us know! I did some research and found out they aren't even certified to get the part. Who knows what they were trying to do. I don't know why they even took the phone in the first place. They should have said, "Sorry can't help you." Instead they wasted a week of our time.
